Miley, meanwhile, recently said she thought Britney Spears needed serious help.

"I think it's so crazy and I think that she [Britney] needs help," she told Extra. "If I didn't have [my family], I'd probably be in the same position.

"You just got to know who your true friends are, and I think for me, is my mom. If you have sisters, I mean any girls that are in your family, that can understand and relate to you, I think is the best."

Arriving at a local McDonald's, Ashley Tisdale tried to order a six-piece Chicken McNuggets and a #10 Grilled Chicken Sandwich meal. Later, a McDonald's employee gets rather excited about their arrival and exclaims, in reference to the famous celebrity gossip site, "Put me on TMZ! Put me on TMZ!"

Then, referring to Vanessa Hudgens, the McDonald's employee asks, "Wasn't she butt naked somewhere?" Oh yes. This nude photo right here, baby.

Cuties Ashley Tisdale and Vanessa Hudgens have been on serious a roll lately, shopping until dropping - before and after the big Christmas holiday.

With Zac Efron nowhere in sight (unfortunately for us fans), it looks like this shopping binge is a ladies-only affair. Blackberries are permitted, of course.

Due to her recent impression of Ashlee Simpson (i.e. getting a nose job), Ashley Tisdale was forced to cancel a couple of concerts last week.

The High School Musical star apologized for that in the following message to her fans:

To my fans and friends in Miami and Philadelphia,

I'm so sorry I wasn't able to be at the holiday shows this weekend. I haven't fully recovered from my surgery and had to make the difficult decision to cancel the appearances.

When my surgery was scheduled, we didn't think it would be necessary to cancel the shows because my doctor thought I would heal in time. Unfortunately, the deviated septum was more significant than we originally thought so the healing process is taking longer.

The last thing I ever want to do is disappoint my fans.

Now, if only Alycia Lane would apologize to the police, we could all have a merry holiday season...

Claiming that it wasn't solely done for the sake of vanity, Ashley Tisdale stated that she got the plastic surgery to fix a deviated septum - the same excuse used by Ashlee Simpson, Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz and others for goin' rhino style.

The Hills' Heidi Montag, on the other hand? She just wanted to look more like a typical Hollywood bleach-blonde tramp and get her sort of pretty face onto more magazine covers. Just ask her - she'll probably admit it, at least.

Ashley Tisdale can finally exhale. And not just because she's officially signed herself up for High School Musical 3.

The young actress and singer got a nose job on Friday, a procedure that she was less than enthused to undergo.

"Growing up I always knew I had a deviated septum on the right side of my nose, which caused trouble breathing," Ashley Tisdale told People. "The older I got, the worse it got. I went to get it checked out, and the doctor told me the septum was 80 percent deviated and that I had two small fractures on my nose."

As a result of the operation, Ashley isn't feeling her best. Let's hope boyfriend Jared Murillo is bringing her a lot of chicken soup.

"I'm not feeling great today. It's uncomfortable and I hope this is the only time I ever have to go through something like this."

Tisdale's mother, Lisa, was by her side during the five-hour procedure. Still, Tisdale says, every step of the way "I was completely scared. I wasn't looking forward to the surgery at all. I actually had trouble sleeping for a week before."

The cute and talented Ashley Tisdale was also quick to point out that she doesn't advocate plastic surgery for vanity's sake:

"I didn't do this because I believe in plastic surgery. I did this to help my health. I literally almost could not breathe out of the right side of my nose. I want my fans to know the truth. I'm not someone who is going to act like I had nothing done. I just want to be honest because my fans are everything to me."

Ashley Tisdale recently spoke with OK! about her upcoming movie, Picture This, as well as the ones fans are truly looking forward to: High School Musical 3.

Do you want to focus more on acting or singing now?
It's all about balancing it out I think. At first it was really, really hard when I was doing High School Musical 2 and when my album released. That was very hard to balance. But I think that you just find time and they're both equally important to me.

I'm focusing on my music right now �" I just did the tour and now I'm going start my second album.

But I'm set to do High School Musical 3 in February so then I'll be going back to my acting. So I think it's just a balancing act.

Is it difficult when you know that what you're wearing might appear in a magazine?
Yeah, you have to think about it. A lot of my friends prefer to be followed all the time by the paparazzi; I'm so glad I don't have that all the time. I want to be known for what I'm working on, not where I'm hanging out.
