The tumultuous two-year marriage of Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil has officially come to an end after a hearing in a courtroom in London today.

As one of 25 couples seeking to dissolve their marriages, Fielder-Civil was granted the divorce from Winehouse in a hearing that lasted all of 75 seconds.

The grounds? The songbird's admitted adultery, according to court papers.

Neither Amy Winehouse nor Blake Fielder-Civil were on hand at Court Three of the High Court Family Division in London as the divorce was granted.

In a question-and-answer format, the court's papers show that it was Blake Fielder-Civil who filed to dissolve the fairy-tale union. Asked if he finds it "intolerable" to live with Winehouse, he replies, "Yes." Hard to blame the guy.

Asked to "state briefly your reasons for saying that the respondent has committed the adultery alleged," Blake Fielder-Civil said, "The Respondent confessed the adultery in April 2008." Wonder who the other man was?

The papers show they have not lived in the same household since that date. Mostly because Blake served much of the last two years behind bars. Details.

In her response, Winehouse is asked if she admitted "the adultery alleged in the petition." She answers a simple "yes." She never intended to defend this.

The couple married in Miami May 2007.

Talk of a divorce surfaced in January, when Fielder-Civil signaled he would start proceedings. The singer initially said she would not let it happen.

Then rumors broke that Blake knocked up Gilleen Morris in rehab, and was at the same time boning a teenager named Francesca Morralee. It was about that point in which Amy probably realized divorcing Blake might not be the end of the world.

Earlier this year, Fielder-Civil filed for divorce from the Back To Black hitmaker on the grounds of adultery, after he saw photos of her St. Lucia vacation.

The pics showed her canoodling with numerous men, including Josh Bowman.

However, Blaaaaaaake's case weakened to say the least after recent reports revealed that he knocked up Gilleen Morris, an unemployed heroin addict who was being treated alongside him at the Phoenix Future rehab center.

Blake is supposedly demanding a paternity test, but Winehouse’s mother says that because of this recent development, she would not be dazed if Blake Fielder-Civil attempts to make demands for big bucks from Amy during the divorce.

"It sounds like [Blake's] hands are outstretched not only for himself, but for this person he's made pregnant. To me it seems like a case of "let's get our hands out for the money,” The UK's Daily Star quotes Janis as saying.

Janis also revealed that Blake’s knocking up Gilleen Morris (and dating Francesca Morralee, 17) came as a shock to Amy, who still wanted to work it out.

"Amy did everything she could to get back from St. Lucia to support him, and he's doing that. It's a blow," Janis said, and she doesn't mean coke.

"She was clearly devastated. He's divorcing her for adultery but what about this? I think it's just a case of Blake's showing his true colors now.”

Amy Winehouse suffered some freak nasty burns on her leg last night.

The struggling singer, who is currently on St. Lucia vacation #2 this year, is said to have "experienced an accident" while "rustling up a meal."

According to friends, a kitchen pot tipped over, dousing the train wreck's legs with scalding hot water. Amy Winehouse made no attempt to cover the scars, however, calmly wandering down a beach in a pair of denim shorts.

OUCH! Wino's wounds - which were covered in sand - look like they need a good cleaning. Then again, so does the rest of her, as do her internal organs.

One visitor at the resort where she's saying said, "Amy’s wounds looked so painfully sore - she really should cover them up or get herself under an umbrella. They were covered in sand. We couldn’t believe she wasn’t keeling over in pain."

Kirk Sommer, a spokesperson for Wino, replied: "She’s not in a lot of pain, she’s just letting it breathe." Not sure if that idea works with third-degree burns.

Meanwhile, Amy’s estranged husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, is demanding a paternity test from the unemployed heroin addict claiming he knocked her ass up.

Blake is now saying that Gilleen Morris, 31, is not having his child and accusing her of inventing the story. It was a brief, but storybook romance for Gilleen and Blake, who boinked last month while patients at the same rehab clinic.

You can imagine Amy's reaction to this news.

When Amy Winehouse discovered that soon-to-be-ex husband Blake Fielder-Civil knocked up heroin addict Gilleen Morris, her reaction was not what you'd expect.

Or maybe exactly what you'd expect. It is Amy Winehouse.

In St. Lucia, Wino managed to combine a fit of rage (beating her chest repeatedly) with happy, incomprehensible gushing how it’s all she ever wanted for him.

Yes, you read that correctly.

