Ben Roethlisberger Biography
Ben Roethlisberger, a.k.a. Big Ben, is the quarterback of the Pittsburgh Steelers of the NFL. He was drafted by the Steelers in the 2004 NFL Draft. He played college football at Miami University Ohio).
Roethlisberger earned the AP NFL Offensive Rookie of the Year award in 2004. He became the youngest Super Bowl–winning quarterback in NFL history, helping lead the Steelers to a 21-10 win over the Seattle Seahawks in Super Bowl XL at age of 23.
Ben then led the Steelers to a second Super Bowl title in four seasons as they defeated the Arizona Cardinals in Super Bowl XLIII, 27-23, after he made a game-winning TD pass to Santonio Holmes in the final minute.
Ben Roethlisberger has been accused of sexual assault by Andrea McNulty in July 2009. He maintains he is innocent of any crime.
