Brad Womack, a 37-year-old resident of Austin, Tex., was the star of ABC's The Bachelor in September 2007, its 11th season ... and is reportedly back as the star of its 14th season in January 2011! Amazing!
How can he be The Bachelor twice, you ask? The hunk made the girls swoon that hard. Brad Womack kept us drooling every Monday for sure. But the way he ended things set a series of events in motion.
Brad caused controversy when he nixed both Jenni Croft and DeAnna Pappas in the season finale. Saying he did not feel a strong enough connection to either of those two final ladies, Brad Womack did not dole out a final rose.
Just some nice-sounding, but heartbreaking words.
Fans of The Bachelor remained pissed at Brad Womack to this day, but after DeAnna starred as The Bachelorette, and Jason starred as The Bachelor, and Jillian starred as The Bachelorette, and Jake starred as The Bachelor, and Ali as The Bachelorette, ABC clearly is dead set on recycling people.
