Tiger Woods' mother-in-law, Barbro Holmberg, is in stable condition at an Orlando hospital after being taken from his home earlier Tuesday morning.

Medics responded to a 911 call at Woods' home and Holmberg, the mother of Tiger's wife Elin Nordegren, was admitted after suffering stomach pain.

Sheriff's spokesman Jim Solomons said a 911 call from Woods' home at 2:35 a.m. EST Tuesday and transferred it to Orange County Fire Rescue.

Officials say Barbro Holmberg is in stable condition but few other details are known at this time. Woods' agent, Mark Steinberg, did not comment.

According to WESH-TV, Barbro refused transport, but was later listed as an advanced life support patient and taken on a stretcher to the hospital.

Barbro Holmberg, Elin Nordegren's mother, will reportedly be fine.

What treatment she needed is not clear, but advanced life support is a term often used by medics/EMTs for resuscitation that extends beyond CPR.

The strange thing about Holmberg being transported via ambulance from Tiger's house to the hospital (the same one he went to two weeks ago)?

Reports surfaced yesterday that Elin Woods moved out on Tiger after his many affairs, and despite his many efforts to hold his marriage together.

Is that even true? Was she at Tiger's house with her mom trying to work things out with her cheating husband? So many questions unanswered.

UPDATE, 4:29 P.M. EST: Barbro was released from the hospital Tuesday afternoon and is now recuperating at Woods' home in Windermere, Fla.

More details to follow as the story develops ...

Firefighters in Orange County, Fla., responded to a medical situation at the home of Tiger Woods this morning after a 911 call was received at 2:36 a.m.

And you thought this story couldn't possibly get any crazier.

A radio log showed an adult woman was transported to Health Central Hospital in Ocoee, Fla., via ambulance. The patient initially refused transport.

She was later listed as an advanced life support patient.

Several sites have reported that Barbro Holmberg, the mother of Tiger Woods' wife, Elin Nordegren, had arrived in the area to be with her yesterday.

It is not known if she was the patient, but video from the hospital showed a middle-aged woman (Barbro is 57) being removed from an ambulance ...

Stretcher

A woman was taken from Tiger Woods' home by ambulance today.

A black Cadillac Escalade was seen leaving the hospital shortly after the ambulance arrived. Its tag was similar to the one involved in Tiger Woods' crash.

Woods owns a second black Escalade, for what it's worth.

The mysterious 911 call and hospitalization comes on the heels of reports that Tiger's wife moved out of the Isleworth, Fla., mansion she shared with Tiger.

The number of Tiger Woods mistresses we can identify has reached seven, while some sources say the actual number may be at least 10 if not higher.

Several celebrity news  sites said Elin Nordegren Woods had enough and moved out of the couple's $2.6 million home and into another nearby home.

That home is also owned by Woods.

UPDATE: ESPN has confirmed that the hospitalized woman was in fact Barbro Holmberg, Tiger's mother-in-law. More details to follow shortly ...