The drug-addled crooner distressed staff and patrons of a St. Lucia resort with a bizarre outburst after hearing the report that Blake Fielder-Civil got a fellow rehab patient pregnant, thus denting his bid to win half Amy's $15 million fortune in a divorce.

At first, Amy wrongly assumed Blake's underage girlfriend, Francesca Morralee, was the mom-to-be. Sipping champagne at the resort bar, she started off gleefully babbling: "I knew he'd got her pregnant. I had this feeling Blake was having a kid."

"That is so amazing! I'm not sad you know, I'm excited," she said. "I knew Blake and his new girlfriend Francesca would be able to have a normal life."

Winehouse was then far from thrilled to hear that Blake's child was conceived in rehab with heroin addict Gilleen Morris, 31, and not Francesca Morralee.

The singer barked: "That better be a mistake or I'll beat his head in. Oh great, he's had it with some ... I don't wanna know - don't tell me any more."

After pounding her chest repeatedly, convulsing and grabbing her stomach in pain, Amy eventually calmed down and expressed how happy she is for Blake.

“All I wanna know and all I need to know is that my baby is having a baby. I never talk to him, I’m never going to see him again but we’re like best friends."

"I have to cut him out of my life because he has to cut me out... so me and Blake can’t be friends but you know what? He’s having a kid and that is amazing.”

Amy later added that she wants a kid herself soon - twins, if possible. Hopefully, natural selection will step up and prohibit this wish from ever coming true.

When it comes to going to rehab, Amy Winehouse once crooned that her answer would be "NO! NO! NO!"

Now, according to questionable reports, husband Blake Fielder-Civil has made a rehabbing woman cry "YES! YES! YES!"

Gilleen Morris - a single, jobless mother of two - told News of the World that she's six weeks pregnant with a child conceived in rehab with the troubled Fielder-Civil.

"Blake seduced me and we had a secret fling," Morris said. "When I told him I was pregnant he said, 'Oh f***!' But he vowed to stand by me and raise the child... Initially I was planning to have an abortion, but Blake's vow has completely thrown me."

Morris said the pair first got it on during a cigarette break outside the rehab facility. They continued to have unprotected intercourse for many nights after that.

"I never planned for any more children. Our fling was just a bit of fun. I never imagined these consequences," she said, echoing the sad, ignorant statements of far too many women that don't use some form of birth control.

As Blake and Amy go through a bitter divorce, how will Gilleen's condition affect Blake's effort to bank a significant portion of Winehouse's money? That remains to be seen.

Previous reports said Fielder-Civil had planned on using the singer's infidelity against her as part of his case for a large settlement. This news, if true, will simply lead to more bickering between the estranged couple.

We can't wait.

If you didn’t know Amy Winehouse was a complete train wreck, her interview with British celeb news mag Now might have you believe she's a totally normal girl.

“I just wanted to get away from London in the winter and have a nice break in the sunshine,” the Wino said about her two-month long vacation in St. Lucia.

Don’t we all, A-Dubs. Talking about how she enjoyed her “daily routine” of exercise and would “love to have a family” one day, Amy Winehouse confidently asserts she “hasn’t done any smack or crack since before I went out there.”

A truly impressive feat, laying off heroin and cocaine for a whole three months. She would guzzle beer and smoke weed every day, but small victories, right?

As for estranged husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who's out of jail after over a year behind bars, that's when Amy's responses get a little less bright and sunny ...

“I still love Blake and I want him to move into my new house with me - that was my plan all along. I won’t let him divorce me. He’s the male version of me and we’re perfect for one another. Alright, I had some fun with a lovely bloke in St. Lucia but that was a holiday thing. I don’t want anybody but Blake,” she says.

Of course not. This man (admittedly) got her addicted to drugs, then served over a year in jail for assault and bribery, with a teenager, boned a teenager named Francesca Morralee and initiated divorced proceedings with Winehouse.

What's not to love there?

Amy Winehouse is back in the UK and settling into a normal, quieter life in the suburbs of North London. But any tranquility she has may not last long.

Her estranged husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has grown close to a 16-year-old Essex schoolgirl who lives with her mom, according to the Daily Mirror.

Since being released from prison, Blake has reportedly been spending a lot of time with a AS-level student by the name of Francesca Morralee.

We have no clue what AS-level means, but does it matter? Girl's 16.

A pal tells the paper: "Fran thinks it's glamorous to be seeing Amy Winehouse's man but she's only 16 ... She likes to have a good time but certainly doesn't do drugs. With Blake's reputation he is not the best role model."

