Llana Little, Brooke Mueller Assault Victim, Demands Justice
Brooke Mueller will almost definitely avoid prison for allegedly possessing cocaine inside an Aspen nightclub in December, the discovery of which took place after she allegedly attacked a woman.
And at least one person takes issue with this legal solution: the woman Mueller allegedly attacked.
Llana Little tells TMZ that Charlie Sheen's troubled ex-wife exchanged words with her when Little was exiting the dance floor on the night of December 2. When Little turned around, she says Brooke punched her in the back.
She "should go to jail" for the incident, Little insists.
Following this altercation, Mueller left for another club and was found there by police. Cops took her outside and booked her for drug possession and third degree assault.
"She needs to learn her lesson that what she did was not okay," Little says.
Brooke Mueller to Avoid Jail in Drug Case
Felony, schmelony. Brooke Mueller is unlikely to spend any time in jail due to her recent arrest for cocaine possession.
Sources tell TMZ that Mueller's attorney is hammering out a plea bargain with Colorado prosecutors that will result in a "deferred prosecution" for his client. Translation: she will be forced to perform community service and take drug education classes as the result of her December 2 arrest - but will avoid prison altogether.
Mueller was arrested in late 2011 for allegedly assaulting a woman in a nightclub. A count of felony possession of cocaine with intent to distribute was tacked on last week, but Charlie Sheen's ex-wife is simply due in court on April 2, insiders confirm.
At that point, unless negotiations between lawyers fall apart, she will enter a plea and receive a light sentence. Raise your hand if you're surprised.
Brooke Mueller Charged with Felony Cocaine Possession
Brooke Mueller might be on her way to "total and complete sobriety," according to her rep, but the troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen now faces a new obstacle in her personal life.
Stemming from her December 2 arrest in Aspen, she's been charged with felony possession of cocaine. Yikes.
Mueller has also been charged with assaulting a woman that night, but the most severe counts center on the allegation that she possessed over four grams of cocaine at the time. She could face six years in prison if convicted on that charge.
But prosecutors have also charged Brooke with possessing under four grams, a count that could result in 18 months behind bars.
Brooke Mueller on Way to "Total and Complete Sobriety," Rep Says
For Brooke Mueller, let's hope the 37th time is the charm.
The troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen entered a rehab facility in December, but rep Steve Honig now confirms to E! News that she's back in Los Angeles and focused on maintaining a healthy lifestyle.
"After successfully completing an intensive three-month drug and alcohol treatment program, Brooke returned to Los Angeles yesterday and has immediately begun an aggressive outpatient program that includes a sober companion," Honig says. "Brooke is feeling better than ever before, and is committed to continuing treatment for as long as necessary to maintain her total and complete sobriety."
In late 2011, Muller was arrested on charge of cocaine possession and assault, stemming from a nightclub incident in Aspen. She was actually bailed out of jail by Sheen and committed to treatment shortly after her arraignment.

THG Presents: Best of Celebrity Marijuana Scandals!
Sorry, Armie Hammer. Your arrest for marijuana possession didn't even make THG's Top 10 favorite marijuana scandals ... though it did inspire us to compile the list!
Note that there are plenty of pot smokers out there who don't appear here simply because they haven't been busted for their antics. We snub them, but they win!
Anyway, take a look at some recent stars involved in weed-related police matters below and vote for which celebrity stoner is your favorite ...
10. Chace Crawford / Matthew McConaughey (tie). The Texans tie for the 10 spot based on the classic mug shots taken after their respective arrests.
9. Snoop Dogg. Snoop's arrest this month was about as shocking as ... the #7 man on this list, who was also cited for possession in the same TOWN!
8. Jermaine Hopkins / Sam Hurd (tie). The Lean On Me star and Chicago Bears player may not be household names ... but were big time DEALERS.
7. Willie Nelson. Seriously, just leave Willie alone cops.
6. Soulja Boy. Recently pulled over with his entourage carrying a bunch of weed, cash and a gun. All in one briefcase. Sometimes you gotta travel light.
5. Michael Phelps. Don't hit the bong after winning a gold medal, kids.
4. Brooke Mueller. Charlie's ex claims her infamous crack pipe incident merely involved weed. Even if you give her the benefit of the doubt, what a mess!
3. Jenelle Evans. Girl can't go 24 hours without smoking up! Or getting arrested. At least some of her probation woes stem from positive drug tests.
2. Miley Cyrus. Our #2 scandal didn't even involve weed, necessarily ... but Miles totally smokes it, and who else could compete with this bong video!
1. DMX. The all-time king of celebrity mug shots is only slightly less known for his affinity for the sticky-sticky. Sometimes those things are related!
Who's your favorite celebrity stoner?

