Alec Baldwin and American Airlines are engaged in an epic feud after the actor was removed from a flight Tuesday, then tore the airline a new one on Twitter.
All over a game of Words With Friends, too.
When Baldwin was told by flight attendants that he had to get off his phone in the middle of a game, he stormed off and slammed the bathroom door so loudly the captain of Flight 4 had to get involved, according to fellow passengers.
The cabin door was closed, but the plane remained at the gate at the time of the incident. Alec then got up to go to the can and angrily slammed the door.
The captain then himself made the call to have Baldwin removed.
Sources close to the 30 Rock star counter that he did not slam the door, and only got up to get the flight attendant's name so he could file a complaint, but since the fasten seat belt sign was on at the time he was forced off the aircraft.
Alec proceeded to board the next LAX-JFK flight.
American Airlines claims Baldwin was "extremely rude to the crew" of the first flight, "calling them inappropriate names and using offensive language."
