Brooke Mueller Files Lawsuit Against Treatment Center
Brooke Mueller is getting along much better with Charlie Sheen these days.
But the troubled celebrity is still fighting mad, aiming her anger at a treatment facility where she spent time in March of 2010.
Mueller has filed a lawsuit against The Canyon rehab facility in Malibu because she believes staff members there leaked confidential medical information to the press.
It is true that Brooke's patient admissions forms were submitted to websites such as TMZ last spring, though that celebrity gossip outlet did not publish the documents.
Mueller is suing for undisclosed damages because she believes her privacy was violated.

Charlie Sheen on Brooke Mueller: Just a Friend!
Look, can't a sort of insane TV star go on vacation with his drug-addicted ex-wife and suck on some bananas without people jumping to conclusions?!?
With Charlie Sheen having taken Brooke Mueller down to Mexico for a few days, rumors are now circulating that this former couple is giving it another shot. But the actor insists there is nothing to the trip aside from friendship.
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller, circa 2007. Might happy days be here again for the pair?
"We're good friends trying to be great parents," Sheen told reporters over the weekend. "[We're] working on mending the bridges, replanting scorched earth. The goal is harmony."
Okay, who is this sane, reasonable family man? And, seriously, what has he done with Charlie Sheen?!?

Charlie Sheen Rewards Brooke Mueller with Mexican Vacation
Perhaps Charlie Sheen really is a changed man.
The actor has touched down with ex-wife Brooke Mueller in Mexico, telling TMZ the trip is actually a reward for the troubled mother of his twins because she's been "busting her ass with the boys, and [she's] more sober and healthy than I've ever seen her."
Sheen has made it his goal to get Brooke on a proper path, paying for her treatment with a team of doctors he trusts. It's amazing how far these two have come.
It was only February, according to court documents, when Sheen lamented the fact that he didn't kill Muller during their infamous, dangerous fight on Christmas Day 2009. Glad to see they're getting along now!
Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller: One Harmonious Family?
Charlie Sheen, a responsible father and ex-husband?
This thought would have been comical a few months ago, but the actor has recently been taking steps to get his loved ones in order. Most recent case in point: paying for Brooke Mueller's rehab and finding her a team of trustworthy doctors.
On Sunday, meanwhile, the former couple posed for a portrait with twin sons Bob and Max. They look like a regular, happy family, don't they?
"Harmony is our goal," Sheen told TMZ, saying the kids played around with their parents and ate candy all day. "Sunday was a wonderful start."
When Mueller is finished with her latest round of treatment, Sheen says he wants her to find a home in his neighborhood. Could the troubled star actually, finally have discovered the true meaning of "winning?"
It's spending time with your family, people.
Charlie Sheen on Rehab for Brooke Mueller: I Got This!
Charlie Sheen knows a thing or two dozen about substance abuse. And that's a good thing for Brooke Mueller.
Two weeks after the actor's ex-wife jetted down to Mexico for a controversial attempt to get sober (via Ibogaine, a drug that's illegal in the United States), we have an update on Mueller's condition and whereabouts:
She's back in the United States, undergoing treatment recommended, and paid for, by Sheen.
The relationship between Charlie Sheen and Brooke Mueller is more complicated then the plot of Inception.
Sources tell TMZ that Sheen was worried about Brooke's Mexican adventure, flew down in a private jet to pick her up and brought her to an undisclosed location in America. He has also hired the same doctors for Mueller that helped him clean up following the incidents that led to his Two and a Half Men firing earlier this year.
Expect more rumors of a reconciliation between this former couple to heat up as a result of Sheen's actions.
Brooke Mueller in "Intense" Rehab, But Not in Mexico, Sources Say
Reports that Brooke Mueller was off to Mexican rehab were half right.
Charlie Sheen’s former wife is indeed in a residential treatment facility, but in the United States, so that she can remain near her two sons, reports say.
