What subprime mortgage crisis?

Beyonce was recently spotted on the set of her new movie, Obsessed, seemingly intrigued by a real estate sign advertising a sold property.

Might the Dreamgirls star and husband Jay-Z be in the market for a new home? Might this just be a scene from the aforementioned film?

Regardless, neither Beyonce nor her character ought to consider an interest-only mortgage. It just isn't fiscally responsible.

This shouldn't come as a shock to any celebrity gossip followers - as rumors have swirled for days - but a source told People Magazine that Beyonce and Jay Z got married last night.

"It happened earlier this evening. Jay wanted it to be a really private affair â€" close friends and family," the friend said.

The ceremony was followed by a party at the rapper's Tribeca apartment that. In attendance were Beyoncé's mother Tina Knowles, her father/manager Mathew, her sister Solange, her Destiny's Child pals Kelly Rowland and Michelle Williams, and the couple's friend Gwyneth Paltrow.

Will Beyonce take her new husband's last name? Will she now be known as Beyonce Z?

Canadians enjoy universal health care, fewer homicides per year and more opportunities to see Beyonce Knowles' boobs than the average American.

During a recent concert in Toronto, the beautiful singer accidentally flashed the audience during a rendition of Deja Vu. Her shirt flew up like Marilyn Monroe's dress, making this a quick moment of bare hotness. It wasn't exactly a drawn out pose, such as the one David Beckham nude gave fans awhile ago.

Obsessed Star

At least Jay Z's one true love was able to smile about the incident. And why not? A half-naked Beyonce has nothing to be ashamed of.

Justin Timberlake and Beyoncé Knowles scored seven nominations each for this year's MTV Video Music Awards, it was announced on MTV's Total Request Live Tuesday.

Kanye West and Rihanna, meanwhile, were just shy of the top spots with five nominations each, while newcomer Amy Winehouse received three.

The latest hit for Justin Timberlake, "What Goes Around ... Comes Around," will face off with Beyoncé's "Irreplaceable," West's "Stronger," Rihanna's "Umbrella," Winehouse's "Rehab" and electro duo Justice's "D.A.N.C.E." for the video of year honors.

Kanye West and Rihanna (and sporting a cane) were on TRL Tuesday when the nominations were announced â€" as were fellow scheduled performers Chris Brown, Timbaland and Fall Out Boy's Pete Wentz.

MTV also announced that the VMAs will be a one-night stand this year, airing live from the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas September 9.

The two-hour show will include eight categories - fan favorites as well as four new slots: Male/female artist of the year, most earthshattering collaboration; monster single of the year and quadruple threat award. No idea what that means, but who cares.

Not nominated for some reason? The amazing Britney Spears. Oh, maybe it's because she hasn't put out in album in like three or four years.

Thanks, as always, to People magazine for this great collection of celebrity quotes from the past week.

"F.A.T. means fabulous and thick, full and tasty, fluffy and tender."

"I bring the fear. Does big oil sleep around? Got bad credit? I'll find the dirt. And I will make big oil regret the day it ever uttered the words 'price gouging!'"

It's difficult to keep giant boobs down.

Just ask a certain pop singer. Oh, you thought we were talking about the numerous Britney Spears nipple slips? Not this time.

Beyonce Knowles did her best impression of Jayden James' mother over the weekend, as a concert performance got slightly out of hand. Or out of shirt, to be exact.

You have to look closely - come on, don't be shy - to get a view of some Beyonce nipple action, but the private parts are definitely made public in the photos below. Sorry, Jay Z. But you've got nothing to be ashamed about here.

We wonder if Jennifer Hudson will just tear off her shirt next. In this highly publicized feud between the pair of divas, you've gotta stay one step ahead of the competition.

Beyonce Nipple Slip?

Meanwhile, as you stare at Beyonce's boobs, let us know what you think about this singer's hair. Is it better curly or straight? And whose nipples will we see next?

The good money is on a Britney Spears or Lindsay Lohan reprisal, if you ask us.

Thanks to People magazine for this great collection of quote-worthy material from some of our favorite celebrity gossip mainstays...

