Nice try, President Obama.

But Jonathan Davis is on to you.

TMZ caught up with Korn singer Jonathan Davis today and asked him about his band's new music video (below). Why is it filled with clips of Miley Cyrus dancing and other pop culture events?

Because, Davis calmly explained, "our government uses [celebrities] to distract from what’s really going on."

Referring the Miley Cyrus VMA performance that dominated all headlines for days?

"When that went down, Barack Obama passed a law that made him basically a dictator," Davis says. "He can imprison whoever he wants.”

Watch the interview with Davis and the Korn video for "Spike in My Veins" now. Do you agree that Obama used celebrity scandals to exercise illegal political power?

Somewhere, even Ted Nugent is shaking his head over Davis' comments.

President Barack Obama is busting out his vocal stylings and musical skills in another viral video hit. This time it's "Jingle Bells," just in time for the holidays.

Of course, unlike Obama's Mandela funeral selfie, this isn't real. It's just a lip dub from YouTube channel Baracksdubs, makers of many previous classics.

Splicing together Obama's speeches to create the illusion that POTUS is singing the timeless Christmas classic, this definitely won't leave you out in the cold.

Unlike the weather, or the Obamacare website. BAM.

Other lip dub gems from the Commander-in-Chief...

The man can "sing." And roll out a terrible website.

Rapper J. Cole is raising eyebrows for recent comments he made about race in America, specifically how they relate to President Barack Obama.

Cole, who just earned 10 BET Hip Hop Awards nominations, frankly weighed in on light- vs. dark-skinned divide that continues to embroil hip-hop.

As BET noted, music videos often feature light-skinned models, and J. Cole has made a concerted effort to challenge that paradigm of late.

Why is that? He says, "I can’t say for sure but I just think we’re still in America. We’re still Black Americans. Those mental chains are still in us."

"That brainwashing that tells us that light skin is better, it’s subconsciously in us, whether we know it or not, still pursuing light skin women."

"There are some women out there that are like, 'I don’t even like light skin men' and that’s fine. But Barack Obama would not be President if he were dark skin."

The amazing folks behind Barack's Dubs are at it again.

And this one may be our favorite one yet.

In a new YouTube video, the President of the United States is seen singing along to Demi Lovato's "Made in the USA," as excerpts from a wide range of speeches make it sound like his hair really is blowing in the wind... and his summer crush really is causing him to lose track of time.

President Barack Obama is up all night to get lucky.

The Commander-in-Chief "sings" as much in the latest music video splicing together clips from his speeches to form the lyrics of a Top 40 hit.

Here, B.O. takes on Daft Punk featuring Pharrell:

For a guy whose year has been scandal-filled, rather than fun-filled, but maybe singing one of 2013's hottest jams will help shift public opinion.

Eh, wouldn't count on it. But it is good comedy.

Jay-Z's new song "Open Letter," a response to criticism of his recent trip to Cuba, has racked up nearly 500,000 listens - and a response from the White House.

White House Press Secretary Jay Carney denied that President Obama gave Jay-Z and Beyonce their clearance for the trip, as the song implies.

Jay-Z's "Open Letter" lyrics in question:

“I turned Havana into Atlanta / Boy from the hood / I got White House clearance  Obama said, 'Chill you gonna get me impeached / You don’t need this shit anyway, chill with me on the beach.'"

Asked of Obama indeed gave him clearance, Carney said:

Jay-Z raps about his controversial anniversary trip to Cuba with Beyonce in "Open Letter," a new track just released and featuring Swizz Beatz.

According to Jay, President Barack Obama told him the trip would "get him impeached," though it's unclear if this is direct quote or a figure of speech.

Given that they actually are acquainted, it could be the former!

"Politicians never did s**t for me ... except lie to me, distort history,” the rapper/mogul muses. "Obama said chill ‘You gonna get me impeached' ..."

"We don’t need this s**t anyway chill with me on the beach.' I can turn Havana to Atlanta ... ballin’ too much they try to jam you. I’m in Cuba, I love Cubans."

He adds, "This Communist talk is so confusing.”

There you have it people. Interpret as you will.

Justin Timberlake took to the White House stage Tuesday night and none other than U.S. President Barack Obama sang along during his performance.

The 32-year-old singer covered Otis Redding's "Sitting on the Dock of the Bay," with the crowd (including the President and Michelle Obama) clearly into it.

Timberlake appeared as part of the concert series "In Performance at the White House" honoring Memphis soul; Justin hails from the Tennessee city.

Carly Rae Jepsen's summer jam, "Call Me Maybe" is as infectious as it gets.

Even President Barack Obama can't resist belting it out during commencement speeches, campaign visits and press conferences ... well, at least in the below video of clips spliced together to form the idiotic lyrics of the catchy pop hit.

Watch the hilarity and sing along with the Prez:

Incidentally, 19-year-old Fadi Saleh (a.k.a. "Barackdubs" on YouTube) created this viral masterpiece, as well as Obama singing "Sexy and I Know It" by LMFAO.

Also incidentally, for a greatest hits of sorts compiling some awesome moments from an unforgettable lip-dubbing meme, check out this "Call Me Maybe" video.
