Looks like the leak of the Chad Johnson sex tape was not Ocho's doing.

Either that, or he's going to great, devious lengths to cover his tracks, because the former NFL star is turning to the FBI for help, according to a TMZ report.

The footage, which found its way online Christmas Day (nice stocking stuffer), shows Eight-Five in a Florida hotel room, putting it to an unknown female.

Chad Johnson, who says the sex tape was filmed 3-4 years ago, is reportedly furious, and believes the video was mysteriously hacked from his phone.

Chad Johnson's life just keeps getting better.

While most of us choose to spread holiday joy on Christmas Day, some unknown party decided to disseminate a Chad Johnson sex tape instead.

Thanking whomever "dropped this in our inbox," World Star Hip Hop posted a video of stills of the former NFL getting his FREAK ON with two chicks.

A source close to the former Ochocinco said the sex tape was shot 3-4 years ago, and Chad is exploring his legal options but was not behind the leak.

Meanwhile, ex-wife and Evelyn Lozada addressed the issue on Twitter, along with MediaTakeout's report that he's boning her friends on the video.

Evelyn Lozada will not seek to extend the restraining order barring Chad Johnson from contacting her, according to reports. She just wants to move on.

The ex-NFL star is set to complete his domestic violence intervention program in the next few months, at which point he will ask that the no contact order be dismissed.

If and when that happens, Evelyn would have to request a civil restraining order to keep Chad away, but has decided not to do that, despite his head-butting her.

Chad Johnson just cut a deal to keep his unemployed a$$ out of jail.

The former NFL star was arrested for domestic violence after head-butting Evelyn Lozada during an argument, but he's agreed to be placed on probation and complete extensive anger management counseling in exchange for a guilty or no contest plea.

That will keep him out of jail on the battery charge he's facing.

A hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow, during which a judge is expected to sign off on the plea bargain and make it official. Man, they wrapped this up quick.

Evelyn and Chad's divorce was finalized yesterday. They wed July 4. Not even six weeks later, she found a receipt for condoms in their car and lost her $h!t.

He allegedly head-butted her at that point, and was arrested; Evelyn filed for divorce, VH1 axed their show and the Miami Dolphins cut Chad loose within days.

Life's changed quite a bit for him in the last three months. Lots of free time for Madden now at least, despite the awkwardness of having to create himself.

Chad Johnson and Evelyn Lozada's marriage is over, officially. Already. They signed divorce papers and that was that. The married in a lavish ceremony July 4. This year.

A Florida judge signed the couple's papers early this morning.

Per Ocho's attorney Adam Swickle, the hearing was "very quick" and "procedural." It only lasted "3-5 minutes" and neither Chad nor Evelyn Lozada were present.

While she filed for divorce in August after Johnson was arrested for allegedly assaulting her, it took the NFL star a month to give in and file for divorce himself.

Their nuptials were chronicled in the VH1 reality show Ev and Ocho, which was axed before it even aired in the aftermath of Johnson's domestic violence arrest.

Lozado began divorce proceedings just two days after the incident, to which he's pleaded not guilty. Johnson, contrarily, got a big tattoo of Ev's face. Her face.

Neither has commented on the divorce, but Chad's back doing what he does best - posting pics of himself on Twitter - and Lozada took to the social network as well.

"Oh what a GREAT morning!!!" she wrote. Sums it up right there.

After initially refusing to go along with Evelyn Lozada's efforts to divorce him, former NFL star Chad Johnson is finally accepting that his marriage is over.

Johnson filed the papers in a Florida court yesterday, in response to Evelyn Lozada's filing back on August 14, days after he allegedly head-butted her.

In Chad's divorce filing, he notes the the couple has a prenup that he believes should be enforced, especially the part about who pays for the lawyers.

Evelyn has requested that Chad foot the bill for her legal fees, but the prenup states that both of them will pay their own if they were to split, Ocho claims.

The divorce has not been finalized yet, but Evelyn, who gave every indication that she was never going to reconcile and is ready to move on, is thrilled.

Well, as thrilled as one can be after a condom receipt from your cheating spouse results in the end of a 41-day marriage and stitches in your head.

Johnson was charged with battery yesterday in Broward County, Fla. He entered a plea of not guilty this morning, and is currently unemployed.

Still, the former Ochocinco will not sign the documents or partake in any divorce proceedings, for the simple reason that he doesn't want to get a divorce.

He thinks he can win her back, as evidenced by him getting a tattoo of Lozada's face on his leg and chastising Twitter fans who questioned that move.

Chad can't necessarily stall this forever, though.

Under Florida law, the divorce can still be finalized with a judge's approval and Evelyn is determined to make the divorce happen, come hell or high water.

The Basketball Wives star says she still loves Chad, but all she wants to do is move on and rebuild her life, and that there's no coming back from this.

If Chad Johnson's Evelyn Lozada tattoo was/is an attempt at patching things up, what he may have instead is a permanent reminder of what he lost.

She's not taking him back.

Lozada is adamant that they are over after his arrest on August 11 for domestic battery. "You can't repair this," she told People. "You just can't."

After a nuclear argument set off by a receipt for condoms in their car, Lozada went to the hospital for stitches, and Johnson spent a night in jail.

An upcoming reality show starring the couple, Ev and Ocho, was canceled by VH1, and he was also cut by the Miami Dolphins within two days.

She filed for divorce from the NFL star the following week.

And while Lozada admits that she'll "always have love" for her husband (of just 41 days), she can't see them working things out in the future.

"This is something you should never tolerate," says the Basketball Wives reality star, who hopes to inspire victims of domestic abuse to get help.

"I don't care what the situation is – or who the man is."
