Amy Winehouse may be galavanting around the Caribbean with Josh Bowman, but she vowed that she will not allow husband Blake Fielder-Civil to go ahead with his plan to divorce her, according to a report in the UK newspaper The Sun.

Blake – currently in jail for assault and attempting to pervert the course of justice (after violating the terms of his early release) – has recently instructed a lawyer to file for divorce signaling the end of the couple's tumultuous union.

But Wino tells The Sun she plans to fight a divorce.

"I still love my Blake. I won't let him divorce me," she said.

Winehouse made her comments during her extended St. Lucia vacation. In a short break from her non-stop partying, the Grammy-winner is pictured here playing Scrabble with a reporter from The Sun as she chats about her life.

Explaining her recent behavior that has seen her hanging out with a young, hunky rugby player-turned-actor Josh Bowman, Amy Winehouse, 25, says that doesn't mean she is not going to have "some fun" and a "good time."

Of Bowman, she added, "Josh was lovely. But it was a holiday thing. I've got my Blake. Blake is the male version of me. We're perfect for each other. I don't want to go back home to England. I want to wait for Blake here."

Blake Fielder-Civil has instructed a lawyer to begin divorce proceedings against Amy Winehouse after seeing pictures of the singer cavorting with another man (who's now identified as former rugby player Josh Bowman) in the Caribbean.

It is thought that Blake will go for half of Amy's £10 million fortune. But Amy Winehouse isn't shedding any tears over this new development.

The move comes as loved-up Amy told the UK's Daily Mirror that she finally kicked her drug habit. The star also admitted that she had "forgotten I'm even married" to Blake, claiming "our whole marriage was based on doing drugs."

The singer is enjoying an extended Caribbean break on the island of St. Lucia and has been photographed kissing and cuddling Josh Bowman, 21.

She says she off drugs for good - and that public schoolboy Josh was her new drug. Contrary to earlier reports that she was waiting for Blake to join her on the island, the singer said: "I love it here and have never felt so happy."

"In fact, I don't think I'm ever going home. Especially as I met [Josh Bowman] here. He couldn't be more different from my husband, which isn't a bad thing."

She also branded Blake Fielder-Civil "rubbish in bed," ripping her spouse's skills by saying, "Almost every time I slept with him it was like I was dead."

Blake Fielder-Civil has apparently been moved to a softer jail after "a lag attacked him just 48 hours after he was banged up." Whatever that means.

The translation is that he got his a$$ kicked in jail.

The reason, says The Sun (UK), is that fellow inmates were upset over his treatment of wife Amy Winehouse. That's right, thugz got her back.

Fielder-Civil was moved from London’s notoriously tough Pentonville Prison to Edmunds Hill Jail in Suffolk last weekend "amid fears for his safety."

A source described the incident to the venerable British newspaper: "Some lads don’t appreciate men who don’t treat their women well. Blake got a bit of a kicking and was moved away from a gang who were after his blood."

Fielder-Civil returned to jail last week to continue serving his sentence for assault and trial-fixing after he was briefly set free a month ago.

He broke his early release terms after failing a drug test... in rehab.

Luckily, before going back to jail, he visited Amy in the hospital where she was being treated for "a bad reaction to medication," which seems to happen to her more than it does the average citizen. She gave him "a farewell bonk."

Friends believe Blake Fielder-Civil took her drugs during the visit.

Amy Winehouse's soon-to-be ex-husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is reportedly demanding £1 million to keep quiet about their wild and crazy marriage.

Blake, who recently told reporters he blamed himself for Amy's decent into drugs, has been saying publicly that he wants nothing from the troubled star.

But various UK reports claim the junkie jailbird is threatening to spill the beans on his entertaining, chaotic and drug-fueled union to the "Rehab" singer.

We have to wonder what beans haven't been spilled already, and what negative impact a tell-all book could possibly have on Amy's image at this point.

But you go ahead and go for it, Blake!

The News of The World reports, "Blake has asked for £1 million from Amy's manager to walk away from their marriage and not write a tell-all book about it. He’s so two-faced. He just wants a pay-off. Money’s his driving force.”

Blake's mother, Georgette Fielder-Civi, is said to have jumped on the money train, demanding her son receive £3 million, "after all he’s been through."

That quote is funny on so many levels, we don't even have time to go there.

Last week, upon failing a drug test and therefore violating the terms of his early release from prison, Blake Fielder-Civil promptly fled rehab, visited Amy Winehouse in the hospital, got a "farewell bonk," and turned himself in to authorities.

