Beyonce made a controversial return to the music scene last month.
Following the release of "Bow Down," Blue Ivy's mother faced criticism from various sources, as Keyshia Cole blasted Beyonce for the message her lyrics sent and then Rush Limbaugh somehow got into the act.
How does the superstar respond to such harsh words?
Count Beyonce among those standing behind the red equal sign.
With the issue of marriage equality prominently in the news - due to California's Supreme Court now considering the legality of Prop 8 - this superstar has posted a handwritten note on her Facebook account that reads:
"If you like it you should be able to put a ring on it."
And in case there was any doubt over the cause to which she's referring, Beyonce included as a caption: #WeWillUniteForMarriageEquality."

The superstar singer is featured in an island-themed ad for the clothing company, lying back in a beach chair and exposing a bit of cleavage.
"I've always liked H&M's focus on fun and affordable fashion," Beyonce said in a statement "I really loved the concept we collaborated on to explore the different emotions of women represented by the four elements -- fire, water, earth and wind. It was a beautiful shoot on a tropical island. It felt more like making a video than a commercial."
Keyshia Cole has some unexpected, anti-Beyonce company. Rush Limbaugh is going off on the star and her controversial single "Bow Down / I Been On."
The conservative talk-radio host ripped Jay-Z's wife for what he deemed a "180" in the image department and abandoning her feminist credibility.
"[Destiny's Child] songs were attempts to inspire young women not to take any grief from men. She's done a 180," said Limbaugh of the music superstar.
"Beyonce, now having been married, having been impregnated and giving birth to Blue Ivy," Rush added. "She's got a new song, 'Bow, Down Bitches.'"
"Beyonce is now saying, 'Go ahead and put up with it!'"
Keyshia Cole has no interest in bowing down to Beyonce.
Following the latter's release of "Bow Down/I Been On" - a track that includes the lyric This is my sh-t. Bow down, bitches - Cole absolutely blasted her fellow artist on Twitter yesterday.
"Can't stand when people all self righteous when it's convenient it makes them look good," Cole wrote, calling out Beyonce for sending mixed messages. "But can still talk sh-t when convenient 2 FOH."
Beyonce gave birth to her first child just 14 months ago.

Beyonce has dropped her first new single since 2011.
Titled "Bow Down/I Been On," the song follows the leaking of a rumored Beyonce track list for her upcoming album.
Of course, this single - which was produced by Hit-Boy and references the superstar's personal and professional worlds via such lyrics as "I took some time to live my life, don't think I'm just his little wife..." - wasn't included on that rundown.