"Yes, in 10 years. For the moment, there are still so many things I need to accomplish."
- Beyoncé, when asked by the June issue of France's Questions de femmes magazine if she wants to have her own family

Beyonce Booty Baby

"I don't really pay attention to all that. It's only when people start to treat me like one that it really freaks me out."
- Jessica Alba, on the notion of being a sex symbol, to Parade magazine

"I always put one of them in charge. If they bring a little group of guys over to the house to have a pool party or whatever, I just say, 'Dude... you're in charge. If anything happens to one of my daughters, I'm coming to you first, and then I'm going to kill all your friends right in front of you, and you'll be last.'"
- Bruce Willis, pictured with daughter Rumer Willis, on his method for keeping Rumer and her sisters safe from teenage boys

"I cannot stand dealing with people in this business. You have all these people you pay who are supposed to be on your side, but I can't trust them like I can my mother."
- Knocked Up star Katherine Heigl, on choosing her mom as her talent management team

"I think she should definitely be punished, but going to jail for a traffic violation is pretty absurd."
- Nicky Hilton, on sister Paris' jail sentence, which she started serving Sunday night

"My thin phase is gonna go soon."
- Courtney Love, on fearing that she'll reverse her recent dramatic weight loss when she quits smoking, on her Web site

"The mighty Sting momentarily looks like a petulant pansy instead of the god of rock."
- Police drummer Stewart Copeland, rating his bandmate's performance during a reunion concert in Vancouver, on his Web site

"I'm so happy. Sometimes very tired, but mostly just a happy mother. I like to get [the babies] out now, just go out and show them the world. Say hi to the flowers."
- Marcia Cross on the joys of motherhood

"They've asked me a hundred times, 'Are you married?' How many times can you say you're not married? You get asked all these personal questions and a lot of times I've just got to put some humor in it to deal with it."
- Enrique Iglesias, on why he told the press that he was now divorced from Anna Kournikova, though the still-together couple has never married

"I wasn't afraid of dying as much as I was really afraid of getting my hair cut. It might sound funny, but it's true."
â€" Marilyn Manson, on his childhood fears

Beyonce wants to have kids.

So, should her hot piece of man candy prepare a crib in his crib? Not just yet.

Beyonce and Jay-Z Step Out

Asked in the June issue of France's Questions de femmes magazine if she is planning on popping out any little one, the singer says: "Yes, in 10 years! For the moment, there are still so many things I need to accomplish."

A wedding, however, is not one of them. Don't look for Knowles and Jay-Z to walk down the aisle any time soon, as she relayed to InStyle in January:

"You can't rush a man into anything â€" whether it's a relationship, marriage or having children. When he's ready, he'll let you know."

Not to worry, though, folks: the couple is still going strong. They were spotted on May 22 at the Naomi Campbell's de Grisogono-sponsored birthday party at the exclusive Hotel du Cap near Cannes.

Questions de femmes also asks Beyonce what she likes to do when she isn't working. Does she like to pretend that she's a sea captain, like Britney Spears?

"I used to do some painting but I don't have time anymore â€" I have to start again," she says. "I like to watch the Discovery Channel and from time to time DVDs. It depends on how I feel."

Beyonce also insists that, although she always looks immaculate when she goes out, she's really low-maintenance. Unlike that overly made-up, Oompa Loompa-like singer, Aubrey O'Day.

"I actually don't like wearing make-up, I'd rather be natural," she says. "My hair is natural and when I go out I don't need to spend hours deciding what I will wear or which make-up to put on. I know exactly what I want."

A wet Paris Hilton has nothing on a soaked version of a certain R&B goddess.

Take a look at the picture of Beyonce on this month's cover of Vibe magazine and prepare to drool over it like a British dude staring at the read end of Kate Middleton.

Also, check out snippets of the interview she gave the publication below...

On being a celebrity: "Everybody messes with celebrities. At a point, you just have to decide if you really want it. If you do, you have to have a tough skin."

On how it affects those close to her: "If it's something about my sister or my nephew or it's something evil, then yes, I'm upset," Beyoncé said about Hollywood gossip. "I wanna kill somebody. If it's a rumor that's vindictive, or something harmful, or something everybody's believing that is completely not true, then it's frustrating because there's nothing you can do about it."

On her rumors of a feud with Jennifer Hudson: "I've worked with Britney Spears, I've worked with Jennifer Lopez, Shakira, and they don't start [rumors]. Whenever it's two black women … it's unfortunate."

Hmmm, Beyonce didn't exactly shoot down talk of the rivalry, did she? It will be interesting to see if either wins at this year's MTV Movie Awards.
