Bethenny Frankel has taken to Twitter and responded to critics who are giving her flak for posing in her young daughter's pajamas.

Over the weekend, the former reality star shared an odd photo of Instagram of her wearing her four-year old's clothing, writing as a caption:

"This is my daughter's nightgown and PJ shorts. Think we're ready to start sharing clothes yet?"

The Internet quickly responded in hate talk, slamming Frankel for being too skinny, for trying to garner attention and/or for setting a bad example for girls across the country.

And, in response, Frankel has now essentially said: My goodness... get a life!

Bethenny Frankel faces a bitter custody battle over her four-year-old daughter with ex-husband Jason Hoppy, who she says is out to destroy her.

The entrepreneur and former star of The Real Housewives of New York City wants primary custody of Bryn, while estranged husband Hoppy wants joint custody.

In court Wednesday, the already public breakup took an uglier turn, with Frankel recounting Hoppy's alleged words to her after she filed for divorce.

"He said, 'I'm going to destroy you. I'm going to have you and your publicist crying and crumbling in a corner.'" Frankel, 43, testified before breaking into tears.

"'Now you're going to see what I was like on the basketball court,'" "He said, 'You don't know what it's like to have a family, you'll never have a family. Let's go baby.' "

The two sides dispute who is the better parent, with Frankel and Hoppy accusing the other of an alleged thirst for fame and chronicling its adverse impact on Bryn.

"Bethenny Frankel's priority is Bethenny Frankel," Hoppy's lawyer Bernard Clair told the judge. "In pursuit of career success, she has used the child as a prop."

A week after Whole Foods yanked all Skinnygirl Margarita products off its shelves, a class action lawsuit has been filed against the brand most associated with Bethenny Frankel.

As first reported by TMZ, Reneta Bonar claims she and millions of other consumers have been fooled by Beam Global Spirits for making "deceptive statements" on the bottle of Skinnygirl, specifically the label that reads "ALL NATURAL."

Boner says the preservative sodium benzoate is present in the drink and is suing to force Beam to "engage in a corrective advertising campaign." She'd also like some money for damages, of course.

Responds Beam: "In today's litigious society, nothing is surprising. The litigation filed in relation to the labeling of Skinnygirl Margarita is frivolous. We will defend our case vigorously, and we are fully confident we will prevail."

Earlier this year, Bethenny Frankel claimed she has earned over $120 million since she debuted as a Real Housewife on Bravo.

Turns out, she may need every last dime of that fortune.

According to E! News, the reality star is being sued by her former management company, Raw Talent Inc., for non-payment of commission. The firm is asking for $12 million because Frankel "willfully and knowingly fleeced" it out of allegedly earned funds. It's also demanding $100 million in punitive damages.

In August of 2008, Bethenny went to Raw Talent for help developing and marketing her Skinnygirl cocktail line. The lawsuit alleges she agreed to pay the company a 10 percent commission from profits made off that line - but never shelled out anything after it was sold for nine figures.

No response to the suit yet from Frankel's side, whose life might not be so good if she's forced to pay up.
