Amy Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil - also known as Amy Declinehouse and Blake Fielder Not-So-Civil - have seen their share of troubles of late.

But Amy Winehouse received a standing ovation after at a London awards show Tuesday night - her first live performance since overdosing on drugs and canceling her recent tour.

Amy Wino Housed

"At the end of the performance, the room erupted in applause and wild cheering," said Kevin Milburn, director of the Mercury Music Prize, awarded to the best British and Irish album of the past year.

Amid allegations of drug and alcohol abuse with Blake Fielder-Civil (whom she wed in May), Winehouse - citing exhaustion - checked into a "retreat" in Essex, England.

There also was some question over whether she would make it to the Mercury Music Prize.

But her father, Mitch, was all smiles after watching her belt out an acoustic rendition of "Love is a Losing Game" from her nominated album, Back To Black.

"She was very happy to be here. And I'm just thrilled she was here," Mitch Winehouse told the BBC. "Amy gave a brilliant performance and she looks well."

"Amy announced she would not be doing any performances for a few months but flew in from her holiday in St. Lucia especially for the occasion," Milburn said.

She didn't win the Mercury Prize (which went to the new rave group, the Klaxons) but Amy Winehouse, 23, still impressed the judges.

Truly inspirational. This just goes to show that when you don't OD and try to mutilate yourself, you can accomplish anything.

Brittany Murphy and Simon Monjack.

American Ferrera and Ryan Piers Williams.

These actresses may have found fairy-tale romances with totally random guys, but they've got nothing on the true love and devotion shared by British singing sensation Amy Winehouse and her husband Blake Fielder-Civil.

Just take a look at the photo below. It tugs at the heartstrings. Aren't they just the celebrity gossip world's poster children for stability and happiness?

Blake and Amy

Blake and Amy: Possibly sedated, definitely in love!

It's nice to see Winehouse, who was hospitalized last month for "exhaustion" and postponed or canceled her summer concerts, then overdosed on drugs and ran into the streets of London bloodied and bruised (with Fielder-Civil in tow) is all smiles in the photo above. Way to bounce back, girl.

She just returned to the UK with Blake Fielder-Civil after their Caribbean vacation. Aside from a little vomiting up blood, a good time was had by all.

He's up there with Steve Coogan on the good friend scale.

According to recent reports, none other than the great Pete Doherty was there when Amy Winehouse overdosed on drugs last week, an incident which led to her running through the streets, bloodied, crazy and almost dying and stuff.

Getting Her Kicks

Minutes before Amy Winehouse was rushed to the hospital, Pete Doherty hit the road! Foolz didn't want to get caught up in that mess, we guess.

The two apparently had dinner with her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, that night, then went back to the Wino's pad for their version of an after-dinner "cocktail" - you know, a speedball of heroin and cocaine. Standard operating procedure.

"She collapsed when they went back to her flat. Pete left because he didn't want any bad publicity," says a source close to the pair. "He didn't know how to deal with it and thought she was dying. She was foaming at the mouth and fitting... Pete had never seen anything like it."

He has seen Kate Moss nude, though, and Pete Doherty is also rumored to have done the nasty with Amy Winehouse. Whether he remembers is another matter.

Yikes. Just pray that Winehouse doesn't get knocked up anytime soon. If you thought an Amy-Blake baby would be all kinds of screwed up, just think about the poor, afflicted offspring of Winehouse and Pete Doherty! Petehouse! God help us all.

That kid would come out of the womb and ask someone if they'd shoot up.

Rehabbing "Rehab" singer Amy Winehouse is a wreck.

That much is painfully obvious to everyone. But she's getting help, at least.

Or so we thought.

Reports have it that the bloody wreck, supposedly getting some R&R in the Caribbean, violently vomited blood all over her hotel room in St. Lucia.

The staff at the Jade Mountain resort was horrified to discover vomit and blood as they were sent to Amy Winehouse's suite to clean up the mess.

"There was blood and vomit all over the bathroom, it was just terrible," said one worker, according to British tabloid The Mirror.

Jade Mountain management reportedly offered to send for a doctor for Amy, but Winehouse said no, no, no.

Sorry, but there's no way we weren't going there.

Amy and her almost equally insane husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, have been at the $1,400-a-night Caribbean hideaway since last weekend.

