The teams are set. Now the battles are set to begin.

The Voice began its head-to-head competition Monday night, in which contestants duet on songs and the stronger performer (in the coach's eyes) moves on.

Who squared off and who survived? Let's find out!

Power vocalists Karina Iglesias and Judith Hill threw down on James Brown's classic, "It's a Man's Man's Man's World," proving that it's really a woman's.

Adam Levine, who had coaching help from Lady Antebellum's Hillary Scott, decided to take Hill, who once sang backup for the late Michael Jackson.

But not all was lost for Iglesias. Shakira hit the "steal" button to snap her up, thrilling the crowd and even more so Iglesias, who remains in the hunt!

The Voice blind auditions are in the books, a week earlier than we saw last season. The timing feels right, as each coach has chosen 12 singers to move on.

Who filled the final spots on night six of the blinds? Let's find out!

Blake Shelton completed his team first with ballerina-turned rocker Jacqui Sandell from Oakland, N.J., after her take on "Dreams" by Fleetwood Mac:

Adam Levine was the next to round out his team, looking triumphant when he was the only judge to turn around for country girl Amber Carrington.

Blake had no spots left for her, which he regretted:

The Voice coaches added more eclectic, strong talent to their rosters Monday in night five of the blind auditions. Who made the grade? Let's find out!

Ryan Innes, the last performer of the evening, impressed all four judges with his take on John Mayer's "Gravity," earning a place on Team Ursher.

"You shook this room, man," Usher said of his "soul and true substance."

Soul singer Sasha Allen, a mother of two from New York City, has sung back-up for stars such as John Legend and Alicia Keys, and boy did it show.

All four singers vied for her services, but Adam Levine won out.

The Voice coaches added even more powerhouse talent to their rosters Tuesday in night four of the blind auditions. So who made the grade? Let's see ...

Voice Season 4 Coaches

Country sweetheart Savannah Berry, a 17-year-old from Houston, joined Team Blake in the final moments with Taylor Swift's aptly titled "Safe and Sound."

Adam Levine tried, as Adam Levine does, to steal Savannah away, but with Miranda Lambert as one of her musical influences, that was pretty much it.

"You're so good," Levine pleaded to Berry.

"You're so screwed," Shelton responded.

After a strong Season 4 premiere, The Voice ran it back for another two hours of blind auditions Monday night. Who got the coaches to turn around?

Let's get right down to business, shall we?

Garret Gardner, who was turned away on the show last year at 16, put to work Shelton's constructive criticism on his cover of "Seven Nation Army."

He was snapped up by Shakira shortly after.

Lack of performance by Shakira aside, night two of The Voice proved every bit as entertaining as the first as Season 4 looks like it could be as good as ever.

Like Monday's premiere, the show-stopper came at the end. Monday, it was Judith Hill. Tuesday, it was a 22-year-old student Sarah Simmons' "One of Us" ...

Sarah started with a soft tone, displaying her sensitive side, then grew edgier and before long, all four star coaches were clamoring for her stylings.

Adam Levine's begging won out for the second straight night ... but did he have similar luck with the hot model NBC selected to open up the episode?

While Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will be missed, if there were any doubt that Shakira and Usher couldn't hold their own, you can forget about it.

Spurred on by Levine and Shelton - a venerable comedic duo by any measure - the new coaches turned on the charm and also let the competitive juices flow.
