Chad Johnson mistresses are popping up left and right in the wake of his recent arrest for head-butting Evelyn Lozada and her subsequent divorce filing.

We're not talking Tiger Woods levels here, but it certainly does not appear the NFL star was faithful ... as if the condom receipt hadn't established this.

A Massachusetts woman, Beverly Shiner, already came forward and said she had a heated affair with the former New England Patriots player this year.

She may not have been alone in the Ochocinco side piece arena.

"Chad has been having an affair with another woman from Miami named Bianca Zuluaga for the past year," an insider revealed to Radar Online.

"Chad would mostly spend time with Bianca while Evelyn was out of town on her book tour or filming. They would even meet at David's Café in Miami."

"[David's] is one of his regular hangout joints and they didn't go to any lengths at all to hide the fact that they were there together."

The sexy brunette liked to cryptically brag about it too, allegedly.

Basketball Wives' Evelyn Lozada has not been heard for even once since being allegedly attacked by and filing for divorce from Chad Johnson a week ago.

Considering this is Evelyn Lozada we're talking about, it's noteworthy.

The reality star reportedly skipped out on an appearance at a book exposition, where she was expected to show up alongside RHONJ's Teresa Giudice.

She also nixedsome upcoming speaking arrangements. Wonder why.

The celebrity wife and author reportedly decided to cancel all public appearances after losing her husband (and upcoming reality show) tumultuously.

On August 11, Lozada apparently found a receipt for condoms in her car, which sparked a heated argument with hubby Chad "Ochocinco" Johnson.

The now-unemployed NFL star allegedly headbutted his wife, was arrested for domestic violence, and she filed to divorce Chad Johnson days later.

We'll never know for sure what happened, but the best case scenario still has her living with a serial cheater who head-butted her by mistake.

The worst case? He deliberately head-butted her, then prowled around the area looking for her as she hid out at their neighbor's (see 911 call).

Either way, the marriage was likely doomed from the start, and judging by the swiftness of his release by the Dolphins, Chad's career may be too.

It's been quite a week for Chad Johnson. To recap, the NFL star has been released by:

1. The Miami Dolphins, who cut Chad on Hard Knocks no less.
2. VH1, which sacked Ev & Ocho before it even premiered.
3. Evelyn Lozada, who filed for divorce after 41 days of marriage.

An arrest for domestic violence is never good, but was it the nail in the coffin for the 34-year-old "Ochocinco" and his already declining career?

Being charged with domestic violence for head-butting his wife means a serious legal issue hanging over his head as he searches for a new job.

Will an NFL team actually offer him one?

Clubs are increasingly focused on avoiding any individuals who have personal problems or who are distractions to the team, regardless of their talent.

Johnson's consistently outrageous antics, reality TV career and prolific oversharing on Twitter raised red flags long before last Saturday's events.

Combined with his inability or unwillingness to learn plays in New England last year, it may all be too much for him to overcome going forward.

Chad Johnson’s arrest for domestic battery is making headlines, but an alleged friend of his says it's not the first violent episode between them.

"Chad didn't like [Evelyn Lozada]'s party lifestyle and it made his anger worsen,” the source added. “He hated the way she acted on [Basketball Wives]."

"He would often lash out at her for any little thing."

The turmoil may have been a long time coming for Chad, whose subsequent release by the Miami Dolphins was even filmed for HBO's Hard Knocks.

Johnson’s pal says that Evelyn Lozada filing for divorce from Johnson just 41 days after they tied the knot does not come as a surprise.

"Chad and Evelyn's marriage was volatile in nature and a mistake from the start,” the friend said, adding that epic fights were almost the norm.

"He [Chad] went off the scale at her once because he was tired of having Evelyn's friends, like her assistant and stuff, living in his house."

The Johnsons' friend also says a group of pals close to the couple were beginning to get very concerned for Lozada’s safety and well-being.

"She told me Chad threatened to kill her one time and that was really a red flag," Radar Online (we know) quotes the insider as alleging.

The behind-the-scenes, ALL-access docu-series just happens to be focusing on the Dolphins this season, meaning Johnson's termination was caught on video.

Chad Johnson Cut By Joe Philbin on Hard Knocks

A day after he was arrested for head-butting Evelyn Lozada and charged with domestic battery, Chad met with new coach Philbin in the coach's office.

Johnson pleaded that he'd never been in trouble before - actually true as a pro, though he had a prior domestic violence arrest in college in 2000.

In any case, Philbin wasn't having it and politely but unflinchingly made it clear he didn't see Chad going in the same direction as the organization.

In the ensuing days, he was also dropped by VH1, who canned the upcoming series Ev & Ocho, and by Lozada, who filed for divorce yesterday.

He essentially lost his day job, side job and wife in a 72-hour span, all over a receipt for condoms. Hope Beverly Shiner or side piece equivalent was worth it.

Miami cutting Ocho: The right decision?

The short-lived marriage of Evelyn Lozada and Chad Johnson came to an end yesterday in the aftermath of his arrest for domestic violence.

Her discovery of a receipt for condoms, alleged head-butting and 911 call may have been the final straw, but the die was cast long ago.

