In what you could call an open secret of a show - she acknowledged it was in the works but with little official PR - Britney Spears rocked the Palms Casino Resort's Rain Nightclub in Las Vegas Friday, performing three tracks from Femme Fatale.

In a 45-minute set that included three short breaks for costume and stage changes – during which Jersey Shore's Pauly D kept the crowd of about 1,500 warmed up – Brit performed "Hold It Against Me," "Big Fat Bass" and "Till The World Ends."

In her first public performance since her Circus tour in 2009, Spears was cheered on by boyfriend Jason Trawick and father, Jamie Spears, among other excited fans.

Femme Fatale will be released next week.

As usual, there's no way this was a face-to-face interview. None. She doesn't do those. We give her handlers credit for channeling her here, but come on.

She collects dolls? She chews ice? She likes to draw? She shops online? She played basketball once? This is either boring, fake or old news, or all three.

Either Britney Spears is the most dull human being ever, or whoever wrote this needs to get more creative. We're glad you like iced tea, Brit, but really.

We love Britney Spears, but it would be nice to read some somewhat genuine or moderately interesting material on her once in a blue moon. Just saying.

Also funny? The fact that she says she doesn't have a cellphone. That's because daddy won't allow it. And there's no way she bathes twice a day. None.

Not that there's anything wrong with skipping a shower, but why write that when it's obviously not true. We've seen the Britney Spears pictures, honey.

Anyway, here are 25 things about Britney Spears that may or may not be true and that someone working for her tried to write from her perspective:

Britney Spears' handlers are adamant that her dancers and other employees protect their investment. The top priority? Keep her away from drugs and alcohol.

The last thing they want is another Fernando Flores on their hands.

A non-disclosure agreement (NDA) that dancers are required to sign before working on her latest video states that they will be fired if they don't abide by this.

Britney (with BF Jason Trawick) is always under close watch.

"Contractor acknowledges that it is essential that [Britney Spears] not be exposed to any alcohol, drugs, or controlled substances," the agreement reads.

The pact even says that the dancers can be subjected to drug testing themselves and can be fired for failing a test or even refusing to take one.

Wonder if there's a line in there about shaving her head.

We kid, but clearly working with Britney entails a lot of rules. Given the dark period in her past, you can't really Hold It Against Her management.

"Hold It Against Me" is a #1 hit. "Till the World Ends" is not far behind. Two additional tracks, "I Wanna Go" and "Inside Out", leaked just last week.

Both have drawn waves. The pop princess is back, baby.

Britney Spears opens up to Rolling Stone in a fun new Q&A session. She talks a lot about her new album, Femme Fatale, as well as her home life.

Some excerpts from her interview below ...

On the kids' take on FF: "They definitely dance to it but they are still confused .... It’s like, 'who is this Britney Spears singer in contrast to mommy?'"

On her involvement in the process: "I have always been heavily involved in every album I have ever made. I'm very stubborn when it comes to recording and will only record songs I love, which is why it takes me a long time to make an album."

"I have to feel connected before I record and the song has to spark something inside me. Very few songs do that. I guess it's a good process because I love all my music. I know there are a lot of artists that hate songs they recorded."

What situation could bring Britney Spears' ex-husband, son and boyfriend together?

A Little League game, of course. As awkward as it might seem, the pop star looked very much the part of the typical proud mom watching her son Sean Preston.

Kevin Federline, Brit's ex and Sean's dad, is one of the team's coaches. Britney and her BF Jason Trawick showed up to watch. Here's the three of them together:

This believed to mark the first time the singer and her former backup dancer ex have been photographed together since their 2006 split (they wed in 2004).

Britney and Jason were joined in the stands by her younger son Jayden James. Spears looked happy and relaxed, wearing a white hoodie and black leggings.

Best of all, the team won, and at the end of the game, Jason actually approached Kevin to congratulate him. See? There doesn't have to be any drama.

Britney Spears' Femme Fatale doesn't come out until March 29, but we've heard a pair of singles already in "Till The World Ends" and the #1 hit "Hold It Against Me."

That's the good news. The Britney Spears pictures are hot. As for the star's responses to some of the mag's rapid fire questions, she could step it up a little.

Don't get us wrong. Less is often more, and it's hard to fault her for staying short and sweet. But c'mon girl! Open up a little and give us some insight!

Are there any of your songs that you wish you hadn’t recorded?
    No. All of my songs are f–ing amazing.

    I love my boys no matter what.

As former couples go, Britney Spears and K-Fed aren't exactly Mel and Oksana or Halle and Gabriel. But they're not exactly on great terms, either.

The twosome didn't exactly hit it out of the park at their son's Little League game on Sunday, keeping their distance and exchanging nary a word.

The "Till The World Ends" singer rooted on Sean Preston from the stands with BF Jason Trawick, and her younger son Jayden James. As for K-Fed?

Federline arrived earlier with his girlfriend, Victoria Prince, who is somehow still dating the guy after all this time. What happened when they showed up?

"When Jayden saw Britney, he raced over to her and she picked him up and gave him a big kiss. He wanted to sit with Britney and Jason," a source said.

At one point, Spears and her former agent beau walked Jayden over to the snack shack where the "Hold It Against Me" singer ordered a slurpee. OMG.

Fernando Flores, the former bodyguard of Britney Spears, is still suing her for sexual harassment - and claims he has the nude pictures to prove his claims!

At the height of her emotional breakdown in 2007-08, Flores worked for Brit, and accuses her of abusing her kids and subjecting him to "relentless flirting."

In fact, Fernando says it wasn’t uncommon for the “Till The World Ends” singer to try to "lure him to her lair" when other employees’ heads were turned.

The star has denied his claims and threatened to countersue. But Fernando has not backed down, and says he may even up the ante in this legal/PR fight.

He's reportedly been blabbing to pals about plans to use “filthy” pics Spears texted to him in an attempt to win a multimillion dollar judgement against her.

“They are really explicit images that will shock and disgust the majority of her fans,” said a friend who claims to have seen Flores' Britney Spears pictures.

The minority of her fans may be turned on, however.

Britney Spears will tour this summer to support her new album Femme Fatale, the singer confirmed today in an interview with Ryan Seacrest.

“Yes, I’m supposed to be going on tour, early summer U.S.,” Spears said on his KIIS-FM radio show. Her first live show to support the album?

A special concert for Good Morning America on March 29, the same day Femme Fatale drops. Mark that on your sexy lip-synching calendar!

The tour announcement shows that Spears is bouncing back both personally and professionally after a nearly two-year hiatus from the spotlight.

Her 2009 album release and Circus tour themselves followed a dark period for Spears, following the demise of her marriage and sanity in 2006.

It's all good nowadays, though. Spears also opened up about her relationship with boyfriend Jason Trawick, who has helped turn her life around. 

Said Britney of her former talent agent: “We are very normal, we like to watch movies, we work out a lot we love that and we take walks too.”

Of her newly-released track, "Till The World Ends," she says, “The song is fun, it has good energy. I’m a vibe person, it puts me in a good mood."
