Bryan Masche may be a poor husband and lousy father, but he won't be going to jail for it.

The Raising Sextuplets star was arrested in September and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and threatening domestic violence after he screamed at wife Jenny in front of their kids.

But an insider close to the case tells Radar Online that Masche has reached offered a plea agreement and he will plead guilty this afternoon to two misdemeanor counts:  threatening and intimidating per domestic violence and disorderly conduct per domestic violence.

Neither charge will result in jail time.

Instead, the reality star will be required to attend both parenting classes and individual counseling sessions. We'd also force him to listen to LeAnn Rimes whine everyday about her image in light of her affair, but that's just us.

Last month, Bryan Masche got arrested for threatening domestic violence against his family. Soon afterward, wife Jenny filed for separation from the father of her six children.

But the Raising Sextuplets star hopes to reconcile with his better half, telling Radar Online this week: "I have not given up hope of winning Jennifer and my kids back, but I know that you cannot force somebody to love you."

So, what happened to the couple? Relatives say the family's move from Arizona to Florida played a role in the break-up, but Masche just says:

"I think the pressure and pace of both our lives just got too much and we stopped putting each other first as a lot of married people do."

Relatives tell People the problems started when the family moved from Lake Havasu to Destin, Florida, which was the focus of the show's second season. And a cause for bickering between Bryan and Jenny.

"I have no idea why they did it," Jenny's uncle, Sergio Bustamante, told the magazine. "There's more support here," while Jenny's brother adds: "I don't think they put a lot of thought into it. If they had stuck here with our family support, it would have been better."

The idiocy of Bryan Masche has gotten him in trouble with the law and with his wife.

A week after the Raising Sextuplets star got arrested for disorderly conduct and threats of domestic violence, wife Jennifer has filed for legal separation.

During the incident in Arizona, Masche allegedly screamed profanities at his wife and threatened to "flatten" his father-in-law. He was released on bail and is awaiting a hearing next month.

Prior to the new season of the latest reality show to exploit little children, WE television admitted that the couple was seeing a relationship counselor. Guess that didn't go very well.

Now, Jon Gosselin might have competition for who can bed the most mediocre women in the country.

With details of the recent Bryan Masche arrest having leaked out, we can say for certain: this guy makes Michael Lohan look like a good father.

Masche is known for anchoring the WE network reality show, Raising Sextuplets, with wife Jenny. Over the weekend in Arizona, though, the anger-filled star did nothing but raise Hell. Here's a closer look at what went down:

Bryan Masche got arrested in front of his wife and six kids.

Bryan and Jenny started to argue around 2 p.m. on Saturday, September 11. They were visiting relatives in a small town about 90 miles north of Phoenix and the latter wanted to drive with the children to that large city. But Bryan wanted the family to go to Lake Havasu (200 miles away) instead.

From there, Jenny reportedly called the cops because she "did not know if Bryan planned to return with the children," the police report reads, adding: "Dispatch advised that the incident was verbal at the time, however the suspect... was becoming more aggressive, and that there were firearms in a vehicle."

When authorities arrived on the scene, an officer attempted to handcuff Bryan.

But the reality star did not budge and "was hesitant and refused," according to the report. He started yelling, saying he "didn't do anything," until an officer told another deputy to "deploy his Taser."

At this, "Bryan complied prior to the Taser being deployed," the report says. "Bryan was then assisted back to his feet and escorted to my vehicle where he was secured. While in my patrol vehicle, Bryan continued to be belligerent."

Bryan was arrested and charged with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct and threatening domestic violence. He is free on $3,500 bail and due in court on October 7 for a hearing.

Said Jenny last year, in an interview with People: "We have totally brutal fights." She wasn't joking.

Maybe, just maybe, it's a bad idea to place cameras in front of a someone already dealing with the stress of multiple children.

We've all seen what's happened with Jon and Kate Gosselin. And now Bryan Masche is the latest example of a reality star parent driven over the edge.
