Brandi Glanville is blaming the recent disappearance of her dog on her assistant, who she has now fired for failing to take better care of the beloved pet.

The 23-year-old ex-assistant says that as of Saturday, "I no longer work for Brandi. She texted me saying that I didn’t do my job by losing the dog."

And we thought getting fired via Skype was bad.

This all started when Brandi Glanville's Encino home was burglarized last week. She was in Palm Springs, and someone made off with her Chihuahua Chica.

Brandi Glanville is aware of her reputation - and she's hoping to change it via a couple Tweets.

“I do not harass or bully people on twitter, never have, never will," The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star wrote yesterday, eloquently adding:

“I may say f*** off and that I def mean, but thats [sic] to the haters.”

Glanville was likely writing in response to Courtney Love, who took to the that same social media outlet earlier in the week and issued a warning to the enemies of LeAnn Rimes.

LeAnn Rimes‘ camp is questioning Brandi Glanville's motives for stirring up drama, as usual, insinuating that the singer's new album is the motivator.

Says a friend of Rimes to celeb gossip site Radar:

“So much for not engaging or talking about Eddie and LeAnn once the book tour ended. Coincidence that she starts this all up as press for LeAnn’s new album has started?"

"It’s so transparent.”

The hostilities erupted when Brandi Glanville slammed her ex-husband and Rimes' current spouse, Eddie Cibrian, for allegedly keeping her from their kids.

Brandi lamented that she'd "been trying to get a hold of my kids [Mason and Jake] 4 over an hour [with] no response to my calls, emails or messages."

She then mused that, "Maybe twitter will work" to make contact and tweeted at her ex-husband. It's not clear if it did, but Rimes wrote the next day:

"Name calling and twitter rants: so 2012. Music and truth: so 2013."

Sending Brandi Glanville Mother's Day flowers only resulted in another diss as LeAnn Rimes' feud with the reality star shows no signs of abating.

As a peace offering of sorts, Rimes sent The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star a bouquet last weekend ... only to receive a passive-aggressive reply.

On Twitter, natch.

"I thanked @leannrimes on twitter 4 my flowers," she wrote. "Our relationship is that we still don't even say hi at baseball. I don't have her number. That's it."

NeNe Leakes is not one to hold back.

In Bravo's recent Watch What Happens Live: NeNe One-On-One special May 5, The Real Housewives of Atlanta star dissed several other housewives.

Chief among them? Brandi Glanville and Melissa Gorga.

NeNe told Andy Cohen the following:

"Brandi's just a train wreck. Just a wreck. Just a wreck. She's just off the chain, she's off the hook [with] a lot of the things that she has to say, just so talkative."

Glanville, NeNe went on, has "a lot of stuff that she needs to not say. She thinks she can get in people's faces and say whatever she wants to say."
