Unlike its nemesis on Fox, there's no judging controversy on The Voice. At least not yet.

Adam Levine, Blake Shelton, Christina Aguilera and Cee Lo Green will all return for the competition's second season.

The Voice Judges Panel

"Our fantastic coaches were integral to the tremendous success of The Voice this year and we are thrilled that they are all returning," Paul Telegdy, Executive Vice President of NBC, said in a statement. "We look forward to building season two and making The Voice an even greater experience for fans."

The NBC hit crowned Javier Colon as its first champion this week and will return in January.

The final four contestants on The Voice took to the stage a total of eight times last night.

We were treated to one original song by Dia, Javier, Beverly and Vicci; along with one duet with their Coach. The praise flowed all night from the judges, but viewers will get the final say.

Did Dia's hip version of "I Won't Back Down" win you over? Or were you instead moved to tears by Beverly and Christina teaming up on a version of "Beautiful?"

Check out all the performances below and don't take too long trying to determine which was best. The winner will be crowned tonight!

Tuesday night, The Voice top eight performed for a spot in the finals. Christina Aguilera, Adam Levine, Cee Lo Green and Blake Shelton scored their team's singers. Those scores, along with America's votes, determined who advances.

So who got sent home and who's on to the final four?

Before we get to that, the show opened with all eight semifinalists singing a medley of "Freedom" and "Faith" by George Michael. It was pretty great:

On to the good and bad news. Each coach submitted a score, dividing up 100 points between their two members. America's votes were then added in, with equal weight, establishing who advanced and whose dreams ended.

Follow the jump to see who survived ...

On this week’s episode of The Voice, two of the coaches cut their teams down to size and the remaining eight contenders vied for spots in the finals.

The show also featured lives performance by Blake Shelton and Maroon 5, Adam Levine's band, with Christina Aguilera pitching in on the latter.

Here's Adam and Christina on "Moves Like Jagger" ...

Okay, on to the actual show. Cee Lo Green picked Nakia to go with America's choice, Vicci Martinez to stay. Pretty much no-brainers to advance.

America picked Javier Colon from Adam's side, following his rendition of “Angel” on last week's show. Adam selected Casey Weston to move on.

Eight are left, two from each team. Four will go home next, leaving four in the finals of The Voice. The cream is beginning to rise to the top.

Let's check out ALL of the elite eight's performances ...

After last week's performances, Team Christina Aguilera and Team Blake Shelton both saw their numbers cut in half last night on The Voice.

Two moved on from each team. Two went home.

Meanwhile, Team Cee Lo Green and Team Adam Levine performed and will face the chopping block next week. It's quite confusing, we know.

So who's moving on to the elite eight and who's likely to join them after powerhouse performances this week? Let's break it down below ...

The Voice Judges Panel

Christina is crying. This is the toughest decision EVER. America voted to save Beverly McClellan, leaving Xtina to name the second survivor of the evening.

She adores everyone, but ultimately, Frenchie Davis moves on. Fitting that a pair of bald divas will be representing together (they're also the best singers).

Now for Team Blake. America saved Dia Frampton, while the country star cast his vote for Xenia, sending the two boys home in a bit of a surprise move.

Who will join Dia, Frenchie, Xenia and Bev in the final round? Teams Cee Lo and Adam laid it all on the line last night to make their case. Videos below ...

They didn't all appear on stage, but some of country's biggest names picked up CMT Music Awards last night.

During a ceremony hosted by Kid Rock, newlyweds Miranda Lambert and Blake Shelton both earned a pair of trophies, while Taylor Swift was honored for Video of the Year for "Mine."

"I wish I could be there, but I'm hanging out with 15,000 of my closest friends in Milwaukee," Swift, who is on tour, said via satellite.

Gary LeVox, Justin Bieber and Jay DeMarcus

No event is complete without a Justin Bieber sighting, of course, as the 17-year old icon added to his collection with the Collaborative Video Award for "That Should Be Me" with Rascal Flatts.

Other winners included: Lady Antebellum for Best Group Video, Sugarland for Best Duo Video, The Band Perry for Breakthrough Video and Zac Brown Band/Jimmy Buffet for Performance of the Year for "Margaritaville" on the show CMT Crossroads.

For a show that's branded itself as the anti-American Idol, The Voice sure felt like American Idol last night, with eight finalists singing solo for votes.

There was even a girl from American Idol closing out the night!

Eight of the 16 finalists performed Tuesday, with the rest on tap next week. While the show has lost considerable steam since its premiere, due largely to its complicated format, these performances were strong.

Let's break them down!

Raquel Castro performed Ke$ha "Blow," a song notable mostly for its beat and its video, as Ke$ha cannot actually sing, channeling mentor Christina.

Mama Aguilera, along with the rest of the panel, loved it. America should do, especially coming from the youngest and smallest Voice cast member.

After four weeks, the battle rounds have concluded on The Voice. Each coach’s team is now complete, with America voting on the 16 finalists' fates from now on.

Who were the final four aspirants to qualify for the finals? Let's take a look at last night's battles and see who made it through on the NBC competition ...

Team Adam: Jeff Jenkins vs. Casey Desmond

These two teamed up on Elton John’s “Don’t Let the Sun Go Down on Me.” Casey was a strong contender, but she ultimately couldn’t beat Jeff ...

Team Blake: Sara Oromchi vs. Xenia

Two of the youngest contestants, and two of the shiest. They tried to overcome these obstacles with a rendition of “I’ll Stand By You,” and they did.

Well, mostly. If we're being honest, Blake seemed disappointed, as "both looked scared to death," and their performance was lacking in confidence.

With only one week of battle rounds to go, The Voice was ... well, it was totally overshadowed by both American Idol and Dancing With the Stars last night.

Sorry, NBC. Still, each contestant got his or her due, the judges pared down the field efficiently, and we moved one step closer to the 16-person finals.

Let's break down Tuesday's battles and survivors on The Voice ...

Team Adam Levine - Rebecca Loebe vs. Devon Barley

Probably the best duet of the night, they sang Radiohead's hit song “Creep,” which Devon had never heard before, yet jibed perfectly with Rebecca on.

In the end, pre-med student Devon got the nod. Watch here:

Before Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert got married last weekend, the bride didn't have to look far to select the perfect dress for the perfect day.

The 27-year-old "House That Built Me" singer exchanged her vows in the same simple ivory wedding gown her mother wore over three decades ago.

Here's Miranda Lambert's wedding dress, or the dress formerly known as Miranda Lambert's mother's wedding dress, on the new cover of Us ...

Miranda Lambert Wedding Dress

"My parents have been married for 33 years, so this dress is already a good-luck charm," says the bride, who let her Southern roots influence her footwear:

Custom-made Casadei cowboy boots!

Shelton, a country star himself and now a judge on The Voice, may not care about weddings, but still choked back tears as Lambert's dad gave her away.

"I couldn't get over how beautiful she was," he said, and the feelings of joy were certainly reciprocated. "I'm married to my best friend!" Lambert said.

Congratulations again to the happy couple!
