Britney Spears and her eldest son, Sean Preston Federline, headed out for some mother-son bonding time this weekend. Frozen treats were involved.

The adorable twosome hit up Menchie’s yogurt shop, and SP wasted no time digging in - after a pit stop at mom’s home away from home, Starbucks.

Amazing as it is that Britney Spears has a five-year-old son, motherhood does seem to suit her, especially since she got back on medication in 2008.

If Britney Spears' sons language is any indication, Sean Preston and Jayden James are quickly following in their white trash dad's classy footsteps.

While the star picked up goodies at a swag suite last week, to honor the peeps at the Teen Choice Awards, her kids made quite the impression.

Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2, repeatedly yelled, "Oh $h!t!"

Not that this is a surprise. This sort of thing comes from upbringing, and they spend most of their time in a house with K-Fed and Victoria Prince.

"We were all surprised by their potty mouths, but it was actually pretty funny," one Sean P. onlooker acknowledged to the New York Daily News.

How did Britney Spears respond to her sons' foul-mouthed antics? "She was too busy picking out freebies to chastise the boys for misbehaving."

Sounds about right.

After delivering a powerhouse Paris performance the previous night, Britney Spears enjoyed the sights of the French capital, taking Jayden James to the Eiffel Tower!

Sean Preston was also on hand, carried by some nanny person, but it was Jayden James who was front and center with his pop superstar mom, looking oh-so-adorable:

He may be scarred for life before he even hits his third birthday, but Jayden James Federline is the cutest! In other news, his mom appears to be a little cold.

Kevin Federline and Victoria Prince have been watching the two boys during Britney's rehearsals and Circus tour concerts. When Britney has free time, she takes 'em.

It's a good arrangement, especially for K-Fed, to gets $40,000 per month to go on vacations to France and wax it with Victoria Prince while occasionally babysitting.

Enjoying her brief time off in between UK Circus tour dates, Britney Spears took sons Sean Preston, 3 1/2, and Jayden James, 2 1/2, to Hamleys Toy Shop in London.

Talk about a cute picture, even if JJ is a tad old to be rocking the pacifier.

Then again, neither of K-Fed's sons were dropped on their heads at any point during the day, so we can consider the family outing a success. Team Britney!

The recovering ringleader next hits the stage Wednesday in Manchester, England, before heading to Ireland and France as The Circus Starring Britney Spears rolls on.

So far, reaction to the singer's European tour has been mixed:

• The Sun, under the headline "All A Brit Dull," called Britney Spears, who is dating her agent Jason Trawick, "completely uninspiring … just a girl walking around, flicking her hair and miming to some average pop songs."
• The Daily Mirror, however, loved "Britney's Sexy Circus," saying anyone expecting a  wholesome-as-mom's-apple-pie image are in for a rude awakening!"
• The Guardian opined that "there's something unsexy about all of it, possibly because of something weirdly characterless about the woman at its centre."
• The Daily Mail, noting some of her well-documented troubles, praised the show and Spears for staging of one of pop's most "remarkable comebacks."
• Daily Telegraph rock writer Neil McCormick writes: "Lipsynced, autotuned and double tracked, her vocals are as unashamedly pre-recorded as her backing tracks," calling it "the most perfectly plastic pop show ever staged." 

Her critics probably just haven't seen those clips of Sean Preston and Jayden James dancing. Now that would change the minds of even the most ardent haters.

Are Sean and Jayden getting a new daddy?

Britney Spears took a break between concerts to walk around Hyde Park in London yesterday with her adorable sons, Sean Preston and Jayden James.

Accompanying them was none other than the singer's agent and new, confirmed boyfriend, Jason Trawick. Isn't it nice to see her with a stable guy in her life?

Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline have yet to comment publicly on the fact that Britney and Jason are dating. Expect a statement from their rep soon.

All we've got to say is, how long before Britney and Jason Trawick walk down the aisle? We're thinking late summer, maybe a nice Labor Day weekend wedding.

The Circus is traveling abroad - and so are Sean Preston and Jayden James!

Kevin Federline's longtime attorney tells E! News that K-Fed and his ex-wife Britney Spears will be extending their current custody arrangement when her blockbuster striptease show new album tour crosses the Atlantic.

What that means is Federline will also be making the trek to Europe so that Spears can continue to be close to their sons Sean and Jayden, 3 and 2. No word on how much he will get paid for his time - but dude needs the cash!

"They worked out an arrangement to facilitate her being able to go on tour without having to sacrifice her ability to see the kids," Mark Vincent Kaplan says.

"She'll go on tour, she'll go to the venues, but Kevin will be there with the kids. There won't be any change in custody in Europe or anywhere she's on tour."

