After 10 months in hiding, Casey Anthony may soon resurface after being subpoenaed in a lawsuit by Zenaida Gonzalez, a.k.a. Zanny the Nanny.

Investigators have been waiting outside her residence in Florida for days to serve her with a subpoena in a defamation lawsuit filed by Gonzalez.

"Our investigation team has had her whereabouts pinned down," says Gonzalez's lawyer, Matt Morgan. "Their backs were against the wall."

"Her attorneys said that they would accept service on her behalf."

Gonzalez filed suit over Anthony's comments in 2008 that a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez had kidnapped Anthony's 2-year-old daughter Caylee.

The toddler was found dead and Anthony was charged with murder. She was found not guilty after a sensational trial in July and went into seclusion.

There was no babysitter by that name, but Gonzalez - who had nothing to do with Casey - claimed defamation because the two names are the same.

The defamation case has proceeded, with Anthony living in a secret location in Florida (where she must remain due to her probation for check fraud).

A judge finally ordered that Casey Anthony's attorneys must disclose her whereabouts so that she may be served and answer questions under oath.

Anthony had planned to leave the country after her probation was finished in September, but she now will must return to Orlando to face Gonzalez.

Gonzalez, who is seeking unspecified damages, is "happy" to hear that Casey "will be held accountable just like everybody else," says her attorney.

Parks & Recreation star Rob Lowe will portray a lawyer in the upcoming TV movie about last summer's Casey Anthony trial, according to reports.

In a case that captivated the country, Anthony, 26, was charged with and later acquitted of murdering her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee in 2008.

The not guilty verdict set off a firestorm of criticism (and head-scratching, or just plain outrage) across the U.S. Anthony has been in hiding since.

She hasn't won over many since last summer. In fact, the family that hid her after the verdict recently left this scathing voicemail for Casey Anthony.

"We're thrilled to have Rob returning to our network, after his amazing star turn as Drew Peterson," Lifetime executive V.P. Rob Sharenow said.

"He's one of those rare stars who can do it all: comedy, drama, heroes, villains."

The pastor's family that Casey Anthony hid with after her shocking murder trial acquittal last year left a scathing voicemail for her this January.

Pastor Steve Camp and his wife Cindy run the Cross Church of Palm City where Casey was rumored to be hiding out after her release from jail.

In the voicemail, Cindy voices heartbreaking betrayal and urges Casey Anthony her not to deal with powerhouse attorney Jose Baez any longer.

She also calls her out for being selfish and self-centered.

Cindy Camp lambasts Baez for taking advantage of their family and Casey, then goes OFF on the 26-year-old's recent behavior, with few specifics.

The voicemail was left in January 2012, just days after bizarre the Casey Anthony diary video showing off her "new life" somehow leaked online.

That same week, Baez called it quits, opting to no longer represent the accused child murderer. It's unclear why the two decided to part ways.

Here is the voicemail transcribed and obtained by Radar Online:

Casey Anthony may not be out of the legal woods just yet.

Her civil defense attorney is doing everything he can to make sure a defamation lawsuit against his client won’t go to trial, and today, a judge will hear the lawyer argue for the dismissal of the lawsuit brought against Anthony by Zenaida Gonzalez.

The 25-year-old might want to say a prayer this afternoon.

Gonzalez, a.k.a. Zanny the Nanny, is suing Anthony for defamation, claims that she was harassed and threatened after Anthony came up with a bogus nanny named Zenaida Gonzalez-Fernandez who she accused of kidnapping her daughter Caylee.

Gonzalez's attorneys will ask that Casey Anthony's video diaries be ordered into evidence in the case. Anthony has been keeping the video journal, which were leaked mysteriously this winter, since her July acquittal on murder charges.

What relevance the diary has is unclear, but it appears below:

The accused, acquitted and infamous "Tot Mom," Casey Anthony is embracing religion and plans on getting baptized soon, according to a new report.

Last July, Casey Anthony was - to the surprise and dismay of millions - found not guilty in the murder trial of her two-year-old daughter, Caylee Anthony.

Her deceased little girl is another big reason she's reached out to God.

"Casey believes that Caylee is with God now and wants to ensure her own salvation so that she'll see her daughter again someday," the source said.

Fearing for her life, but required to remain in Florida as she completes probation (for check fraud), Anthony has been in hiding for nine months now.

The only glimpse into her life since has been from her leaked video diaries, which she showcased a new hairstyle, a nose ring and her new puppy.

