OMG! That girl is so not fake, and she is not from a long extended family! She is from a small family that values education and treating others how you want to be treated! From what you can see from her audition and all the stuff on tonight people should be able to tell she is a real sweet girl! Casey Rox!

To anyone who thinks Casey is a fake snot...Casey is so real. You are all just jealous she happens to be blessed with beauty, brains and talent. Not to mention real BOOBS! BTW, what is up with A.I. They don't show any good singers. They just show all the annoying and untalented losers! I wouldn't watch that show any more if it weren't for the 1/20 of a second clips they have of Casey. Where is she. They don't show her and you can't even tell she made it through anymore!

She lives in Eden Praire and her mom works at our school district. Its really strange but they have all these emails going out telling us to support her. She really is a nice girl I've only met her once though.

I just notice today that with every piece of clothing Casey Carlson wear she put on the Muslim 'kafia' which is the neck cover, I don't think it's appropriate for the show and maybe she don't even know what it is or what it represents in the Arab/Muslim world. I don't know if it's for fashion or more of political statement which can have her drop in an early stage all I know it look totally wrong.as a soldier I just came from Iraq and after years of learning the Arab/Muslim culture I understand that there 2 kind of 'Kafia' the red and the gray. the gray what she put on represents the harder stream of the Islam and most of the terrorist wear it. do we really want to have a piece of fashion clothing that match terrorist???? it's enough for us the soldier to see it in those countries then to see it in our home on our own daughter's!!!

She is obviously gorgeous, no doubt about it, & she can sing. Cut the girl some slack. Why are you spending time critcizing her? It's stupid & a waste of time, go get a hobby or something. Or just say something nice, & grow up :)

To US Army: Casey is NOT wearing a Muslim kafia and she is NOT making a political statement. She's wearing an outfit from Urban Outfitters. Take your terrorist accusations up with them, not her.

Is the American Idol voting process a sham that anything or anyone can control anymore? When contestants can hire computerized/automated phone bank systems to text and vote, or worse yet, illegally use random phone numbers to transmit votes from all over the world (yes, it could even be your unlisted phone number, is it fair to any of the contestants?

the KUFIA is not a religious head gear, but cultural as in arabic,
the black and white was wore by the farmers, and the red and white by Bedouins,
i hope that helps you people, people who are wearing KUFIA usually are just attracted to this arabian piece of fashion, whats so wrong with it?
