When Angelina Jolie signed on for the title role in Disney's Maleficent, she did so relishing the idea of her kids seeing her as the Sleeping Beauty villain.

"It's a really great script. I'm having a lot of fun. I've already got my horns fitted," Jolie told Entertainment Weekly on Friday. "My kids are very happy."

"It's not anti-princess, but it's the first time that they're looking at this epic woman [in a different way]," she says of the new take on the fairytale classic.

"You see a woman capable of being many things; just because she protects herself and is aggressive, it doesn't mean she can't have other [warmer] qualities," the leg-thrusting actress adds. "You have to figure out the puzzle of what she is."

Jolie says there are redeeming qualities to her character, despite her ruthlessness.

"It sounds really crazy to say that there will be something that's good for young girls in this, because it sounds like you're saying they should be a villain," Jolie says.

"[Maleficent] is actually a great person. But she's not perfect. She's far from perfect."

The actress has already begun working with the costume department to perfect her look for the film, which begins shooting in June.

"We're experimenting with different things," Jolie says. "But the horns are the horns - you can't deny them. You have to have horns."

Is Angelina Jolie thinking about producing, directing and/or even starring in a royal family biopic? With the lovely Kate Middleton as the centerpiece?

The leg-thrusting Oscar winner is apparently obsessed with the royal family, keeping a framed photo of William and Kate at her French chateau!

That's the rumor anyway, and her interest goes beyond simple admiration.

Bowled over by the royal couple's "kindness and sincerity," Angie is even thinking about trying to get a Kate Middleton biopic made, sources say.

"Angelina's fascinated by her and her wonderful aura," says an insider.

"She loves her look and common touch and says she and William radiate kindness and sincerity, something increasingly rare in this day and age."

Who would play William and Kate on film? Angelina does not seem like the best choice, actress-wise, though she might be fine as the director.

Angelina Jolie's Oscar night pose got 10 times the attention of the Best Picture winner, but the actress says she doesn't even pay attention to that noise.

Despite spawning a hilarious photoshop trend (below, right) and even her own Twitter hashtag (#jolieing), she didn't even realize there was a media craze.

For approximately the 384th time, we're being teased with the OFFICIAL confirmation of a Brangelina wedding! It's FINALLY happening, people! Or not really.

How did it come about? After a frosty period following a bitter argument, the tension between Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt has finally broken, according to OK! 

They would know, having manufactured the tension to start with.

The duo is once again planning to marry, the gossip publication says ... before the arrival of their twin boys. Yup, they're fake pregnant AND marrying!

"They simply had an amazing time Oscar weekend," says a supposed, nameless confidant, who adds that "since then, they've been madly in love."

After Angelina's leg-thrusting pose, how can they not be?

"The wedding was totally off: They were having so many arguments, but they've finally managed to bury their differences," explains the confidant, adding:

"Angie is expecting twins this fall, so it is a bit of a time crunch. They decided they'd both like to welcome their twin boys to the world as man and wife."

"This means the wedding has to happen fairly soon. They've both realized how much they want to be together, forever."

A fake source close to the Oscar-winner reveals AGAIN that Angelina Jolie is pregnant with her seventh child and telling friends she can't wait to be a mom again.

It's not something she wants to officially announce yet (shocking), "but she's at the point where she is telling a select group of people."

None of whom are real, make no mistake. But a very select group.

Adds an insider: Angelina is really savoring every moment. she's having a tough time with morning sickness but says it's all worth it."

"I love being pregnant," Angelina said ... in the past, and in general terms.

"You feel like more like a woman than you've ever felt. You just feel like everything about your body is there for your baby."

Another day, another hilariously bogus Brangelina wedding story.

Just yesterday, Life & Style reported that the wedding was called off. Now, In Touch claims that it's on ... and Angie is making some CRAZY demands!!

If it were on, which it's totally not, we could totally see that.

Among the things Angelina Jolie is reportedly demanding after FINALLY being GUILTED into marrying her partner of six years and the father of six kids:

• Picking her own wedding ring
• A ban on any wedding cake
• Wearing a black dress

Wow, sounds like a blast. We're almost glad this story is completely made up, because if it weren't, the leg-thrusting diva sounds like the ultimate Bridezilla.

After more than six years and six children together, Angelina Jolie and Brad Pitt had FINALLY decided to get married - at least according to OK! magazine.

But then a fake disaster struck and torpedoed the fake wedding! Rough!

Joan Rivers continues to mock Angelina Jolie's one-leg pose Oscars, strapping on a fake leg and going to town on the actress last night on E's Fashion Police.

Having already bashed Jolie at length, Rivers commented on the now-infamous pose again last night, calling it rehearsed, ridiculous and possibly even fake.

She even threw on a prosthetic limb to mock Ange and make her point.

Angelina’s bizarre on-stage leg thrust pose pretty much stole the show Sunday, but not necessarily in a good way, drawing criticism and hilarious parodies galore.

Most were in good fun, but Fashion Police star Rivers tore her a new one.