"I'm just really starting to feel good about a lot of things. It's about time," Casey said in one clip. "I'm really starting to like the way things are going."

"I'm just so happy. I'm really happy."

"I'm starting to make some changes, some really good changes for me, for myself," Casey Anthony allegedly says in the video dated November 6, 2011.

"I'm starting to figure out the things that I like, that I want."

At one point, Casey actually makes a reference to someone she frequently spends time with, saying, "I spent an amazing weekend with (edited out)."

"It's good to be back. It's good to be home. It's good to be with my Smooch." That's her dog's name, in case you didn't figure it out already. Smooch.

It looks like Casey Anthony has a million dollar decision to make.

A Florida law firm representing a group of Hollywood producers is looking to revisit talks for her first interview following her split with attorney Jose Baez.

In a letter dated Tuesday, the firm of Cohen & Kuvin tells Anthony's new attorney, J. Cheney Mason, that all sides had previously agreed to a mega-deal.

Until Baez pulled out, that is ... and parted ways with Casey for unknown reasons. In any case, sans Baez, they're still interested in getting a deal done.

California-based producer Al Taylor, who’s worked on behalf of The Jerry Springer Show in the past, was previously linked to a potential deal with Anthony.

Springer denies his show was involving in making any such offer.

The 25-year-old, who was controversially acquitted of murder, manslaughter and child abuse in the 2008 death of her daughter Caylee, remains in hiding.

Mostly. She resurfaced in a video blog released earlier this month, though the exact leak of the Casey Anthony video diaries has yet to be determined.

A new series of Casey Anthony pics has surfaced on Twitter.

The quality is not good. Of the subject or the photographs.

The same person who posted the Casey Anthony video diary previously is now apparently releasing some stills, featuring the dog Casey said she adopted.

That poor pooch had better make a break for it!

You'll notice that in the latest Casey Anthony pictures, the 25-year-old outcast still has the same short blonde hair and glasses she was sporting in the videos.

It's still unclear who's releasing the photos. Anthony's attorney, Jose Baez, told Geraldo Rivera he would go after him/her ... but he no longer represents her.

Reports say Anthony is angry that the private photos and videos were hacked and leaked online. In any case, here are three other images leaked online:

Casey Anthony and Jose Baez will be forever linked by her infamous 2011 murder trial, during which he somehow won an acquittal for the accused child killer.

They will soon be parting ways, however.

The New York Post says Anthony is angry over the fallout of her case, and thinks Baez has not done enough to secure a lucrative interviews on her behalf.

There has also been friction over his handling of the Casey Anthony video diary situation, according to reports, in the past week, which may be the last straw.

Casey Anthony and Jose Baez

“Casey doesn’t want to be reading that Jose’s working on all of these deals on her behalf,” a source said. “She thinks he’s using her name as a meal ticket.”

The paper says her original, though lesser-known attorney, Cheney Mason, will soon take over all Anthony's legal representation and deal with the media.

Baez, a relative novice before he met Casey Anthony, became an international star after he successfully represented her in her criminal case last year.

The verdict sparked outrage, and Anthony went into hiding, but that didn’t stop Baez from making the media rounds (in which he'd defend Casey and himself).

Last week, he appeared in an interview with Geraldo Rivera talking about how he would sue the hacker who leaked a private video diary made by Anthony.

“She doesn’t trust him anymore," said a source close to Anthony. TMZ reports that Baez was not fired, but has already agreed to cut ties with Anthony.

Casey Anthony claims the video diaries that leaked online last week were stolen from her computer by a malicious hacker of unknown origin, reports say.

That's according to a probation officer at the Florida Department of Corrections, which is overseeing Casey's case. For check fraud. Not the murder thing.

The embattled 25-year-old made this claim during her recent meeting with her P.O., insisting someone illegally downloaded the clips off of her computer.

She then, unintentionally, returned to the public eye in this video:

A second diary surfaced a few days later, also cloaked in mystery.

Aside from the fact that it's Casey Anthony, the diaries themselves are mundane. As part of her therapy, presumably, she discusses her daily life nowadays, adopting a dog, having her nose pierced, getting a new phone and whatnot.

Nothing remotely embarrassing or even that interesting, frankly, but according to court documents, Casey's royally pissed the videos were stolen and her attorneys are openly promising they will come after the hacker if/when s/he is revealed.

We'd lay low if we were that person. Jose Baez doesn't lose.
