In a six-page declaration filed by Lynne Spears in a restraining order against Sam Lutfi, she says she and the singer's father, Jamie Spears, went to Britney's  home on January 28 after hearing that Britney "was crying" after a fight with Lutfi.

She called Sam Lutfi "the man who has inserted himself into my daughter's life," (no, she doesn't mean it it that way, guys) as well as her home and finances.

You will not believe some of the $h!t Lynne Spears says about Sam Lutfi - who is now not allowed contact with Britney Spears as per a court order - in her account of that crazy night. We can't even begin to sum it up.

So here are accusations in Lynne Spears' own words:

"Sam told Britney that she was an unfit mother, a piece of trash, a whore. That she cares more about [Adnan Ghalib], her current boyfriend, than she cares about her kids, and that she does not deserve her own kids."

"Sam told Jackie [a family friend] and me that he grinds up Britney's pills, which were on the counter and included Risperdon and Seroquel."

Lynne Spears isn't exactly buddy-buddy with Britney's pal Sam Lutfi.

"Sam told us that he puts them in her food and that was the reason she has been quiet for the last three days (Britney, who has insomnia, had been sleeping). He told us that the doctor who is treating her is not trying to get her into a sleep-induced coma so that they could give her drugs to heal her brain."

"Sam then encouraged us to sit down on a sofa and to do tequila shots. Jackie said we did not want to. Britney seemed to follow our lead."

"Sam then gets some wine out and said, ‘Let's all do a toast.' Britney said that she didn't want to; she also wanted a pretty glass. Sam found a glass with a stem and poured the wine for Britney when we were not looking. Britney refused to drink her wine and asked to drink mine."

Britney Spears' paparazzi boyfriend, Adnan Ghalib, showed up to see his girl at the UCLA psych ward yesterday. He brought two special gifts:

1. His very own cameraman
2. Pink roses for Britney

Welcome to the strange romance of Britney Spears and Adnan Ghalib. It's like a match made in heaven ... or Hollywood ... or the Twilight Zone.

Ever the gentleman, Adnan Ghalib brings Britney Spears flowers.

Celebrity news site TMZ spotted Adnan Ghalib entering UCLA, but it's not known if he was actually able to see Brutney. He was overheard saying something into his cell phone about "while they're in court."

Perhaps he tried to sneak in a visit while Sam Lutfi and Britney's father, Jamie Spears, were duking it out over who gets to call the shots.

So much to report from today's court hearing over control of Britney Spears' finances and medical decisions. Some of the headlines:

• Jamie Spears is still the co-conservator of Britney Spears' estate, as is Andrew Wallet. Britney's lawyers had sought to remove him.
• The court Commissioner did not give the conservators the power to fire Trope and Trope, Britney's divorce lawyers, which they sought.
• The Commissioner said, based on a restraining order, Sam Lutfi can have no contact whatsoever with Britney - including e-mails, phone, etc.
• The conservatorship has been extended Valentine's Day.
• Adam Streisand has no legal basis for claiming he's Britney's new lawyer.
• At some point, there will be a hearing to determine just how mentally competent Britney Spears even is at this time.
• Michael Sands, a man hired by Mark Vincent Kaplan (K-Fed's lawyer) to field media calls has been subpoenaed - and this is "substantial."

Trope and Trope drafted the subpoena. Expect a fight over whether the info Michael Sands has is protected by the attorney-client privilege.

Today's court proceedings were considered to be a showdown between Jamie Spears and arch-nemesis Sam Lutfi (above), who remains public enemy #1.

Earlier today, a lawyer for the conservators said they had been trying to serve Sam Lutfi with a restraining order prohibiting him from seeing Britney Spears, but he refused to open the door to accept service.

They mentioned that Sam Lutfi has spoken on the phone with Britney Spears, allegedly in violation of the restraining order against him.

Also today, a custody hearing involving Britney Spears, Kevin Federline and their two young sons took place, ending with the status quo prevailing.

There was supposed to be a hearing today on a motion for "visitation in a therapeutic setting" for Spears, but that motion was put off, because the therapeutic setting Britney's in right now is ... a psych ward.

As we reported last week, Monday is shaping up to be an all-out war in the Britney Spears case. Over control of the singer herself, that is.

Lawyers for Spears will try to convince a judge that she feels hatred and doesn't trust her dad, and wants him removed as co-conservator.

As per a court order, Jamie Spears was awarded joint legal control (along with Lynne Spears) of Britney's medical decisions, finances and more.

Here's the way it's gone down this weekend, according to TMZ:

Yesterday, a lawyer for Trope and Trope (Britney's divorce / custody attorneys) went to UCLA to visit. After being there a short time, one of the UCLA doctors asked the attorney to leave, because the co-conservators objected to the visit.

Trope and Trope will appear in court today with attorney Adam Streisand, who specializes in estate law, to ask that the co-conservators be removed.

Brit's attorneys will argue that Jamie Spears in particular is unable to act in this role, since Britney hates him, and Britney badly wants him out.

