Chris Brown is keeping up with Khloe Kardashian! Sort of.

The celebrities both partied at LIV nightclub at the Fontainebleau Hotel, but as part of a big group that included Bow Wow, Mario and Omarion. Chris and Bow Wow were last seen together collaborating on these awesome YouTube videos.

Chris and Khloe "were not there 'together,'" a source tells E! News.

The 20-year-old Brown was seen chatting up girls poolside at the posh hotel, where Khloe's filming her new reality show Kourtney & Khloe Take Miami.

Last week, a staff member from The Hollywood Gossip tried to infiltrate said reality show and win a date with the lovely Kourtney, but it was not to be.

This isn't the first time Brown and Khloe Kardashian have been linked.

Khloe was supposedly seen with him before in South Beach, according to celeb gossip news reports, but it turned out to be a case of mistaken identity.

Chris Brown is scheduled to appear at a June 22 hearing on criminal threats and assault charges after he allegedly beat the crap out of Rihanna.

While the singer would undoubtedly prefer a plea bargain, which he has sought for months, Rihanna will testify against him if required by the court.

For about three months following his "alleged" brutal assault on Rihanna on February 8, Chris Brown was content to lay low as his lawyer did the talking.

In late May, for whatever reason, his self-imposed exile ended.

Rihanna and Abusive Boyfriend

Chilling with Usher, balling with Shaq, posing lame YouTube shout-outs and leaking a set of cute, post-coital pics of himself with Rihanna, the embattled star has embarked on a PR blitz of sorts even as he faces serious felony charges.

But if Chris Brown really wants us to believe he "ain't a monsta," maybe he should start by not being a tool and posing like a complete thug in pics like this.

Just a thought.

The Chris Brown PR blitz continues.

The same weekend as pre-beating, post-coital Brown and Rihanna pics found their way online mysteriously, a friend took the opportunity to plug Chris' new album.

"Chris is very focused," says songwriter Robert Allen, who is working with Brown on his upcoming record, tentatively titled Graffiti. "He knows how to deal with whatever is going on and is willing to do what he has to do to please his fans."

Hey, you gotta deal with whatever life throws at you. If peeps hate on you after you battered your girlfriend into a near-coma, you just gotta say f*%k that noise.

As a wise man once said: all the haters ... they's just haters.

Of Brown's shifting musical style, Allen says "Chris is experimenting and trying a lot of different things. We've been making things really eclectic. The direction of this album is really fun and free spirited. It's like a collage."

Brown, who had kept a low profile for months, recently broke his silence in a pair of absurd YouTube videos, when he declared, "I ain't a monster."

"You want to go away so your audience can miss you some," Allen says of why Brown has laid low. "But he's so happy and ready for this next album to break through and make a big impact. He's predicting this will be his biggest album."

We're predicting that he's still the biggest tool around.

It seems hard to believe now, but there was a time when Rihanna lay next to boyfriend Chris Brown with a look of satisfaction - as opposed to terror - on her face.

There was a time when the term "banging" between this couple was a synonym for love-making, not face-pummeling.

Rihanna's Rear End?

There was even a time when Chris Brown made Rihanna laugh, not bleed out of numerous orifices as the result of a beating so brutal it made professional boxers wince.

Those days are long gone, of course. But the following photos serve as a reminder of happier times between this pair.

While not as intimate as the recently-discovered Rihanna nude pics, we've uncovered a few shots of the singers from the days of yore. Where did it all go wrong?

From the bedroom to the courtroom: Rihanna will testify as a witness for the prosecution in a preliminary hearing on felony charges against Brown for his alleged assault on her.

So, where did these photos come from? It's unclear. But we know this:

Chris Brown has an album coming out, Chris Brown says he is not a monster and now these pics have surfaced that are meant to show Chris Brown's soft side.

Seems like someone is doing his publication relations homework to us. What a violent phony.

It looks like Rihanna may finally break her silence - under oath - about the alleged assault on her earlier this year by boyfriend Chris Brown.

Following a hearing in Los Angeles this morning, Rihanna's lawyer, Donald Etra, said prosecutors intend to subpoena the singer to appear at a June 22 hearing, so that a court can determine if there's enough evidence to proceed with a trial.

RiRi Topless

"The DA has advised me that she will be subpoenaed [to testify]," Etra said, noting that Rihanna would therefore be subject to cross-examination by Chris Brown's attorney, Mark Geragos. "She absolutely will comply."

Meanwhile, Geragos was unsuccessful in gaining access to police records to find out who leaked the now-infamous battered Rihanna photo.

In denying Geragos' request, L.A. Superior Court Judge Patricia Schnegg said that while she agreed the leaked photo was unfortunate, she argued it had nothing to do Brown's arrest and wouldn't significantly impact his right to a fair trial.

"It matters to me not if your client is high-profile or not," the judge said. "I don't believe you're entitled [to demand access to police records]."

The attorney has been relentlessly pursuing the origin of the photo, likely trying to use it as leverage to secure a plea deal for Brown, who he believes cannot be fairly tried based on prospective jurors' existing perception of him.

Asked, after his motion was denied, if he's confident he can keep Brown from doing time, Geragos replied, "I'm not going to address any of that."

Brown, 20, has pleaded not guilty to allegedly beating Rihanna on February 8. If convicted, he faces up to four years and eight months in prison.

The embattled star was hit with another lawsuit earlier today, filed by a celebrity news photographer who alleges Brown's bodyguards assaulted him.

Experts say the felony case likely won't go to trial, but will end in a plea bargain, which could happen any time. However, this has been the theory for two months, which suggests Geragos and the D.A. have yet to find a mutually acceptable deal.

In a ridiculous video posted Tuesday with his pal Bow Wow, Brown sort of broke his silence for the first time since the incident and told fans "I ain't a monster" in an apparent reference to the case. His reps had no comment.

