After her recent appeal was denied, Casey Anthony has been ordered to serve a year of probation in Orlando, Fla., according to news reports.

Casey's defense lawyers tried to argue that she served her probation stemming from her conviction in a check fraud case while incarcerated and awaiting her trial for the alleged murder of her daughter, Caylee Marie Anthony.

Judge Belvin Perry disagreed with her lawyers' claim.

Despite how long she spent behind bars, "Legally, it is clear that a defendant cannot serve probation while incarcerated," the A.G.'s office ruled.

Casey was told to report to the Orlando Department of Corrections by 12 p.m. on August 26 to begin serving her probation from the fraud case.

The Department of Corrections officials have said that they are ready to begin supervision of Casey Anthony after she reports by noon Friday.

Her attorney, Jose Baez, is being investigated for a possible ethics violation after he allegedly did not report a clerical error that let Anthony walk.

They realized it would be a controversial decision to acquit Casey Anthony of murder. Heck, they even hated the girl personally. But the 12-member Orlando-area jury did what they felt was right and let her walk.

The public outrage that followed was not what they expected.

The Casey Anthony jury has received death threats, been barred from restaurants, been shunned by family, even been forced to flee in fear of backlash.

Their names remain closely guarded, but one male juror consented to speak with People under the condition of complete and utter anonymity.

His basic take? Casey Anthony sucks, but what are you gonna do?

"We all tried hard to separate emotions from the evidence," he says. "Generally, none of us liked Casey Anthony at all. She frankly seems like a horrible person. But the prosecutors did not give us enough evidence to convict."

Jose Baez, one of Casey Anthony's primary defense attorneys, is being investigated by the Florida state bar association for alleged ethical violations.

The probe into Baez's conduct was triggered over a dogfight involving Casey Anthony's probation stemming from a 2010 conviction for check fraud.

She was given a year's probation, but the judge made clear in court that time spent awaiting trial for murder would not count toward its completion.

The judge erroneously wrote the order placing Anthony on probation, however, to state that the jail time would count toward completing probation.

Anthony's lawyers acted as if the written order was the final word, however, and authorities - who were clueless - acted as if she had completed it.

Judge Belvin Perry later ruled that Anthony will return to Florida, ASAP, to complete her probation, regardless of the clerical error that took place.

The Chief Judge of the court is now lashing out at Baez for essentially trying to keep officials in the dark and get Casey off on this technicality.

Casey Anthony’s parents, George and Cindy Anthony, will break their silence in an interview with Dr. Phil on the blowhard's upcoming season premiere.

Airing September 12, the interview will mark the first time Cindy and George have spoken publicly since Casey was acquitted of murder charges in July.

Casey Anthony remains in hiding, although she may be forced to return to Florida imminently to serve probation for a check fraud conviction.

“Cindy and George have suffered a horrific loss with the untimely death of their granddaughter Caylee," Dr. Phil said in a press release this afternoon.

"They have since endured an unprecedented public attack on their family,”

“Have these attacks been warranted, or not? I looked them straight in the eye and asked some very tough questions. Despite living under a ‘media microscope’ for years," Phil adds, "THEIR story has never really been told."

Casey Anthony's lawyers are fighting her court-ordered return to Florida.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled last week that that Casey must serve out her probation for a check fraud conviction right now, in her native state of Florida.

Anthony's legal team believes she effectively served it while she sat in jail during her murder trial, and appealed the judge's order for her to return.

If they lose the appeal, Casey will have to return to Florida in 11 days.

Anthony was given a year's probation in her 2010 check fraud case, and the judge who sentenced her said in court that the time Casey spent in jail facing murder charges would not count toward completing probation.

However, the order the judge signed mistakenly allowed Casey's probation to run concurrently with her time behind bars. Thus the confusion.

The judge ruled Friday that the error was just that - an error.

Wherever Casey Anthony is hiding, she's got two weeks to come out.

America's most hated person has just been ordered by a judge to return to her native Orlando, Fla., to begin probation in her check fraud case.

Judge Belvin Perry ruled that Casey Anthony must return by August 26 to serve one year of probation, but her address may remain confidential.

Almost Free

Last year, Casey admitted to fraudulently using others' checks to buy clothes and groceries in the month after daughter Caylee disappeared.

Her lawyers previously argued that it is too dangerous for her to return to the area and that she had completed the probation while in jail.

Judge Perry apparently didn't buy either defense argument.

Casey Anthony is officially the most hated person in the U.S.

According to a new poll by California-based E-Poll's E-Score Celebrity research, the accused child killer topped the baddest of the bad to claim the #1 spot.

The weekly survey is carried out among a sample of 1,100 respondents aged 13 and over. Not surprisingly, Anthony was America's least popular human.

America's Most Hated Individual

In the "total dislike" category, Tot Mom came out on top with a whopping 94 percent of the respondents disliking her. That actually sounds a little low.

Meanwhile, 57 percent of those polled consider Casey Anthony "creepy" (60 percent of respondents called her "cold"). They weren't asked about the jury.

In the "total dislike" category, Casey was followed by Spencer Pratt with a 88 percent dislike rating and Nadya "Octomom" Suleman with 87 percent.

O.J. Simpson came in fourth, followed by Jon Gosselin, amusingly. Others receiving strong negatives included Levi Johnston, Paris Hilton and Heidi Fleiss.

On the day that Caylee Anthony would have turned 6, her grandparents held a public birthday memorial for the little girl near Orlando, Fla., on Tuesday.

Attendees released purple balloons (her favorite color) and butterflies in Florida near where the remains of Casey Anthony's daughter were found.

Several hundred people attended the memorial.

George and Cindy Anthony held hands and wore T-shirts that read, "You Will Always Remain In Our Hearts, Caylee Marie Anthony 2005-2008."

George Anthony said: "We didn't know how we'd be perceived. It's just a great tribute to our Caylee. Other children have to come home, too."

"That's what should be concentrated on. We know where Caylee's at."

One month after Casey Anthony was acquitted of murder, she remains in hiding for her own safety. She was spotted in Ohio early last week.

Earlier this week, Casey Anthony temporarily avoided a hearing regarding the terms of her probation stemming from a Florida check fraud conviction.

Judge Belvin Perry said he'd need more time to consider the facts before ruling on whether Casey must return home to serve probation in that case.

"I'll be the first to admit this is not a very clear cut issue ... you’ve given me a lot to think about," Perry said, calling it "a legal maze" and "a mess".

Anthony who was acquitted last month in the death of her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee, is believed to be in Ohio and didn't attend the hearing.

Her attorneys argue that she should not be required to return because of safety concerns, and because she served the probation behind bars.

It's as confusing as it sounds, if not more so.

On January 25, 2010, Anthony was given probation by Judge Stan Strickland after she'd pleaded guilty to charges she stole checks from a friend.

When Octomom is calling you out, you need serious help.

Not that this is a new revelation for Casey Anthony (who will be seeking mental health treatment), a woman so hated that even one of the most notorious drains on society, Nadya Suleman, is sick just thinking about her.

"I would die for my children," Octomom tells Steppin' Out Magazine. "The whole [Casey Anthony] case makes me nauseous. It makes me sick."

Bag It Octo

Octomom has been called a lot of things, but never a killer!

Casey was acquitted last month of killing her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony. She was released July 17 and went immediately into hiding.

Many people are convinced she got away with murder.

"The thought that Casey Anthony would even entertain the idea of harming her child makes me sick," Nadya, herself a mother of 14, said.
