Britney Spears just wants quiet. Quiet!!!!

Commissioner Scott Gordon, in charge of her conservatorship case, approved Britney Spears' request to sell her Beverly Hills home. Why? Space.

According to court documents, Spears wants to move to a "lower density, more quiet and less trafficked neighborhood," one closer to parks.

That way her boys, Jayden James and Sean Preston, can run around and play. She's also looking for a house with a bigger back yard for that reason.

Will she get it? Not unless her custody deal is amended, but given the efforts of both parties to make everyone happy, it could happen.

It's a difficult question, since two of them have already failed miserably in some respects, while the third has been a mom for all of four days.

But now that Jamie Lynn Spears has welcomed baby Maddie Briann Aldridge into the world along with fiance Casey Aldridge, we have to ask:

Who will be the best mom: Lynne, Britney or Jamie Lynn Spears?

No offense, Britney Spears.

You know how much we love your two boys Jayden James and Sean Preston - they are two of our all-time favorite celebrity babies, in fact.

But now is not the time in your life to crank out #3.

We seriously doubt that Britney Spears is actually pregnant, mind you.

No, she doesn't like to wear panties and yes, the girl has gotten around like a record (most recently with rumored beau Jason Trawick). But Jamie Spears has her on a really short leash these days. It's simply not very likely she's with child.

Still, you gotta wonder after you see the pic below.

If it's not a baby inside her, Britney ought to seriously consider one of those newfangled celebrity diets everyone's talkin' about...

A source says Jamie Lynn Spears, who is due in early July, has "not been feeling well" recently, causing the fam to push up travel plans.

Jamie Lynn's baby bump has been growing at a ridiculous rate in recent weeks, leading many observers to speculate that the birth is imminent.

Regardless, this was taken yesterday, while the star played with her oldest son. A classic. Amazingly, we didn't photoshop it...

In any case, Britney Spears took a load off in Sean Preston's mini Cadillac Escalade while spending time with he and Jayden James.

Absurd pic aside, it seems like Britney is getting her act together and focusing on her family, rather than clubbing in no pants.

The 7-Eleven in her neighborhood has a 2-for-1 pack deal on Marlboro Lights. Just kidding. Although it's entirely possible.

What we're driving at is the decision was made by her ex-husband Kevin Federline, based on "improved circumstances," to let Britney see her two sons on Mother's Day!

When he's old enough to appreciate this photo, Sean Preston will want to thank the gentleman who saved him from becoming a road pizza.

Britney Spears and Kevin Federline went on to create another son, Jayden James, just barely one year after Sean Preston's birth in September 2005. Brit then divorced K-Fed, partied with no pants a lot and went insane.

The singer gave birth to her second son at the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles, just before 2 am on Tuesday.

According to our sources, Britney wants to give the healthy 6 lb., 11 oz. bundle of joy this ludicrous name so he can have the same initials as his older brother, Sean Preston Federline. Great reasoning, guys. I'm sure they really care, and that Sutton won't be ridiculed at all at school growing up.

Speaking of Sean P., he turns one today! Woo!

It is believed Britney wanted to have her C-section today, September 14, so that her children would share the same birthday. But Kevin, for reasons yet unknown to us at T.H. Gossip, insisted she bring it forward.

Meanwhile, it has been claimed that Britney gave birth in the same room as her hero and one-time make-out partner -- Madonna. A source from inside the hospital says the C-section took place in the same VIP suite in which Madonna gave birth to her son Rocco.

The hospital insider also revealed that actresses Jennifer Garner and Kim Basinger delivered their babies in the same suite.
