50 Cent's baby mama Shaniqua Tompkins wants 50's lawyer off their case - because, according to her, that guy knows her legal strategy!

According to TMZ, Shaniqua has huddled with 50 Cent's lawyer, Brett Kimmel, in the past - before the custody battle over their son, Marquise, began.

Today, her lawyer's going to ask a Manhattan judge to boot Kimmel as 50's counsel because she says there's a clear conflict of interest.

Obviously, 50 Cent disagrees. Hopefully he won't cap Shaniqua, or burn down his own house in an attempt to kill her, as she alleges he once did.

Tompkins also will try and block Mr. Cent from getting insurance money from the house she says he set fire to. 50 has adamantly denied this ever happened.

In fact, Shaniqua Tompkins got served with a $20 million defamation suit by the rapper also known as Curtis Jackson in response. Take that, shawwwty.

Brent Kimmel couldn't be reached for comment. In other Kimmel news, Jimmy broke up with girlfriend Sarah Silverman yesterday. Quite sad.

50 Cent's ex-baby mama, Shaniqua Tompkins, got a restraining order this morning against the rapper - then got served with a huge-ass lawsuit.

Lawyers for 50 Cent took it to Shaniqua Tompkins, slapping her upside the head with a $20 million defamation suit in Connecticut court.

The suit was filed against Tompkins for accusing Fiddy - over and over again - of burning down his own house as well as trying to kill her.

Not only that, 50 wants the court to force Shaniqua to let him visit their 11-year-old son, Marquise, in accordance with an earlier order.

Shaniqua Tompkins also says 50 Cent tried to kill Marquise, naturally.

Both 50 Cent and Shaniqua will appear in a New York courtroom in July to sort it all out, providing neither is assassinated prior to that.

The arson investigation in the fire that torched da crib is ongoing.

A judge ruled yesterday that 50 Cent he can't sell, unload or otherwise get rid of what used to be his $2 million crib in Long Island.

Not until they figure out what caused the fire that burned it down.

The rapper has also been ordered to put any insurance money he gets from the toasted house in a trust account - for now.

That is, until his fight with Shaniqua Tompkins is resolved.

The ex-girlfriend / baby mama of 50 Cent is accusing the rapper of "breach of contract and unjust enrichment." He supposedly broke a promise to give Shaniqua Tompkins and their son Marquise the house.

After the hearing, Tompkins maintained that the house was still hers, but didn't go so far as to blame 50 Cent for torching the place.

Shaniqua Tomkins, 50 Cent's baby's mama, has filed a new lawsuit against the rapper.

According to our bitter rival, Perez Hilton, she's accusing the rapper of "breach of contract and unjust enrichment." He supposedly broke a promise to give Tomkins and their son Marquise a house.

Derek Lowe Mug Shot

"This was a house that was promised to Shaniqua up until the closing," said Tomkins' lawyer Paul Catsandonis, ignoring the fact that Tomkins already receives thousands a month from 50 Cent in child support. "Then he decided not to put it in her name. Now he's trying to put her out of the house. This would mean evicting his own son."

If anyone has a photo of Shaniqua Tomkins, please send it our way!

A slew of celebrities, many of them from the world of hip hop, have been implicated in an enormous steroid scandal that makes the rear end on Kim Kardashian look small.

According to The Times Union of Albany, the following names have been linked to the performance enhancing drug bust:

50 Pounds Lighter
  • 50 Cent
  • Tyler Perry
  • Mary J. Blige
  • Timbaland
  • Wyclef Jean
  • Sylvestor Stallone

Now, we've seen a few minutes of Tyler Perry's House of Payne - and if the dude is on drugs, they certainly aren't enhancing the performance of this awful sitcom.

The newspaper cites information from "several cooperating witnesses" in the investigation, stating:

"Blige and other stars were shipped prescribed human growth hormone or steroids - sometimes under fictitious names - at hotels, productions studios, private residences, an upscale Manhattan fitness club and through the Long Island office of Michael Diamond, a chiropractor affiliated with the celebrities."

However, the article also reads: "Law enforcement officials have said they have no evidence in their sprawling multi-state probe that customers, including Blige or other entertainers, violated any laws."

The following parting shots from the weekend appear courtesy of the New York Daily News, which has compiled a nice list of Emmy gossip...

They say they're just friends, but Heroes co-stars Hayden Panettiere and Milo Ventimiglia seldom left each others' side during the weekend. At the Governor's Ball, he was seen... cutting her meat! Maybe that's what they're calling it these days. Or what 30-year-old does for someone who's 18.

Hayden in Hawaii

Host Ryan Seacrest was still awaiting a critique from his American Idol foil Simon Cowell. "Simon sure is miserable," Ryan deadpanned. "He skipped out on the dinner to sit by himself and sulk."

Seacrest and Cowell - who rated Ryan's effort a "respectable" 2.5 stars out of 4 - partied together later at a TV Guide bash.

The Emmys failed to impress Entourage star Adrian Grenier. He was overheard to say, "I don't watch any of the [awards] shows, and I never win."

An event producer for 50 Cent loaned Paris Hilton his room key so she and some guy pals could retreat to his room to "smoke" before the party last weekend. A wobbly Hilton then "chugged a vitamin water to quench her dry mouth."

