We may never know why Solange Knowles attacked Jay Z in an elevator this month and left fans questioning the state of Jay Z's marriage to Beyonce.

We may never be privy to the words that were exchanged between this rapper and his sister-in-law before the incident, which went viral yesterday morning.

But the Internet has some ideas. Within minutes of the Solange assault video hitting the Internet, the hashtag #WhatJayZSaidtoSolange started to trend on Twitter.

Users joked about Chris Brown, Street Fighter, Beyonce's blood-alcohol level and more as the disturbing surveillance video became the center of the comedy universe.

Again, we have no idea what transpired or caused the surprising fight inside that elevator. But we do know that the memes are good for a few chuckles ...

Beyonce went completely against the musical grain this morning, releasing a new album without a single word of promotion or hype.

Titled "BEYONCE," the visual CD simply dropped on to iTunes in time for holiday shopping and is complete with 14 tracks and 17 videos.

Think you're stunned and excited? Consider the following reactions on Twitter from a bunch of very famous folks:

Demi Lovato: "I'm literally FUH-REAKING OUT over this new #BEYONCE... The music vids?!!?! I CANT HANDLE THIS MUCH FIERENESS.... #NOJOKE #DYING. Sexiest woman ON THE PLANET... and WHO DIRECTED THESE VIDEOS?!!? #OBSESSED #BEYONCE #imightbeobsessedwithher #IWANTTOBEHER."

She may not have caused the Super Bowl blackout, but Beyonce's halftime show performance Sunday was so electric, it almost crashed the Internet.

Bey's supercharged (and very well lit) effort, which also featured Destiny's Child sisters Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, generated 5.5 million tweets.

Here's what some stars had to say about the Beyonce halftime show performance:

Kelly Clarkson: "The force and power that is Beyonce just shut the Super Bowl down ha! Too funny!"

Demi Lovato: "Y'all can keep watching the game but I think it's safe to say Beyonce just won the Super Bowl."

Roseanne Barr is mourning the death of music legend Etta James in an odd way: by talking $hit about President Obama and Beyonce.

Basing a round of criticism on Obama asking Beyonce to cover the James classic "At Last" during a 2009 inauguration ball, Roseanne Tweeted yesterday: "I lost ALL respect for Obama when he dissed Etta James in favor of Beyonce," later adding:

"I have not listened to anything Beyonce or Jay z has said or recorded since they did that to Etta. Their arrogance was disgusting."

Roseanne, who actually just had a pilot picked up by NBC, then focused her rage on those who dare to support the new mother of Blue Ivy, writing: "Beyonce’s fans are really ignorant-she should not be proud of entertaining drooling mutants!"

Soon after Beyonce serenaded the Obamas with "At Last," James herself also called her and the President out - but both she and Roseanne appear to be missing a crucial point: James did not originally record the song, either. Her version was a cover of a cover.

Rihanna did it. Gwyneth Paltrow did it. Russell Simmons did it. THG did it. Millions of fans nearly shut down Twitter doing it. Congratulate Beyonce on giving birth, that is.

Michelle Williams, a member of Destiny's Child, did not and will not, however.

The well wishes have poured in for Beyonce and Jay-Z since they welcomed daughter Blue Ivy Carter Saturday, and Williams has taken heat for not joining in.

Her rationale is simple: Because she'd rather do it in person.

Destiny's Child

Kelly Rowland has not Tweeted anything either, FYI.

Says Michelle Williams to her Twitter critics:

"Let's get ONE thing straight... I do NOT have to say congrats to someone when they're NOT EVEN ON on twitter...ESPECIALLY when I talk or email them all the time."

"Or when I'll be physically present as well. My friendship with people aren't always for twitter. Respect that and get a LIFE!!! Enjoy this FINE day!!! God bless!!!!"

In a follow-up Tweet, Williams said, "This is a beautiful, precious, private time between two people and excitement is to be expected but NOT disrespect!"

And to end the mini-rant, Williams used this hash tag: "#churchdismissed."

Woman's got a point, you gotta admit. Amen to that. Preach on, MW.

Rumors about Beyonce giving birth are currently blowing up Twitter, but have yet to be confirmed by the singer, husband Jay-Z, or any reputable source for that matter.

So ... there you are.

The (very possibly made-up) consensus seems to be that Beyonce welcomed a girl into the world this week, and that the little bundle of joy is named Tiana-May Carter.

Twitter makes up cute names at least.

The rumors we've read online - again, these are just rumors from social media, not even celebrity gossip sources - say she was taken to St. Luke's Hospital in New York City, and overnight, word spread that she had delivered a daughter.

Multiple outlets have picked up the story, but all cited the growing buzz on Twitter as the source and nothing more. She's due in February, so it's probably baseless chatter at this point, but also not impossible for her to give birth early.

Twitter also made Jon Bon Jovi dead recently. At least this is a nicer rumor.

Either way, the final countdown, which began after Beyonce's pregnancy reveal at the MTV VMAs, to the birth of the most famous celebrity babies in years is either over, or close to being over. We'll keep you posted as we learn more!

The nation stopped yesterday and remembered the terrorist attacks from a decade ago that changed everything, as former President George W. Bush joined current President Barack Obama at the unveiling of the 9/11 Memorial in New York City.

Paul Simon sang an acoustic version of "The Sound of Silence" at the event, while others from Hollywood chimed in via Twitter. We've posted a few of their responses below, as well as an ABC News tribute set to Beyonce's "I Was Here."

Eva Longoria: “My heart goes out to all the families of the 9/11 victims. God Bless America!”

Kim Kardashian: “My thoughts and prayers go out to all of the families affected by the awful tragedy of 9/11."

Mariah Carey: “9/11: A time to honor, reflect. A decade later, nation remembers.”

Ashton Kutcher: “I got mad respect for the people that suffered in 9/11.”

Lea Michele: “Feeling so thankful and blessed today... And so happy to be with all my family and friends in this city I love with all my heart... NYC is one of the most strong & beautiful places in the world. I feel so blessed & proud today to have been born and raised in this city.”

Seeing Beyonce pregnant, with the conception confirmed live by the singer herself, sent the Twitterverse into an absolute frenzy at the MTV VMAs Sunday.

During her performance of “Love on Top,” Beyoncé declared “I want you to feel the love that’s growing inside of me!” and rubbed her belly on stage.

That convergence of events broke Twitter records.

A staggering 8,868 Tweets were sent per second about Beyonce and her growing baby bump, according to a spokesman for the social networking site.

Before B, the highest number of Tweets posted per second was during the women’s soccer World Cup earlier this summer between Japan and America this summer, during which an average 7,196 Tweets were posted per second.

Basically, Beyonce is bigger than the World Cup, Not surprising.