The Sun revealed yesterday that Blake Fielder-Civil dashed to the ailing star’s bedside on Tuesday evening after failing a drug test in rehab.

That violated the terms of his early release from prison in November. He was sentenced to 27 months but ended up serving less than a year.

Amy has been in hospital for 10 days after collapsing, so Blake knew were to find her. Last night, a source said the deadbeat persuaded her reluctant inner-circle to let him have one hour alone with her on his final night of freedom.

After showing up by her bedside, Blake told Amy how sexy she looked - and unlike the line from her hit "Rehab," she could not say no, no, no.

The newspaper's source said only: "It was obvious what went on."

Blake Fielder-Civil then left and turned himself in to authorities in East London to resume his prison sentence for assault and trial-fixing.

No word on whether Amy or Sophie Schandorff will wait for him.

To make matters worse (and hilarious), after hearing the news that he had broken the early release terms and he would be sent back, Fielder-Civil is alleged to have broken out of the Live Woods rehab center in Woking, Surrey, UK.

He is then alleged to have dashed to the private London hospital where his estranged wife was admitted last month for a "reaction to medication."

A source told The Sun: "Blake pulled a runner. He turned up in hospital and hell broke loose - everyone was totally shocked. He was asking Amy to forgive him. As he was going back inside anyway he felt he didn’t have much to lose."

Blake Fielder-Civil said he planned to turn himself after visiting Amy.

In the interview, Blake Fielder-Civil, 26, admitted to introducing wife Amy Winehouse, 25, to a life of heroin, crack cocaine and self-injury.

He said that Winehouse only smoked weed before he gave her hard drugs. He also described watching Amy Winehouse have a seizure after an all-day binge.

"It was heartbreaking seeing someone you love more than yourself, someone you would die for, someone you would kill for, on the floor shaking," he said.

We've heard this before - several times, in fact. But this time, Britain's death-defying crooner is allegedly serious about ditching her deadbeat husband.

Amy Winehouse has been consulting her divorce lawyers "with a view to binning junkie husband Blake Fielder-Civil," according to the UK's Daily Mirror.

The singer is currently being treated a private clinic after "a seizure" on Sunday, which her management claims is from a reaction to meds she's taking.

Don't laugh. Like her other 15 seizures, it probably was from medication - you just shouldn't mix it with hard drugs, but that's neither here nor there.

Amy still hasn't visited Blake Fielder-Civil since he was released from prison and went straight to a Surrey rehab clinic earlier this month.

He was sentenced to 27 months behind bars for committing grievous bodily harm (what the Brits call aggravated assault) and attempting to pervert the course of justice (what they call obstruction of justice). He served just 12 of those months.

The final nail in the coffin for their relationship was apparently Blake's failure to tell his wife when he was being released from the big house.

That or his rumored shagging of Sophie Schandorff.

According to reports, Amy Winehouse says her marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil is over after he left her for blonde German model Sophie Schandorff.

Blake, who was recently released from prison, said he was looking forward to getting his wife naked ASAP. But he's apparently focused elsewhere now.

The drug-ridden songstress lamented: “It’s over. There’s no way back for us now. It was never going to last. We were only together for sex. I fancied him like mad, like no one else I’ve ever known. But it’s not enough, is it?”

According to the UK's News of the World, A-Dubs stunned pals with a bitter admission that her 17-month marriage will end in divorce - and by revealing secrets of their crazy sex life including girl-on-girl action and sordid threesomes.

With these words, Amy Winehouse's husband reentered society after a year in jail. He was released from prison on the condition that he enter rehab immediately.

Blake Fielder-Civil may have to wait a little longer for the removal of any knickers, as the Back to Black singer can't visit for at least seven days. But it's progress.

Upon his release, he was also in high spirits about world news. Giving the peace sign, he told reporters: "It’s a welcome to the free world for me and Barack Obama. I heard about the U.S. election on the car radio - it’s got to be good news!"

It's great to see Blake Fielder-Civil again. Seriously, guy is pure entertainment.

Although looking well, his arms were covered in scars and what appeared to be fresh scratches. He was due out at Christmas but freed this week by Edmunds Hill Prison, Suffolk, after agreeing to rehab at the Life Works Community centre in Surrey.

Prison Service sources insisted that Blake Fielder-Civil - who had been sentenced to 27 months - was eligible for early release and was not granted special favors.

He is tagged, under curfew and banned from leaving rehab.