Meanwhile, Rihanna was spotted getting cozy with Canadian hip-hop artist Aubrey "Drake" Graham, although the rapper stated they're just friends.

Ha, no, not the one in which he decided it would be cool to use Rihanna's face as a speedbag and left her unconscious in his rented Lamborghini.

This is a different beating, and Brown's fists were not involved - just his bodyguards'.

On the most recent stop on his Act Like a Tool / Return to Public Life Tour, Chris Brown played some pickup basketball with NBA star Shaquille O'Neal.

No violence broke out there - but according to a photographer, what took place on an L.A. basketball court back in March was quite a different story.

According to the new lawsuit, filed in L.A. County Superior Court, the celebrity gossip photographer claims it all went down just weeks after the Rihanna incident, when he shot a photo of Chris Brown playing b-ball with his friends.

The photographer claims Chris' bodyguards yelled at him - so he tried to leave the gym ... but an L.A. Fitness employee tried to block his escape.

He then fell down a stairwell, which allowed the bodyguards to catch up with him - where they, "picked him up by his shorts and physically assaulted him."

The man claims he was a paying member at the gym and had every right to be there. He is suing Chris Brown and LA Fitness for assault and battery, false imprisonment, infliction of emotional distress, negligence and premises liability.

Interestingly, this is the same guy who attempted to sue Pierce Brosnan over a violent incident with the star in Malibu - but that case was dismissed.

Chris Brown lawyer, Mark Geragos, said in a statement: "The is a specious and frivolous lawsuit by one of the paparazzi seeking publicity and a payday. He's done this before and lost. We will vigorously defend against this."

Can't wait for Brown and Bow Wow's lame video statement on this story.

Usher sat courtside with him at an NBA playoff game.

Bow Wow helped him shoot an asinine YouTube video.

Chris Brown Halloween Costume

Now Shaq invites him to hoop it up on his private court.

Apparently Chris Brown is officially out of celebrity exile.

For months, no one (well, except that jackass T.I.) would even comment on the fact that Chris Brown allegedly beat Rihanna to an unconscious, bloody pulp.

But now he's all over the celebrity scene, like the whole thing never happened.

Dude still hasn't apologized or even shown the decency to lay low until his felony case is settled in court. Nice to see him welcomed back with open arms.

Chris Brown took a break from chilling with Usher and being a complete tool to set the record straight, sort of, on pal Bow Wow's justin.tv channel.

The unintentionally funny video kicks off with a plug. His new album is called Graffiti, and a new single drops this summer, so "be ready for dat."

Then comes this disclaimer about the haters: "Everybody that’s haters, they just been haters. All my real fans, I love you all. I ain’t a monster."

The L.A. District Attorney's office, if it ever tries the star on the felony assault and criminal threats charges he faces, will ultimately decide that.

Still no apology or real explanation on why he went Pitbull on Rihanna that night in February, but here's Chris Brown's lame video shout-out ...

It gets better still. In a second video, Brown calls celebrity gossip blogs liars for saying he had a black eye recently. (As for Rihanna's battered face, after he beat her brains out, leaving her unconscious in a car, Chris conveniently had no comment).

The insightful transcript of the second clip:

Chris Brown: All the blog sites are liars. You guys lie. [points to face] No black eyes! You guys are liars.
Bow Wow: Liars, Liars, Liars! Yeeeeeah!

Amazingly, Brown may actually be a bigger moron than previously thought. His lawyer is surely going to be thrilled about this awesome declaration.

Making his first appearance in public in quite some time, alleged batterer and issuer of criminal threats Chris Brown sat with pal Usher and watched the Orlando Magic take on the Cleveland Cavaliers in the NBA playoffs Sunday night in Florida.

Usher is part owner of the Cavaliers. Chris Brown has yet to own up to beating the living crap out of Rihanna after attending a pre-Grammy party in February.

Cleanin' Up Real Nice

Two of the most beloved, baby-faced singers around chat it up, take in exciting NBA action and discuss Chris Brown's legal the Cavaliers' offensive strategy.

The Magic won, 99-89, to claim a 2-1 lead in the best-of-seven Eastern Conference Finals. With the exception of one miraculous shot by LeBron James, Orlando has been smacking Usher's Cavs around harder than ... well, you get the idea.

Chris Brown's preliminary hearing is scheduled for Thursday. His lawyer will attempt to get the case thrown out as a result of the leaked Rihanna photo.

No, not the nude Rihanna photos, the one of her face after Chris Brown finished with it that mysteriously turned up on TMZ. Sorry for the confusion.

The Rihanna nude photos that leaked last week appear to be real (albeit not that interesting, attractive or scandalous, to be perfectly honest).

The new track called "Silly Boy" that she is allegedly working on - and in which she appears to be trashing Chris Brown - is a fake, however.

Her rep tells Us Weekly that it's not even Rihanna performing on "Silly Boy," an upbeat track Kanye West linked to on his blog on Monday.

Lady Gaga was also touted as being "featured" on the song with backing vocals, but her rep also has come out and said that's not true.

"This isn't them," GaGa's spokesperson said. "Total fake track."

Multiple celebrity news and music outlets speculated Rihanna was singing about Brown, who was arrested in February for allegedly assaulting her.

With lyrics like, "Get out of my face... You had a good girl, but didn't know how to treat her... I don't want you no more... The only thing I want from you is for you to stay away," one can understand how they might think this.

Our other favorite part was, "So silly boy, get out my face. Why do you like the way regrets taste?” Ouch, talk about a brutal kiss-off line. Brown (or Negus Sealy) would surely be smarting from that one if the song were legit.

As for why Kanye West linked to a "fake" song, no explanation has been provided. But we're sure he is quite angry with someone or something.