Chad Johnson (formerly) Ochocinco has been accused of cheating in the past, and now Beverly Shiner, 30, claims she was a participant in said activity.

From January-May of THIS YEAR, with Evelyn elbow-deep in wedding plans.

After first making contact by following him on Twitter, Shiner claims he sent his number in a personal message, inviting her to dinner.

"I Googled him before we met and saw he was engaged, but at the time there were reports that she had broken it off because she thought he was cheating, so I assumed they had broken up," she told Radar, presumably without irony.

It became clear she still lived at his home, however.

"While I was there, he called Evelyn and asked if she could order a pizza to be delivered for him, and even had her pay for it," Shiner said. "I thought it was odd and I wondered if she was really his fiancee or just a secretary."

She's not his fiancee anymore, having filed for divorce yesterday. Chad apologized in a statement to his fans, while wishing Evelyn well.

Shiner, herself a mother of two, revealed that she still railed Chad that night in January ... and more than a few more times in the ensuing months.

Chad Johnson has commented publicly for the first time since he allegedly bashed his head into Evelyn Lozada's and was arrested for domestic violence.

Evelyn Lozada filed for divorce Tuesday after just 41 days of marriage.

The NFL star, who has been released by the Miami Dolphins (and VH1), issued a brief statement on his official website late yesterday afternoon:

"I would like to apologize to everyone for the recent events that have occurred."

"I wish Evelyn well and will never say anything bad about her because I truly love her to death. I will continue to be positive and train hard for another opportunity in the NFL."

"To all the fans and supporters I have disappointed, you have my sincerest apologies. I will stay positive and get through this tough period in my life."

Note the lack of apology to Lozada directly there, only to "everyone" for "recent events." Nice work by his lawyer, vaguely covering all the bases legally.

The 34-year-old wide receiver clearly doesn't believe his career is over, despite being out of a job following the surprising domestic violence arrest.

Whether it is or not, it looks like his marriage is kaput. Head-butting aside, their condom fight was clearly foreshadowed by Chad's cheating ways.

Evelyn Lozada has filed to divorce Chad Johnson, not even six weeks after they got married. She filed legal documents just moments ago in Florida.

Caiming her marriage is "irretrievably broken," Evelyn was clearly motivated by the fight this weekend that led to her man's domestic violence arrest.

Even before the fight went nuclear - he's accused of head-butting her (listen to the Chad Johnson 911 call here) - the union was on shaky ground.

Lozada allegedly found a receipt for condoms in the duo's car and flew off the handle, resulting in an altercation that landed the football player behind bars.

There was no coming to his defense afterward, either. Instead, Evelyn Lozada ripped him in the media for not taking responsibility for his actions.

According to the divorce documents, the couple had a prenuptial agreement in place. Good thing for Johnson, as he's also out of an NFL job now.

Evelyn and Chad got married in St. Maarten in July 4, with the wedding filmed for their VH1 reality show ... which was canceled before it even aired.

The only person with reason to smile now? Kim Kardashian. Compared to Ev & Ocho, her marriage looks like a long-lasting, non-violent success.

Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada's Miami neighbor called 911 shortly after their nuclear argument Saturday, urging the dispatcher to "keep it quiet" and "not make a big scene" because of the football star's high profile.

He does not identify Johnson (until recently Chad Ochocinco) by name.

The caller said Evelyn Lozada fled to his home, right next door, after getting into a "little domestic dispute" with her husband. Listen below:

“She is probably gonna need stiches,” the caller says, asking for police assistance but preferably on the DL. "We don’t need the news here."

“I don’t want him to come in here and get mad at me,” he says, adding, “We don’t know if he’s home, or looking for her, or calmed down.”

Evelyn Lozada can be heard in the background saying “he head-butted me," while the neighbor is concerned Chad is out looking for her.

Johnson was arrested for domestic violence Saturday after allegedly grabbing his wife, the star of VH1's Basketball Wives, and head-butting her.

The couple, who wed July 4, reportedly got into a huge fight after Lozada discovered a receipt for condoms in their car, police said.

Basketball Wives star Evelyn Lozada is speaking out for the first time since Chad Johnson's arrest for head-butting her, and she's not exactly downplaying events, standing by her husband or calling it a misunderstanding. She's pissed.

Evelyn told ET in a statement Tuesday:

"It is with great sadness and much trepidation that I release this statement addressing the domestic violence incident that happened this past Saturday."

"I am deeply disappointed that Chad failed to take responsibility for his actions and has made false accusations; it is my sincere hope that he seeks the help he needs."

"Domestic violence is not okay and hopefully my taking a stand will help encourage other women to break their silence as well. I'm grateful to my family, friends and fans for the outpouring of support during this difficult time."

Chad Johnson (formerly Ochocinco), has been charged with domestic battery and cut by the Miami Dolphins. VH1 canceled their reality show as well.

Johnson reportedly told police that it was Evelyn Lozada who head butted him, not the reverse, but the 911 call placed by their next door neighbor after the Saturday scuffle certainly does not leave that impression. Listen below:
