Dancing with the Stars Update: Brooke Burke is Confident, Joey Fatone is Mean

Brooke Burke feels good about her final performance on Dancing with the Stars.

"I feel like we've done everything we needed to do this season," she told Us Weekly, following a combined score of 58 on her and Derek Hough's two routines last night. "And no matter what happens on the show - tonight, we can go home, and I feel like we won."

Dancing to Victory?

Meanwhile, former contestant Joey Fatone has dissed Kim Kardashian for unknown reasons.

In an interview with The New York Post, the boy bander said the competition is "not just about dancing. It’s about personality, too. And that Kim Kardashian, ugh, she has no personality at all. It was painful to watch.”

Many people feel the same way about Fatone's reality show-hosting career.

Brooke Burke Dominates Dancing with the Stars Final

If America votes the way the judges scored last night, Brooke Burke will go down as the first-ever Dancing with the Stars champion to have posed for Playboy. Twice.

The often-naked model outperformed fellow finalists Warren Sapp and Lance Bass during the opening night of the finals, as judge Len Goodman told her: "You were the one to beat in week one and i think you’re still the one to beat in week 10."

Here's a summary of scores and routines from last night:

  • Brooke Burke & Derek Hough: 28 out of 30 for their samba; 30 out of 30 for their freestyle. Total: 58 out of 60
  • Lance Bass & Lacey Schwimmer: 26 out of 30 for their samba; 27 out of 30 for their freestyle. Total: 53 out of 60
  • Warren Sapp & Kym Johnson: 25 out of 30 for their samba; 28 out of 30 for their freestyle. Total: 53 out of 60

Julianne Hough Says Goodbye to Dancing with the Stars

Dancing with the Stars just got a lot uglier.

Julianne Hough says this season - which ended Tuesday night when her and partner Cody Linley were eliminated from the competition - was likely her last.

"I won't be on Dancing this spring season. I don't know about the fall. Maybe, maybe not. We'll see," Hough wrote on her blog. "I'm definitely going to focus on the music. My first album was a learning experience, and I can't wait for the next one. I feel like the writing and producing will be even better, really awesome."

We know, guys. We were hoping she'd leave to focus on a career posing for Playboy, too.

Cody Linley Eliminated from Dancing with the Stars

The youngest - and, quite possibly, cutest - contestant in the history of Dancing with the Stars was voted off the show last night.

But Hannah Montana star Cody Linley can hold his adorable head high after a fourth place finish.

“Words can’t even explain the true, amazing, growing, learning journey that I’ve had on the show.... to know that maybe my dance can inspire someone to be happy or to want to dance or to bring entertainment to one person is just amazing,” Linley said soon after his elimination.

Fourth Place Finishers

Girls said goodbye to Cody Linley last night, while guys were forced to let Julianne Hough go.

Miley Cyrus Will Perform on Finale of Dancing with the Stars

While the odds point to Cody Linley being voted off Dancing with the Stars tonight, Hannah Montana fans can still look forward to next week's show:

Star Miley Cyrus will perform her song “Fly on the Wall" on the November 25 seventh season finale of the competition.

Miley is continuing a Dancing with the Stars tradition in her family; Billy Ray Cyrus finished in fifth place on the series' fourth season in 2007.

The joyful former football player scored his perfect 10 of the competition, thanks to an energetic tango with partner Kym Johnson. It was one of two solid dances for the tandem, as each Dancing with the Stars couple performed twice for the judges.

Dancing with the Stars: Julianne Hough Wants In, Susan Lucci Voted Out

Less than a week after undergoing surgery for endometriosis, Julianne Hough wants to return to Dancing with the Stars. The beauty told People Magazine that “[I'm] feeling phenomenal. I am still walking slow but I’m feeling good.”

Hough's doctor has said his patient needs about another week of rest, however, which at least means more time in bed with Chuck Wicks.

The country singer is Julianne's lucky boyfriend and she said he “got to see me at my lowest point. You can really tell when someone loves you because they mean it. They are not just taking care of you because you need it, they WANT to take care of you. He’s a sweetheart.”

Sambaing

Seen here with Julianne Hough, partner Cody Linley says he misses her so much and that "she's my best friend."

Meanwhile, as Hough recuperates and plans her comeback, Susan Lucci bid the show farewell last night. She was eliminated from the competition.

“I feel so much gratitude for the opportunity to have this particular experience in my lifetime," said the All My Children actress. "I want to thank all you wonderful audience members here, the fans…and most importantly i need to thank this dancer, this incredible teacher, this incredible man, Tony Dovolani.”
