I was so turned off by Adam's image in the auditions but all that nonsense faded into obsurity as I listened to his take on Michael Jackson, the Stones, and Johnny Cash. I am a die hard fan of Cash but Adam just flat out blew me away with that rendition. I liked it so much I downloaded it from i-Tunes and have copied it to my Storm and to CD. IMO, there has never been such a talented singer on this show nor will there ever likely be another.

I love Adam Lambert!!!. Some people say I am obsessed about guys but with Adam, who cares??
He is hawt, sings amazing, and has great hair. I love watching him on American Idol. I would watch Barney if he was one there.
Everyone at my school despises me because I am the only one there that likes him, and is he gay?

Love the make-up,the nailpolish,the black hair and the Husky-eyes.think its the perfect outfit for him.AND he has this tremendous,controled ,powerful voice with a hughe register.The whole package to have a remarcable career.

Adam is totally amazing - VERY talented and VERY sexy. I am a middle aged happily married woman. Adam makes me wish I was a young gay man. I could just eat him up. He is about the hottest thing I've seen and by far the most talented contestant on Idol. VOTE People!!!

I fell in love with Adam the first time I saw him. Boyfriend is FOYNE!!! He's so gorgeous that even if he's taken or looking elsewhere I'd wanna be his weekend fling and I'm a 45 yr. old married woman with 2 teenagers! He's like the Freddie Mercury of 2009. And those eyes OMG his eyes could stop a car chase they're so HOT. He's the most entertaining contestant who ever walked on AI's stage and I pray that America's too ready for Adam Lambert as season 8's American Idol. Oh, & screw Simon, "Ring of Fire" was outstanding. Good luck to you Adam, one married woman's Fantasy Island!

I am also 57 years old and think Adam is the best since Clay Aiken. His range is amazing!! Loved the look in "Tracks of my Tears".. Can't wait to see what he does next week. I think he is the next American Idol!

i totally think he is like a new david cook! he looks like him and when i first say him, i thought, wow, david cook all the way! but when i heard his voice it was a little higher pitch than david's, but i still love it!!!! HE'S GREAT!!!!

If any of the people on this post payed any attn. to new trends or styles you would notice that ALOT of straight men are wearing guyliner now..it, just like the tight-rolled jeans is a fad that will be gone before you know it. If not, who really cares. If you are so jealous and insecure with yourself that you have to criticize others for what you wouldn't do then get help. The purpose of this show is to select the best singer-period. Adam and Allison are the best AI has had to offer for many years. I loved David Cook and ignored all the negativity that went with him. In all honesty though he may have done better without the help from AI. Look at Chris Daughtery (or however you spell it). Adam has natural talent that a recording studio doesn't need to improvise with. He takes what he has been blessed with and shares it so uniquely that, that, in itself should get him far. If you don't like him because he can't sing then that is your right but don't hate him because of superficial stereotypes. You don't like guyliner-don't wear it. You don't like gays-don't be one. But by judging him on those type of things are only allowing YOU to be judged on the things that others may consider your flaws!

I Love Adam. His voice is absolutely amazing. When he sings you can see he puts every inch of his being into it. He brought tears to my eyes when he sang "tracks of my tears". Ring of fire was unbelievable!!! Remember when Daughtry did I walk the line? I'll never forget that. I'm sick of the blonde with the tatooed arm, Boring! Allison please do something with that hair, your voice is the best of the girls, but the do, please!! Great luck to you Adam, although you don't need it. You ARE the next American Idol!!!!

Adam is down right handsome, has poise, "fantastic" smile (totally melts me), a stage presence I have never seen from any other american idol ever, and yes, that famous Elvis "lip curl" (love it!!!), and a sexual drawl (for men & women)that is undeniable. And on top of that, a voice that is truly "amazing" - I don't think there is any american idol ever that has had such a controlled voice like his, nor such a versatile one. Adam, I can't wait for your first CD. You are the BEST, hands down!!!

I have been watching Idol almost every year and have NEVER been compelled to vote before. Adam has magnetism, style, stage presence, and the most AMAZING voice. My whole family loves him and we range in age from 16 to 60.