They checked into the resort after a bloody melee in London in which - as we understand it - Blake Fielder-Civil caught her doing drugs and freaked out, prompting her to lash out at him, then say later that he saved her life.

The parents of both Winehouse and Blake Fielder-Civil are calling for fans to boycott Amy's album in an effort to urge the pair to get help for their drug addictions.

Wow, boycotting your own kid's music? That's a bit extreme, don't you think? After all, this stuff makes great celebrity news. Take away her career and... well, come to think of it, that shouldn't impact too much. Just look at Britney Spears. Gosh.

Incidentally, here's a crazy, random pic of Blake Fielder-Civil naked ...

Sometimes, after you overdose on hard drugs and start to mutilate yourself, you just need to decompress with some rest and relaxation. All working stiffs know this well.

So it goes for Amy Winehouse and new husband Blake Fielder-Civil, who are in the tropics, fresh off a bizarre incident that left them bleeding profusely on a London street.

Shopping in North London

Lounging in the Caribbean, Amy Winehouse showed off her sun-shunning, pasty skin (gotta love the British) and thin frame. Good to see her lathered up with SPF 45 instead of blood.

Amy Winehouse: Feeling better, looking... interesting.

Over the weekend, Winehouse contacted Perez Hilton to defend her husband, who saved her life after she lost her $h!t last week, but has been met with much criticism.

In response to a text from Perez Hilton, Amy Winehouse replied:

"[Blake Fielder-Civil] is the best man in the world. We would never ever harm each other. Take back what you said on the blog. I thought you was my girl. I was cutting myself after he found me in our room about to do drugs with a call girl and rightly said I wasn't good enough for him. I lost it and he saved my life."

That about sums it up

Amy and BlakeTrain wreck singer Amy Winehouse got into another bizarre, bloody fight with her husband after he found her in a hotel "cutting" herself.

But just 24 hours later, Winehouse was seen out and about, and claimed that the man she'd just "lost it" on had actually saved her life.

Here's how it went down, according to the UK's Daily Mail: the songstress, who had left rehab - again - after just a few days and was holed up in the Sanderson Hotel in London, was spotted by photographers walking around London early Thursday with cuts and blood on her face.

Her legs and feet were also bloodied, and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, had cuts all over himself as well.

In a series of text messages posted on Perez Hilton, however, Amy explained she was "cutting herself" in her hotel and "after he found me ... rightly said I wasn't good enough for him. I lost it and he saved my life."

Early this morning, at 4:00 a.m. London time, the couple was seen cleaned up and strolling arm-in-arm down the street.

TMZ, meanwhile, directly contacted Scotland Yard, who reports that no charges will be filed in connection with the incident. Winehouse has made no secret of her history of self-mutilation, but this is one of her more disturbing episodes yet.

We love Amy's tunes, but what a mess! She's like a British, more talented version of Britney Spears ... with a penchant for violence!

Amy Winehouse loves to drink and do drugs.

But her ex-boyfriend claims there's something else the troubled singer loves to do: any guy she can straddle.

Bent Over and Ready

Indeed, Johnny Headlock says he had a coke-fuelled bedroom romp with the wayward star and suggests she get help for her libido as much as for her imbibing.

"Amy needs help," the man with the professional wrestling-type name told News of the World. "She's got serious drug problems and, from my experience, is addicted to sex, too."

Winehouse - along with husband Blake Fielder-Civil - has been in and out of rehab all month. Last week, they spent a grand total of 48 hours there.

Hi. I'm Amy. I'm just about as freaky as one can get.

Headlock, meanwhile, claims he enjoyed a three-hour bedroom romp with the singer last year while she was trying to get back with Blake.

"She was wild. I didn't know about her other lovers at the time. She went for hours and couldn't get enough. We must have gone through five or six different positions. She liked being on top," Johnny said.

Wow. And we though the admission by Evan Rachel Wood that she likes blood and music video sex would be the most groundbreaking celebrity news regarding intercourse this week.

Winehouse's former lover added: "She made a lot of noise and loved being spanked. It was really rock 'n'roll."

Paulina James would be so proud.

Singer Amy Winehouse and her husband, Blake Fielder-Civil, have both checked into a "retreat" in Essex, England, Fielder-Civil confirmed to BBC Radio One.