Brooke Mueller Seeks to Block TMZ From Court
Brooke Mueller is seeking to block popular celebrity news site TMZ from live streaming her arraignment in Aspen, Colo., on cocaine charges. The reasoning behind that?
To preserve her dignity. Three words: L.O.L.
Pointing fingers at the website, attorneys are asking a judge to make the first court date in her cocaine case TMZ-free, in order to take attention off the case.
Mmmyeah. Not sure it works like that.
Brooke's lawyer has filed legal papers trying to block the site from taping the proceedings in Aspen, where she was busted for cocaine possession this month.
Her camp says video will "unduly detract from the solemnity, decorum and dignity of the court" and sans TMZ, "this case may soon become less interesting."
With all due respect, Brooke, the best way to make your life less "interesting" would be to not show up at pawn shops or WALK AROUND WITH FOUR GRAMS OF COKE.
Allegedly.
Brooke Mueller Actually WILL Enter Rehab
Brooke Mueller is headed to rehab. For sure this time. No question about it. We're pretty sure.
After deciding over the weekend to check in to a treatment facility in Los Angeles... only to then decide to go with outpatient care instead... sources now tell TMZ the troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen has chosen once and for all to seek professional help for substance abuse.
"After further reflection and consideration, Brooke has decided to remove herself from the media spotlight and has entered a long-term in-patient treatment center where she can focus on her recovery without distraction," her rep says, adding that she's already checked in to the undisclosed facility.
Mueller will retain custody of her twin boys, this insider says, explaining that they'll remain in their house under the care of a nanny.
"Charlie and Brooke’s parents fully support her decision and everyone recognizes the importance of maintaining the children's normal routine," the rep concludes.
Brooke Mueller to Re-Enter Rehab
She to pull an Amy Winehouse and say "no, no, no," but with her friends afraid she'll actually end up like Amy Winehouse, Brooke Mueller has agreed to enter a new rehab facility.
The troubled ex-wife of Charlie Sheen was arrested last week on drug possession charges, while also accused of punching a woman in the face. She is due back in an Aspen-Colorado court later this month.
According to TMZ sources, Mueller will soon leave for an undisclosed treatment facility in the Los Angeles area. Sheen will be in charge of the former couple's two sons during her time away, a less scary proposition since he stopped residing with numerous "goddesses" and acting like a "warlock."
We wish Brooke all the best in this attempt to get clean. Let's hope the 17th time is the charm.
UPDATE: Brooke's rep now says she will instead be trying out an outpatient program, in which she is constantly under supervision and submits to daily drug tests... but spends the evenings with her family.
Charlie Sheen Defends Brooke Mueller as Non-Drug Dealer
Brooke Mueller wasn't just arrested last week in Aspen for cocaine possession; she was arrested for cocaine possession with intent to distribute. In other words: police believed the troubled reality star was acting as a drug dealer!
But Charlie Sheen has responded to the incident and given a reasonable explanation for why his ex-wife would never sell drugs. Because she's an upright, clean and sober citizen? No. Because she's rich!
"With the child support I give her... she's gonna deal drugs? Never gonna happen," Sheen told TMZ.
The kind of crazy man has a point: he pays Mueller $55,000 in child support each month.
Sheen, who serves as a co-parent to the kids he shares with Brooke, was also booked in Aspen two years ago for allegedly beating Mueller up on Christmas Day. He took a shot at the officers in the city, as well.
"The cops in Aspen are Keystone on their finest day... these are the clowns that let [Ted] Bundy go."

Brooke Mueller Insists On Innocence
According to police records, Brooke Mueller punched a woman in the face last Friday night and then was found with between four to five grams of cocaine in her purse.
But a rep for Charlie Sheen's former wife tells TMZ this is much hullabaloo over nothing, as Mueller's attorney is currently in Aspen with the "goal of having all charges dropped once the facts of the case come to light."
While those facts, according to this rep, do not include possession of cocaine, Brooke's friends are still insisting she enter another rehab program. But one thing is for certain: she's not handing over her twin sons to Sheen or to her parents.
"There will be no changes in the custody arrangement," this source says.
Mueller is due back in court on December 19. She is also under probation in California, but - depending on what is uncovered and decreed over the next few weeks - this arrest is unlikely to affect that situation.