Wow, you think? In related news, The Bachelor is a sham, the sky is blue, bears defecate in the woods, and people named Simpson can't sing.

On her Facebook page (obviously) Francesca Morralee has gushed: "Fran has a secret! An exciting one!" and "Fran is so happy with her new boy."

We definitely expected Blake to be sent back to prison sooner rather than later, but assumed it would be on drug charges, not statutory rape.

CORRECTION: Apparently the legal age of consent in the UK is 16. Thanks to the reader who let us know - and woo hoo, Blake is in the clear!

Amy Winehouse may actually leave St. Lucia and return to the UK next week in a desperate bid to save her marriage now that Blaaaaaaaake is out of jail.

Yes, Blake Fielder-Civil was released yesterday. But A-Dubs may not want to get her hopes up - one of his first comments was that their divorce is so on.

In fact, the singer didn't even know her estranged husband was being freed.

And as news reached her in St. Lucia - where she has been "on vacation" since December - she pledged to fly home and patch up her relationship.

A pal revealed: "Hearing Blake was out brought lots of emotions back. Amy feels like she was the last to know he was getting released and that hurt. She is desperate to see him again and wants to work things out. She still loves him."

With Blaaaake free at last, Amy Winehouse hopes for a reconciliation.

Blake walked free from Edmunds Hill Prison in Suffolk yesterday and was handed his trademark hat and hugged by his delighted mum, Georgette Fielder-Civil.

He will now undergo a drug rehab program. Mmm. Good luck with that.

Things are starting to get nasty between Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil, her jailbird husband who has sets about "compiling a dossier" of their tumultuous time together and his wife’s bad behavior - with the help of her former lovers.

Blake Fielder-Civil, who currently serving time in prison for assault and trial-fixing, wants to list all of the Back to Black singer's misdemeanors in court as he plans to divorce her, helped along the way by celeb lawyer Henri Brandman.

And top of his (presumably not very short) list is contacting those who Amy Winehouse is said to have had romances with during their stormy marriage.

"He wants to put together a case that [Amy Winehouse] is ultimately responsible for the breakdown in their marriage," a source tells The London Paper.

“Blake is totally serious about this. He’s compiling a file of Amy’s errors throughout their marriage, he’s even decided to contact the men Amy's meant to have slept with. Blake wants them to testify to prove that Amy was unfaithful [to him].”

Since Blake has been locked up a year-plus - save for a brief release to rehab (above) and one farewell bonk - the songstress has admitted several affairs.

First, her personal assistant Alex Haines hit that repeatedly - as she wailed and moaned for Blake after sex, then smoked crack for breakfast. His words.

More recently, aspiring actor and former rugby player Josh Bowman was all over that while both were "holidaying" in the Caribbean paradise of St. Lucia.

At first, it was the five-time Grammy Award winner who wanted to start divorce proceedings, but Amy later changed her mind in an attempt to save the shaky relationship - then Blake Fielder-Civil decided to file for divorce.

Amy Winehouse’s jailed husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, has vowed to avoid all contact with the troubled singer, and may use one of her love letters to back up demands for a share of her fortune during divorce proceedings.

"Blake doesn’t want a reconciliation with Amy now," his mom, Georgette Fielder-Civil, said following a report in the British press that her son may use the letter to demonstrate how important he was to Winehouse's career.

According to the News of the World, which published excerpts of her letter, Winehouse, 25, promises in it that she will write new albums especially for Fielder-Civil, 26.

Specifically, the drug-addled singer proclaimed that:

• She was constantly thinking of her "wonderboy" husband.
• Blake Fielder-Civil is “most beautiful creature” she’d ever seen.
• She longed to “smell and taste” him as she sat home alone.
• She spent £3,000 on sexy lingerie and couldn’t wait to “f**k” him.
• That she would write more albums for him - a few albums, even.
• That "your lips with mine are royal cushions that carry away in sweet savage dreams the minute they meet. You are a REAL boy." LOL.

But despite all the steamy words - and with Blake behind bars at Edmunds Hill Prison, Suffolk - Amy had an affair with her manager’s assistant, Alex Haines.

Riddled with guilt, she confessed to Blake Fielder-Civil.

He forgave her but she stopped sending letters and didn’t visit again.

Blake finally made the dramatic decision to divorce her two weeks ago after she was seen cuddling up with hunky Josh Bowman, 21, in the Caribbean.