Felicity Huffman and William H. Macy hit the dance floor like it was 1989 when Duran Duran rocked the Entertainment Tonight party. Also there were Anna Nicole baby daddy Larry Birkhead and Daisy Fuentes. Howard K. Stern? Not present.

You don't need a forensics lab to confirm that David Chase put out a hit on President Bush in his Emmy acceptance speech Sunday night.

Toting his golden angel for best drama series, The Sopranos creator alluded to the Bush administration when he pondered whether "this nation itself was run by gangsters ... maybe it is... there's no accountability."

Family Guy creator Seth MacFarlane was appalled that Fox bleeped out Sally Field's comment about the "godâ€"--- war." Jon Stewart joked that censors "probably thought she was saying 'whore.' This is Fox... You gotta class the joint up!"

Move over, Hillary Clinton.

50 Cent is singing the praises of another buzzed-about woman - Britney Spears - and saying Kayne West's outburst against her Sunday was unwarranted.

Aspiring Jewish Girl

"He was upset," 50 told Ryan Seacrest on his radio show, referring to West's backstage meltdown. "He's not used to not being recognized. Period."

Kanye West, however, will be recognized in one unlikely place â€" Seacrest announced Wednesday that Kanye will perform at Sunday night's Emmys.

As for 50 and Kanye, both rappers appeared on BET's 106 and Park on Tuesday, and West said he wished he could have opened the VMAs.

"It was always my dream to open the show with 'Stronger' but they talked me into doing the suite thing," he said. "Then when they had Britney Spears open, I said, 'How are you going to have Britney open? Because she's not ready'."

But, according to 50 Cent, Kanye West was out of line.

"[Kanye] expressed that he felt that Britney Spears shouldn't be actually opening the Video Music Awards - almost like he forgot that Britney Spears sold 50 million records. She did," the rapper told Seacrest.

"He is not thinking about her full body of work. She deserved to headline the show better than anybody else that was on it ... even in the state she is in."

Asked if he thinks West will go through with his threatened boycott of MTV, 50 Cent answered: "I don't think he can. I don't think it's possible. I think he [got] carried away in the moment. MTV doesn't need him."

After he appeared with 50 Cent and looking friendly on BET, later that day Kanye West bailed on a scheduled TRL appearance.

"He's nervous," 50 Cent joked about West's cancellation. "You think he had a problem with MTV? Nah. He knew he had to be here today ... He was like, 'You don't want to give me no trophies? Okay, I quit.'"

West also pulled out of a scheduled appearance on the Today show.

A rep for West told the New York Post: "It was a creative decision. There were problems ... Kanye wanted to do things a certain way with an elaborate light show and he would have had to move indoors for that ... He was contrite."

Fresh off her resounding defeat of Heidi Montag in The Hollywood Gossip's Tale of the Tape, Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton (D-N.Y.) is setting out in search of something almost as impressive - a victory in the 2008 presidential election.

Whether she can win that battle has yet to be determined, but at least Hill has picked up the key endorsement of an unlikely supporter - 50 Cent.

That's right, politics and pop culture have collided in a major way as rapper and former drug dealer 50 Cent - a man who probably was happy to see tougher gun laws passed during the Clinton administration (having been shot nine times) - weighs in on the race for the White House.

Here's what Fiddy told MTV News in a recent interview regarding his candidate of choice, Hillary Rodham Clinton:

"I'd like to see Hillary Clinton be president. It would be nice to see a woman be the actual president and ... this is a way for us to have Bill Clinton be president again, as he did a great job during his term."

Fortunately, in his statement supporting the candidacy of Hillary Clinton, 50 kept things positive and did not say he would off any Barack Obama supporters.

While Hillary is surely pleased with the psuedo-endorsement, she might take it with a grain of salt. After all, there are still 14 months to go before the election and so much can happen between now and then.

For example, if Lauren Conrad were to suddenly throw her (chic, designer) hat into the ring, you never know how the California girl would poll in key states.

Maybe they managed to get ahold of the Nick Lachey-Vanessa Minnillo sex tape before we could. Or not. But reports say Justin Timberlake and 50 Cent are now working on a racy single for 50's new album about (what else) watching porn.

The pair wrote the track - currently titled "Ayo Technology" - earlier this year after producer Timbaland introduced them.

A source told Britain's The Sun newspaper:

"The track is an analogy for watching porn. The word "technology"was put in as a way to replace what they really wanted to say - pornography."

Wow, so clever. Sounds like a plan Spencer Pratt would hatch.

"It's all about being fed up with having to make do watching dirty movies and how desperate they are to have real-life stunning girls."

Coming from a guy who has been with Britney Spears (at her peak, mind you, not the 2005-2007 model), Cameron Diaz and Jessica Biel? That's not unrealistic at all.

Nevertheless, Justin Timberlake and 50 Cent - real name Curtis Jackson - will reportedly film a music video for the song this weekend with Los Angeles director Joseph Khan.

In a plot that sounds lamer than Independence Day, it will see the pair star as sex-obsessed secret agents who spy on women. The source said:

"[50 and Justin Timberlake] will wear hi-tech gadgets and night-vision goggles which enable them to see through the girls' clothes."

"It's a cat and mouse situation with car chases and gadgets galore but spying on the girls is the main theme. It will be creepy and sinister. They are going to push the envelope."

The track, which is set to be retitled "She Wants It," will be featured on 50's upcoming album, Curtis, which is due out in September.