Sources say the firm will not object to a conservatorship for Britney Spears, but they will ask that a different conservator be appointed.

Rumor has it that the firm holds Sam Lutfi in high regard and has enjoyed a good relationship (!?) with him. Suffice it to say, Jamie Spears does not.

Here's where it gets tricky for both Jamie Spears and the firm:

Britney Spears has expressed hatred towards her father - that, we know. Yet sources say she asked that both of her parents be at her bedside.

That could create problems for Trope and Trope firm when they go to court tomorrow and ask that Jamie Spears be 86'd as conservator.

Britney is bipolar and has wild mood swings. She can love someone and hate them in the same hour. So how can they prove she hates Jamie?

However, Britney has expressed deep animus toward her dad for a long time and to many people. Trope and Trope is putting together witnesses who will try and convince a judge that the troubled singer's hatred and distrust of her parents is not only very genuine but consistent over time. The LAPD was called to the Beverly Hills home of Britney Spears after her parents discovered valuable possessions belonging to her were missing.

Spears' father Jamie and mother Lynne were "shocked" to find that that valuable items "had been stolen" after they returned to the house following yesterday's emergency hearing where Jamie won legal control over his daughter.

They then called police and filed a report.

Britney Spears' parents believe that the items were stolen after their daughter was taken to the UCLA Medical Center early Thursday morning.

Britney Spears will stay in the UCLA psych ward at least two weeks.

Los Angeles Police officer Alex Martinez confirmed that police responded to a call at Spears' house, but did not know what had transpired.

"The report is being processed through our system," he said. "We do not have access to it at this time."

Police say Britney's parents filed an official report, claiming that the alleged theft occurred sometime between the time Britney was admitted to the UCLA psych ward and the time the conservatorship papers were signed.

Sam Lutfi has not been named as a suspect, however, he had access to the house, and Britney's father strongly believes Sam is up to no good.

Meanwhile, TMZ reports that sometime tonight, papers will be signed at UCLA extending Britney Spears' stay at the psych ward - by 14 days.

It's an internal process - done without a court order. It will indeed happen, and that's not surprising given her mental health.

Britney Spears has been diagnosed with severe bipolar disorder. The ward Britney is in right now is considered one of the best in the nation.

Britney Spears' seedy manager / friend, Sam Lutfi, says the singer's mental problems stem from her parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears.

"Oh boy, her family is crazy!" Lutfi told Us Weekly in an interview.

"It's funny, because that's what the doctors say when they meet the family," he added. "They always come back and say, ‘You know, [her problems] are inherited, right?' It's just so sad. It's shared equally from both of her parents."

When asked if Britney Spears trusts "a thing her parents say," Lutfi replied, "Not a g----n thing."

On Friday, Spears' parents went to L.A. Superior Court to seeking legal control of their daughter's finances and medical treatments.

Their requests were granted as a co-conservatorship was set up in their names, while Sam Lutfi was hit with a restraining order.

Now His Shadiness is speaking out, sharing his take on last week, when Britney's parents rushed to her assistance after her latest meltdown. 

Sam Lutfi is speaking out against Britney Spears' parents. 

When the singer heard Lynne arrived Sunday night, Sam Lutfi said Britney asked him, ‘Is my mom really here?' I said, ‘Yeah, she's here.' And she's like, ‘Oh great, you know they're up to something.'

"They show up to the house like hillbillies, texting me," Lutfi said.

"I find out that they're outside, and they go, ‘You better let me in the gate, you ass.' So I go, to Britney, ‘Your parents are here, let them come in and yell at you and scream at you. If anything else goes on, I'll throw you in my car and take you out of here.' She said, ‘OK, fine, baby.'

"I let them in. Instead of going to see how Britney is, they come bouncing through the doors. They scream at me, ‘Why the f--k are you talking to Barbara Walters?' I swear to God that's all they were saying.

"The dad pushed me in the chest and said, ‘Get the fâ€"k out of here.'

"The dad gave up and then the mom tried to talk to her, but Lynne was like, ‘I gotta get my beauty sleep, I gotta get my nails done, I gotta do my hair.' It was just so sick. We made the mom stay."

Sam Lutfi said the singer suffers from "mixed state bipolar" and has had it for "roughly five years." A person suffering from "mixed state bipolar" experiences symptoms of mania and depression at the same time.

He said he has told the singer, "‘Britney, do you see why people think you are crazy? Look at your mother and look at your father.'"

A judge has issued a restraining order against Sam Lutfi - ordering him to stay away from Britney Spears, according to TMZ.

The judge found that Sam Lutfi has been harassing Britney. This will effectively bar Lutfi from going to the hospital.

The restraining order is in effect for 22 days, but Britney's parents could turn it into a permanent order at the end of the 22 days.

Britney's father, Jamie Spears, how has temporary legal control over his eldest daughter, and control over her medical treatment.

Jamie Spears may restrict any visitors to Britney, and is also in charge of arranging 24-hour caretakers for her, as well as security.

In addition, Jamie retains the power to cut off all of the singer's credit cards and prosecute any restraining orders on her behalf.

