A never-before-seen photo of Evelyn Lozada's bloody head has surfaced just as Chad Johnson has been released from jail for violating his probation.

The former NFL star head-butted is then-wife so hard last year that he left her with a major gash on her forehead, as shown in this TMZ picture ...

The photos were taken by Davie, Fla., police in the emergency room where Evelyn Lozada was transported following Chad's attack on August 11, 2012.

Officials said the forehead laceration measured three inches.

Chad Johnson is appealing to a Broward County, Fla., judge's sense of reason after slapping his lawyer's ass the other day and being jailed as a result.

Derided by the judge for disrespecting the court and the legal process, Chad says it was the opposite - an "attaboy" sign of respect for his legal eagle!

Attorney Adam Swickle, the recipient of Chad's butt-tap, filed legal documents pleading with the judge to rethink her decision to throw out Chad's plea deal.

After believing that he disrespected the court with the ass slap, the judge negged a deal that would've kept Ocho out of jail for a recent probation violation.

Chad Johnson was just kicked out of court and jailed after slapping his male lawyer's ass and enraging the judge overseeing his probation violation hearing.

The troubled former NFL star was in court in Broward County, Fla., to face a judge for the recent probation violation in his domestic violence case.

During the hearing, the judge and Chad's lawyer were about to finalize terms of Chad's punishment - terms fairly favorable to #85, no less.

But the deal fell apart in epic fashion as the judge asked Chad if he was satisfied with his representation ... and he playfully slapped his attorney's ass.

The court erupted with laughter, except for the judge. She was PISSED!

Chad Johnson was just arrested for violating the terms of his probation. A Broward County, Fla., judge remanded the former NFL star into custody.

Eight-Five was on probation stemming from his infamous 2012 domestic violence arrest, which took place after head-butting then-wife Evelyn Lozada.

While he didn't crush her skull, he did demolish his marriage.

A warrant had been issued for Johnson earlier this month after he failed to report to his probation officer on two occasions, and that's not even all.

The maligned Chad Johnson's woes seem to keep piling up.

In addition to the warrant out for his arrest, the former NFL athlete is in a declining state of fiscal health, a dramatic reversal from just one year ago.

Pretty soon, he may no longer have the shirt on his back.

As part of his ongoing battle with baby mama Andrea Pearson, Chad claims that he can no longer make his $5,420 per month child support payments.

Ocho says he agreed to that sum March 2012, when he was a successful NFL star. He says he now "finds himself without a contract and without a team."

"Simply [I am] unemployed."

Not by Evelyn Lozada, or any NFL team (though we hear the Omaha Beef may be hiring). Authorities are hunting him down for an alleged probation violation.

A warrant has been issued for his arrest.

The former Ochocinco is wanted in Broward County, Fla., where he was placed on probation after his 2012 domestic violence altercation with Evelyn Lozada.

As for he alleged violation? The Broward County D.A.'s office says he failed to report to his probation officer at the scheduled time. Simple as that.

Chad Johnson. Homeless man. Beer. Friendship. Twitter. 

Who knew those five things went together so well ...

The out-of-work NFL star, in a spontaneous act of generosity, spent Saturday with a homeless man named Robert after making his acquaintance on the street.

Robert asked the 35-year-old athlete a beer, at which point Chad made his day by buying him a 24-pack - plus a pack of Newports for good measure.

The former Ochocinco said they were both unemployed so they may as well hang out, and so they did. He took "Porkchop" under his wing for the weekend.

Johnson, who recently split from Evelyn Lozada and may be in need of companionship, also took him to Urban Outfitters, and ended the evening in a club.

Best friends forever.

Chad Johnson is stalking and harassing ex-wife Evelyn Lozada online, according to the Basketball Wives star, and she's warning him to stop or else.

Evelyn fired off a cease and desist letter to the former football star after be tore her a new one on Twitter with crude remarks about her alleged cheating.

Ev wants a restraining order if he doesn't STFU ASAP.

Lozada says Chad's Twitter allegations are 100 percent false, and that she never cheated on Chad during their relationship, which ended last year.

The same, obviously, can't be said for him.

His life sort of sucks right now, but give him credit for one thing: Making $66,000 a month in"self-employment, partnerships, and/or independent contracts."