Mueller had planned on going to Mexico specifically to undergo treatment with the controversial drug Ibogaine to stop her cravings for illegal drugs.
Ibogaine, itself a hallucinogenic, is illegal in the U.S., so off to Mexico she went ... until she got thrown off the flight for belligerent behavior.
Brooke Mueller then tried to board a second flight south of the border, but she wasn't allowed to board because she didn't have her passport on her..
Sources close to Mueller say: "She was convinced that was a sign to not go to Mexico. Brooke [knew] Ibogaine is a very dangerous drug to take."
So, instead, she entered an undisclosed inpatient treatment facility within the last 72 hours in the U.S. This way, Bob and Max will be close by.
Will this time be the charm? "Brooke did several outpatient programs in the past six months, but she would quickly relapse," says the source.
"Brooke realizes she had to check in for intense treatment."
Brooke Mueller: Off to Mexican Rehab!
It took being snapped with pot on the sidewalk, followed by an embarrassing confrontation with a stewardess on an airplane, but Brooke Mueller is headed back to rehab.
Sources tell TMZ that Charlie Sheen's ex-wife is trying something unique this time around: she'll spend seven days in a facility in Mexico. The reason? It offers a drug that is meant to help her kick her drug habit.
Will the 16th rehab trip be the charm for Brooke Mueller?
Illegal in America, Ibogaine is a substance extracted from an iboga plant. Some experts believe it rewires one's addictions to alcohol, cocaine, methadone and heroin.
Brooke is reportedly referring to the program as "extreme" and she's confident it will work. Sounds a bit loony and desperate to us, but those descriptions also apply Mueller. And, hey, it could be worse.
She could be seeing Dr. Drew instead.
Passenger: Brooke Mueller Thrown Off Airplane for Belligerent Behavior
Pssst, L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services. Over here...
Brooke Mueller was involved in an argument with United Airlines staff members on Tuesday, the result of which was Charlie Sheen's troubled ex departing a plane under controversial circumstances. Was she kicked off? Did choose to leave because a flight attendant was being unfair?
Does it even matter at this point?
According to TMZ, Mueller tried to use the bathroom immediately prior to take-off. But a stewardess said she had to remain seated. A fight ensued. Brooke claims she demanded off the plane, but a witness says:
Mueller was "belligerent and cussing out the flight attendant" and was removed from the aircraft.
Between this incident, her alleged desire to reconcile with Charlie Sheen and her anxious pot use, what else do authorities need to investigate the well-being of her children?
Brooke Mueller and Charlie Sheen to Give It Another Try?!?
Take away the drugs, the abuse, the cheating and the violent temper and Charlie Sheen is simply a fun guy.
That's what Brooke Mueller apparently believes and cares about, as friends tell TMZ the pot-loving trainwreck is actually considering a reconciliation with her ex-husband. Really. Seriously. We're not making this up.
Sheen hasn't made many headlines recently and a source says that's because he's been laying low, just chilling in his house, goddess-free, along with Mueller. She's telling pals the former couple is enjoying each other's company and, hey, they have a lot in common. Like a love of threesomes.
Twins Max and Bob, too.
Yes, Brooke claims to be aware of the "toxic" elements involved in their relationship. But she also says the door to a 79th chance for Sheen remains open.

Brooke Mueller Defends Alleged Crack Pipe Picture: It Was Pot!
Brooke Mueller is aghast. You really think she'd walk around the street clutching a crack pipe, as a photo taken this week insinuated?!?
Please. Charlie Sheen's troubled ex has a reasonable explanation for that: it was just a little pot.
According to friends who spoke to TMZ, Mueller admits she smokes legal, medicinal marijuana sometimes due to anxiety. She doesn't ever smoke crack, reportedly, though she does dabble in the occasional cocaine.
But a binge only lasts for 12 hours and then she pops into rehab. There. All better!
As you might expect, Brooke doesn't believe there's any reason for the L.A. County Department of Children and Family Services to get involved or test her for drugs. And that organization apparently agrees: no one from it has questioned her or Sheen in over six months.