But it's not over yet.

Sources say Britney's divorce lawyers and the lawyers representing the conservatorship (Jamie and Lynne Spears) may clash Monday.

Until now, Britney's divorce team at the law firm of Trope and Trope has been dealing with Sam Lutfi and believes he is well-meaning.

In large part (and not surprisingly), Jamie and Lynne Spears want this particular law firm out of the picture because of its apparent alliance with Sam Lutfi.

Jamie Spears, the freshly appointed co-conservator for Britney, has made it clear he dislikes the Trope firm and wants them out of her life for good.

Sam Lutfi is livid at the commissioner who issued the various orders today and was in touch with Trope and Trope numerous times yesterday.

Later, Britney Spears made two calls at the UCLA Psych Ward and went crazy on the phone after learning that her dad is now her conservator.

In a heavy British accent, ballistic Britney screamed (in reference to her parents), "I'm so sick of all of this, they can have the goddamn house and stick it up their f**king asses. Actually, no they can't."

A furious Britney Spears, who sounded drugged up, is really, really pissed that her dad became a conservator of her estate. She was screaming at the top of her lungs, at times impossible to understand. At one point she screamed:

"Nobody's taking my house. Who is my family?"

Jamie and Lynne Spears, parents of Britney Spears, arrived at L.A. Superior Court Friday afternoon, seeking control of their ill daughter.

Specifically, TMZ reports, they are trying to create a conservatorship, which would allow Jamie and Lynne (who have a daughter Jamie Lynn!) to make the medical decisions on behalf of Britney, as well as control her finances.

A hearing is scheduled for this afternoon (1:30 PST), and underscores the tension between the Spears family and Sam Lutfi, the shady character who, right now, is the primary liaison between the singer and her doctors.

Surrounded by lawyers â€" including their attorney Blair Berk â€" Lynne Spears wore a white jacket while Jamie Spears sent some text messages.

No sign of Sam Lutfi at the courtroom. Or Adnan Ghalib, for that matter.

The court has the power to create a conservatorship, which would allow both Jamie and Lynne to make medical decisions on behalf of Britney Spears, and to control Britney's financial affairs. The 'rents have made it clear: they believe Sam Lutfi has placed their daughter and her assets at risk.

That's their side. What about the bad seed himself? Today, in a telephone interview with Us Weekly, Sam Lutfi blasted the Spears' clan.

"Oh boy, her family is crazy!" he said. "It's just so sad."

According to Lutfi, Britney Spears doesn't "trust anything that her family says. Not a g----n thing."

Stuck in the psycho ward, Britney Spears wanted some In-N-Out.

And we're not talking about the kind of service she's been gettin' from Adnan Ghalib. If you know what we mean!

We mean fast food - and good stuff at that.

The pop star got a craving for some In-N-Out Burger cuisine, and thus dispatched her personal bitch/manager, Sam Lutfi, to a local branch.

Sam Lutfi, who showed up around 4:10 p.m., left at 7:42 p.m. and returned at 8:03 p.m. with a "Double-Double" combo (a double cheeseburger, fries and a drink) from In-N-Out Burger, which he said the singer had requested.

The seedy Osama, who is battling for control over Britney (and has been for some time) then left for good at 8:14 p.m. When asked by celebrity news media if he was worried about Spears, he replied, "I think we all are."

Britney Spears' parents, Lynne and Jamie Spears, spent the entire day with their daughter following an early morning intervention Thursday.

They arrived at UCLA Medical Center around 11 a.m. and left in separate vehicles around 8:35 p.m. shortly before visiting hours ended at 9 p.m.

Spears, who has battled mental problems for a long time, may be involuntarily committed for treatment, as she is deemed a danger to herself and others.

Sources at UCLA Medical Center say Britney Spears has been classified as "G.D." - Gravely Disabled. That, experts say, is a huge, dangerous deal.

According to TMZ, who broke this story, that means the patient is unable to take care of basic needs like obtaining food, clothing or shelter.

Being G.D. is one of the criteria for involuntary commitment.

Several health care professionals say Britney Spears has been falling more and more into a "manic state" due to her bipolar disorder.

She arrived at the hospital Thursday morning around 2:15 a.m., but wasn't admitted until 4:15 a.m. because she was causing a scene.

This recent Britney Spears photo pretty much speaks for itself.

Flying off the handle, Britney accused her mother, Lynne Spears (who was there), of sleeping with her boyfriend, screaming:

"The only reason she's admitting me is because she wants to be alone with her boyfriend! She wants to sleep with my boyfriend!!"

Britney did not clarify if she meant Sam Lutfi or Adnan Ghalib.

In November, she made the same charge about Lynne and K-Fed.

When Spears calmed down, she talked about Sean Preston and Jayden James, how much she misses them and how it's unfair she's not with them.

We love making fun of Britney Spears as much as anyone, but the girl obviously needs help. Here's hoping she gets it this time.

TMZ also reports that the people treating Britney Spears are - thankfully - being praised by colleagues for their compassion and her credentials.