"The main thing is me and Amy both are getting better," Fielder-Civil said from Winehouse's North London home Thursday. "Don't worry, she's being looked after. We're going back to this retreat. She's determined to get well."

Amy Winehouse Beats Blake Fielder-CivilBlake Fielder-Civil said the pair - who surprised many with their quick engagement and wedding in May - is focused on recovery.

"It's not as bad as everyone thinks, but she's fine, she's loved and looked after," he said.

The couple were interviewed outside Winehouse's home, where they went after visiting three pubs in Camden, spending 10 minutes in each.

THG NOTE: Did that just say Amy and Blake visited three pubs prior to being interviewed... about checking into rehab?

What are we missing here?

"We only came back to get a guitar," Blake Fielder-Civil, 23, said. "But of course, in the paper, that's interpreted that me and Amy are both so weak we left after three days."

Earlier in the day, Winehouse's rep refuted that the singer was, or is, in rehab, but announced the cancellation of all Amy's August shows.

Still, when Amy Winehouse was asked yesterday if reports of her drug abuse were true, she said casually: "I wouldn't say so, no."

The 23-year-old train wreck, who's been looking noticeably thinner lately, added: "I'm fine, I've put on half a stone [7 pounds] and I'm fine."

Before the couple made their getaway in a waiting car, Fielder-Civil said reports that Amy Winehouse is addicted to heroin and cocaine are trumped up.

"I wouldn't believe it, no," he said. "I would say there are a few problems there, but certainly not the magnitude that my mom was falsely quoted as saying."

On August 8, Amy Winehouse was admitted with exhaustion to London's University College London Hospital, before being treated and released.

With her hard-partying ways, singer Amy Winehouse has gone from being the music world's newest phenom to its latest casualty.

On August 8, the beehived British star was rushed to London's UCLH hospital for "exhaustion." The star's rep, Tracey Miller, says her client is very overworked.

Exhaustion takes on many meanings. For Lindsay Lohan, it likely means a liter of man soup in her stomach. For Winehouse, a source blames alcohol and drugs.

Indeed, Amy Winehouse, 23, who grew up in working-class London, has long been a wild child. Her taxi-driver dad and pharmacist mom split when she was 9. Her response?

Calling herself a "violent drunk," the singer has said she battled eating disorders, and her arm bears scars from mutilating herself.

"But the time I was 15, my parents realized I would do whatever I wanted, and that was it really," she said.

Around that time, a rebellious Amy Winehouse got her first of many tattoos and pierced her nose, which got her kicked out of theater school.

Despite the international success of her second album, Back to Black, she lacks confidence in anything other than music, friends say.

"When it comes to self-worth and looks," says a pal," she has a low opinion of herself."

This in spite of her recent marriage to Blake Fielder-Civil, who she dated off and on for a few years before rekindling the flame this spring.

In recent months, the singer, who once toiled as an entertainment reporter, canceled shows in London and L.A., and has backed out of shows in Europe.

Though her rep says that after a rest, Amy Winehouse will resume her touring schedule, friends still worry.

"Part of her problem is she has a young, strong, physical constitution and a strong mind," says childhood pal Jessica Ashby. "But they are also her solution."

The Hollywood Gossip has learned that Amy Winehouse was rushed to the hospital this morning with exhaustion after some sort of incident.

Winehouse's representative confirmed to TMZ that the hard-partying singer was taken to a London hospital and treated for what is described as severe "exhaustion."

What a Boob

Amy Winehouse has since been discharged and is currently at home. She has been ordered to take "complete rest."

When asked what prompted this, the rep said that a marathon lip-locking session with Blake Fielder-Civil was likely to blame.

Just kidding. Amy's rep would only say "it came about quickly." No other details are available at this time.

The singer's grueling world tour schedule is most likely to blame. At least a little.

For now, "no, no, no" more shows for the 'House. Really! They've been canceled!

It's hard to say what "exhaustion" consists of, as it varies from case to case. To use recent examples, Dave Chappelle was just wicked tired, while Jennifer Garner was out too long in the withering heat. Lindsay Lohan's stomach sometimes has to be pumped after going to town on six different guys. You just never know.

In any case, here's hoping Amy Winehouse a speedy recovery.
