Following a debacle in Serbia that some are calling the worst concert ever (it's not a stretch), Amy Winehouse is calling off her summer European tour.

She clearly can't hang, so this is 100 percent for the best.

It's never a good sign when you get up on a stage in Belgrade, Serbia and shout "Hello Athens!" Or when you need to rest on a speaker. Or need a backup singer to pinch-hit and belt out lead vocals because you can't.

Wino in Trouble

And so on. Whatever her reason for canceling, Amy, who is fresh out of rehab (clearly it worked wonders), has postponed the dates indefinitely.

Don't hold your breath for a makeup date.

The oft-intoxicated, always-exhausted Amy Winehouse has given some effed-up live performances in the past, but may have set a new high/low with this one.

When a local paper calls it "the worst [concert] in the history of Belgrade," that's bad. As is having a backup singer handle the lead vocals when you can't.

At one point at the show, which took place this weekend, Amy got so disoriented that she started mumbling lyrics, then just threw her mic to the floor.

She then rested on equipment and wandered around on stage. We don't want to jump to conclusions and say she's on drugs ... but she's TOTALLY on drugs!

Seriously, check out the two clips from the Belgrade Butchering below ...

A representative for Amy Winehouse says the Grammy-winning singer has checked out of a rehab center in London following a whole WEEK there.

She plans to tour Europe this summer and is “raring to go.”

Wino will continue to be seen as an outpatient at the Priory Clinic, which offers treatment for psychiatric problems, as well as drug and alcohol addiction.

He did not say why Amy was in rehab ... but come on.

Pretty Winehouse

Winehouse’s breakthrough album, 2006’s Back to Black, won her five Grammy Awards and helped the songbird achieve worldwide stardom.

Her music has been overshadowed by drug use, run-ins with the law and marriages to Blake Fielder-Civil in subsequent years, however.

The rep said Winehouse was grateful for support sent by fans since she entered the clinic, which might want to leave the light on for her.

They tried to make Amy Winehouse go to rehab and she said yes, yes, yes ... but not before stopping at at Meadway Food and Wine in Southgate, North London to buy a miniature bottle of Smirnoff. Somehow we can picture it.

"She seemed out of it," an onlooker tells The Sun.

Somehow we can picture that as well.

Wine-o

"She was stumbling about, slurring words. I was shocked to see her buy vodka so early in the day, and even more shocked to see her knock it straight back."

The singer's rep tells The Daily Mail that Amy Winehouse checked into rehab because "she wants to be ready for performances in Europe this summer and wants to get an assessment. She will remain at The Priory on doctors' advice."

Wonder if the doctors advised easing the transition with that Smirnoff.

This isn't Winehouse's first stint in rehab: the singer sought treatment in 2008 to treat her addiction to drugs and alcohol. Clearly that worked well.

Amy Winehouse hospitalized? Never thought we would see another story like that ... for the rest of January 2011. Some news just blindsides you.

The British singer, who recently resurfaced in Brazil for a live performance, checked into a private medical facility in London after feeling "a bit ill."

Not sure if that's code for heroin, cocaine or both.

VERY TROUBLED: A query on THG's search field (above right) for "Amy Winehouse hospitalized" nets a FULL PAGE of results. That's probably not a good sign.

The singer has been admitted to a clinic on London's Harley Street after falling ill with a bout of influenza. It is the same facility where she had a boob job in 2009.

She returned to the clinic several times during 2010 due to complications following the procedure, as well as checking in after injuring herself in a drunken fall.

We wish her a speedy recovery. But aren't holding our breath.

When Amy Winehouse surfaced in Brazil and appeared semi-lucid last week, we knew it was too good to be true. There had to be some ridiculous antics to follow.

There were.

We're not sure if these are dance moves or simply the kind of motions that wasted people make before collapsing into bed, but it's a sight to behold in any case.

Around the one-minute mark in particular, things really get good as the British songstress sways to the music, one rogue breeze away from collapse ...

Amy Winehouse took to the mic in South America this weekend to do what she does best. Actually, wait, she was there to sing, not snort coke.

The 27-year-old singer performed in Brazil the other night and didn't collapse, flash her private parts or bungle the entire set. Wild, we know.

Dressed in a pink and white gingham dress which a dipping chest neck line, Amy wore her hair in a ponytail and not her trademark beehive:

WELCOME BACK: Who knew Wino was still alive! Nice!

The Back to Black singer belted out a number of tunes from her collection and performed a number of covers at the Summer Soul Festival in Florianopolis.

At this point, it's been just over four years since she released her Grammy-winning album Back To Black. Still waiting for that much-anticipated follow-up.

One piece of advice would be to ditch her now ex-husband Blake Fielder-Civil. It's unclear if that dude is back in the picture or not. Here's hoping for not.

We never thought we'd see the day, but Amy Winehouse actually has music out, and her cover of "It's My Party" (feat. Quincy Jones) is actually good, too!

Her version of the classic '60s song, produced by Mark Ronson, is quality stuff, conjuring up memories of Wino's Ronson-produced album Back to Black.

The former Mrs. Blake Fielder-Civil has been "working" on the follow-up for years. This effort, which will be on Jones' next tribute album, is a good start ...

After years of substance abuse, arrests, divorces and health woes, Amy Winehouse says she hasn't done drugs in three years and hopes to have a baby one day.

LOL, and God help us.

"I literally woke up one day and was like 'I don't want to do this any more," the singer told the BBC News. "I'm much healthier now. I used to use drugs and I haven't used drugs in almost three years. It's not a hard thing."

Drug Free (Not)

SO HEALTHY: Amy Winehouse is in tip-top shape, no doubt.

Funny thing is that for Amy Winehouse, "drugs" only mean heroin and cocaine. Even if she really cut those out, which we doubt, she still uses beer and weed ... A LOT.

In any case, the star is fresh off her first UK gig in two years, performing at a charity event near her home, Camden, and is planning to release a new album in 2011.

We've heard that ... every year since 2007!

This is bad. Dueling crackheads Pete Doherty and Amy Winehouse are not only writing songs together, according to reports, they are living together in London.

The Daily Star says A-Dubs recently invited the oft-troubled Libertines songwriter and Babyshambles frontman to stay with her. Definitely a smart decision.

Amy Winehouse Smokes

No word on when Lindsay Lohan plans to move in too.

A strung-out match made in Camden.

"Amy has really cleaned up her act and is now keeping an eye on Pete to make sure he's OK," a close source, who is clearly delusional or on as well, said.

"They want to write a song together about survival, love affairs, drugs, drink." Well, they certainly have enough experience with all those topics ... daily.

There's no way this can end well, right? We'd certainly be shocked if it did. It's unclear if Blaaaaaake or Reg Traviss are cool with the whole arrangement.