The once-estranged exes first hammered out a modified joint custody deal when Britney Spears embarked on her Circus tour in March 3 in New Orleans.

"Kevin is happy with how the kids are doing, and he's happy that he's been able to work out an arrangement where Britney is pursuing her professional goals, and Kevin is rooting for her every step of the way," Kaplan says.

He was also rumored to have nailed Britney backstage at one of the shows, to the dismay of current girlfriend Victoria Prince, but we'll chalk that one up as a rumor.

As for how Sean Preston and Jayden James Federline are handling the whole situation, "The kids are great, they're really happy," Kaplan stated. "They are both very well-adjusted kids, as well-adjusted as you can expect."

"They will always push the envelope, but I think that they have the absolute privilege of having two parents who absolutely love them. Everyone has worked for making sure that they're not a product of all of the attention and commotion."

As for Victoria Prince, Kaplan wouldn't confirm whether she'd be a member of the overseas entourage, but he says she, Sean and Jayden "have a good relationship."

The Circus Starring Britney Spears is off to London for eight gigs at O2 Arena, after which it's off to Dublin, Paris, Stockholm, etc., before ending July 26 in Berlin.

Looking surprisingly lucid and maybe even remembering where she was at the moment, new Candie's model Britney Spears made an appearance at the brand's VIP Lounge backstage at her concert venue as the Circus pulled into L.A.

In addition to upping her meds, the conservatorship handlers even brought out a couple of props - they go by Sean Preston and Jayden James - for some cute photo ops!

Wow, how time flies. Those little guys are almost getting too big to cuddle! Too bad Ryan Seacrest's rumor that someone got Britney Spears pregnant was false.

Just give it time, though. We've seen how Chase Benz looks at her.

It's finally official: Britney Spears will go on her Circus tour, and Sean Preston and Jayden James will come with her. But this comes at a hefty price.

Jamie Spears and Kevin Federline have both signed a document which clears the path for Britney taking her kids on the road for her upcoming tour.

What, you ask, is in it for the FedEx man, who could have nixed this arrangement and put The Circus Starring Britney Spears in serious jeopardy?

Just $5,000 a week. What a steal.

The way the tour deal goes is Jayden James and Sean Preston will follow Britney Spears to three "hubs" - New Jersey, New Orleans and Los Angeles.

Britney will commute back and forth from each hub during the tour.

She's also renting houses in N.J. and New Orleans for K-Fed if he wants to come along. But K-Fed gets the $5,000 a week, whether he shows up or not.

Interestingly, the deal Jamie Spears and K-Fed signed effectively kills the custody arrangement they have all been following since last year.

Britney gets the kids three days and nights a week, according to the new agreement, which will remain in effect after the tour is over.

Many weeks, Britney will actually have the kids more than Kevin, so in effect it's 50/50 custody. Score one for Team Britney ... and for Team Kevin, since we all know the guy wanted more time to party in Las Vegas with Victoria Prince anyway.

At least that's what we think OK! is going for with the headline below, WHAT PRICE FAME? Not sure what that's supposed to mean exactly, but we assume the point is that Britney Spears' return to superstardom came at a price.

And a heavy price at that.

She has a #1 album in Circus, boasts three hot singles in the title track, "Womanizer" and "If U Seek Amy," and is planning a world tour starting March 3.

But it's no secret that, as she starts to climb back to the top, there are sacrifices she's had to make - namely little Sean Preston, 3, and Jayden James, 2.

OK! claims the singer paid an the extraordinary price for her comeback, voluntarily giving up the fight to regain custody of her boys in exchange for fame.

Last fall, as her upcoming concert tour was being organized, Britney's camp discovered that due to her history, they could not purchase insurance for her tour unless she was still under the conservatorship of her father Jamie Spears.

Until that point, the plan was for the conservatorship to be lifted December 31, at which point Brit would file for custody of Sean Preston and Jayden James.

But an insider tells OK!, "The insurance situation changed everything."

Therefore, on October 28, the singer agreed to accept her father as her conservator - a decision which meant she would still legally be considered a child and no judge would give her custody of her kids, nor would K-Fed allow it.

"Whether it was her decision or whether she was pressured into it, Britney's deal with the devil put the tour ahead of the kids," says an insider.

If that's true, it's pretty sad (and we blame Larry Rudolph). Those photos from brother Bryan's wedding sure were cute, but it looks like Sean and Jayden are just occasional props, and never real priorities, for this star.

Britney Spears' official site has just posted new photos of the pop star, her mom Lynne Spears, and her boys Jayden James and Sean Preston Federline.

The occasion? Bryan Spears' wedding to Graciella Sanchez!
