Nancy Grace doesn't hold back.

The news pundit and Dancing With the Stars competitor was not among the many people lauding the Amanda Knox verdict yesterday. Grace's thoughts on Knox's conviction (in the 2007 slaying of Meredith Kercher) being overturned?

"I think that it was a miscarriage of justice," she said.

Amanda Knox, Nancy Grace

Nancy Grace does not hold back when it comes to her favorite cash cows.

"I only hope Ms. Knox makes something of her life because she's certainly been given a second chance. Very few people are given the chance she has been given."

Knox, a University of Washington student who had been studying in Perugia, Italy, faced a sentence of 26 years in prison after being convicted of murder in 2009.

Yesterday, an appeals court overturned the 24-year-old's conviction.

On Friday, Judge Belvin Perry ordered the release of the infamous video of Casey Anthony's reaction to the news of Caylee Anthony's body being discovered.

It had been sealed throughout the trial because another judge had ruled it to be too inflammatory for a jury. But with the trail over, Perry unsealed the tape.

"There is no reasonable expectation of privacy in jail," he ruled, and with the 25-year-old acquitted of murder, ordered the Casey Anthony jail video released.

Here it is in its grainy entirety:

On the day Caylee's remains were found, Casey sat in jail infirmary, hunched over and rocking back and forth as news of the discovery played on TV.

Casey appears to double over, her hands in her lap, and then appears to breathe heavily. Anthony began hyperventilating, before asking for a sedative.

To many, the significance of the video and Casey Anthony's reaction is that the remains had not yet been identified as those of her missing 2-year-old.

Just another chapter in the year's wildest legal drama. Do you think the jury should have been allowed to see this? Would it have made a difference?

A video played for jurors Friday in the Casey Anthony trial shows the accused child murderer growing noticeably exasperated with her parents.

Near the beginning of the video, her mother, Cindy Anthony, suggests the possibility that Caylee Anthony, 2, had died in a freak accident.

"They are saying Caylee drowned in the pool," Cindy says, to which the 25-year-old defendant responds dismissively, "Surprise, surprise."

The completely unexpected and stunning defense claim that Caylee drowned accidentally on June 16, 2008 was made in court last week.

This jailhouse visit occurred nearly two months after Caylee's death. As the visit continues, Casey bristles as Cindy asks her for details.

"I'm frustrated and I'm angry," Casey says. "This is the first time that I've truly, truly been angry. I'm so beyond frustrated with all this."

As you can see in the clip above, Anthony also snaps at father George for interrupting her, growing increasingly agitated and erratic.

The case of Casey Anthony - a woman accused of killing her her two-year old daughter, Caylee - got underway today. And the defense attorney presented a shocking argument on behalf of his client.

Claiming that Casey lied about her child going missing in 2008, Jose Baez told the jury that Caylee "was never missing. She drowned in the family swimming pool."

Almost three years go, the young girl's body was found just a half mile from her Orlando house. By that time, Casey, who hadn't reported Caylee's disappearance weeks, had already been arrested.
