Similarly, the reality TV star is featured in the current issue of Ocean Magazine. The beauty gave fans a sneak peek at her photo shoot a few weeks ago, but she's now revealed the rest of these artsy pictures.

Happy 233rd Birthday, U.S.A.!

While there are no notable celebrity birthdays on the 4th of July, the United States of America (1776-present) turns 233 today. Give it up for the red, white and blue!

In honor of our great growing yet another year older and (hopefully) wiser, here's an image that pretty much sums up what the glory of this country is all about.

Dr. Allan Metzger's Ties to Michael Jackson Scrutinized

A doctor tied to Michael Jackson, Dr. Allan Metzger, was reprimanded by a Medical Board in September 2000 for "fraudulent medical practice based on prescriptions written for an international entertainer, using a false/fictitious name."

Dr. Metzger confirmed to TMZ that this entertainer is Janet Jackson.

The doctor has also treated Michael Jackson, gone on tour with the star on his HIStory tour in the 1990s and videotaped his wedding to Debbie Rowe.

He is a lupus specialist - Michael Jackson reportedly had the disease.

In the late 90s, Metzger wrote prescriptions for Janet Jackson using the name of her chef, Ricardo Macchi, he admits, saying the prescriptions were for diuretics.

Macchi sued Dr. Metzger over the matter but the suit was dropped.

He also wrote a prescription for a hepatitis B injection - he says he wrote it because Janet was going on tour and wanted to guard against the disease.

"I had done this for Janet for her anonymity," he said.

As for Michael Jackson, Metzger claimed, "I have not treated Michael Jackson for many years." He says he has talked to Jackson on the phone over the years, even giving him medical advice. As for whether he prescribed meds for Jackson?

"I am not at liberty to discuss Michael's medical care," he said.

Doctors associated with Jackson are coming under intense scrutiny due to the singer's death June 25 from what is looking more and more like a drug overdose.

His former dermatologist, Dr. Arnold Klein, also denied that there were any allegations against him regarding Jackson's death (he is rumored to be the biological father of the entertainer's adolescent children Prince and Paris).

Jackson's personal physician, Dr. Conrad Murray, has spoken to Los Angeles police regarding the superstar's sudden collapse due to cardiac arrest last week.

He is not a suspect in any crime, but his close relationship - and proximity - to Jackson at the time of his death has led to many suspicions about his role.

Whoever was treating Michael Jackson, may questions remain. Who was enabling what is looking more and more like a serious addiction to pain medication?

A new report says Jackson made the rounds at L.A. doctors' offices, often getting anesthesia for minor outpatient procedures that did not require anesthesia.

One medical sources, calling him "an anesthesia addict," says Jackson would get cosmetic surgery, collagen injections, Botox and acne treatment for which he would often be put under or sedated, even when it was not medically necessary.

Jackson would get controlled substances, such as Demerol, during and after these minor procedures. Police found the anesthesia Propofol in Jackson's house.

We're not rushing to judgment, or being critical, but evidence is piling up that Michael had an addiction to serious drugs. The million-dollar question remains: which doctors were happy to oblige him and with what specifically?

Sources Speak on "Needy, Annoying" Jessica Biel, Possible Break Up with Justin Timberlake

Jessica Biel is gorgeous, beautiful and sexy.

According to those that know the actress well, however, she's also needy and annoying.

Rumors of a break up between Biel and longtime boyfriend Justin Timberlake have grown stronger this week. Multiple insiders have confirmed as much to The New York Daily News.

“Things don’t look good for them right now - they’ve hit a really rocky spot,” said a source close to Timberlake, adding that issues began during a trip to Vegas JT took with his friends in February because "they got into a huge screaming match over the phone about how she’s always ‘checking up’ on him. She’s extremely needy and is always keeping tabs on him.”

While Lance Bass labels Biel as "fun to be around," others within Timberlake's circle of pals don't agree.

“All his friends think she’s really annoying,” said an insider. “She’s always trying to be one of the guys. She and Justin have no chemistry.”

We don't know either side of this couple well, but our staff has often debated this same theory. Timberlake is one of the most charismatic, outgoing stars in Hollywood. He's the kind of guy that tries to mount his girlfriend at a Lakers game.

Biel, conversely, comes across as far more serious.

Fortunately, she also comes across as naked in the movie Powder Blue, so... uhhh... we lost our train of thought.

The cause of Michael Jackson's death is looking more and more like an overdose of dangerous prescription drugs. An LAPD and DEA investigation continues.
Meanwhile, Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe wants custody of "her" kids, while speculation persists that he was not the biological father of his own children. Dermatologist Arnold Klein, who treated MJ, is rumored to be the actual dad.
Media coverage of Jackson's demise has run the gamut. The OK! cover pic showed him dying, while Life & Style alleges he someone killed him. Amazing.

In a new interview, Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag say birth control is a conspiracy, think September 11 was an "inside job," abhor fame, etc.

Sarah Palin to Resign as Alaska Governor

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin announced at a press conference yesterday that she is stepping down from her post July 26 and won't seek re-election in 2010.

Palin, who has 18 months left in her first term of office, said she is going to spend more time with her family, but specific reasons why she quit are unclear.

Her rambling, holiday-eve decision to resign as governor blindsided both her supporters and critics and left everyone trying to come up with an explanation.

As Andrew Sullivan of The Atlantic Monthly put it, "it was only a matter of time before she imploded or exploded or some gruesome combination of the two."

Does Palin simply want to devote more time to her family - or her status as a celebrity gossip fixture? Is she starting her 2012 White House bid super early?

Below are 10 theories why Sarah Palin is stepping down ...

She's running for president. Conventional wisdom prior to yesterday was that Sarah Palin would be running - and not just in Runner's World - in 2012. Maybe she still is, and is just launching her White House bid three years early?
She's not running for president. Conversely, some believe Palin isn’t aiming for the White House or any other office. If that's true, why stay Governor?
She's pregnant. Pure, baseless speculation. But would you be surprised?
She's sick of Alaska. A CNN source says Palin "thinks she has had a positive influence on people's lives" from traveling around the country like she did last year. Maybe she really believes this is what's best for the party.
It was spontaneous. Hey, no one ever accused the loose cannon of thinking things through. See her response to all things Bristol Palin and Levi Johnston.
A federal indictment is looming. The Daily Beast's Max Blumenthal reports that Todd Palin's snowmobile sponsor, Spenard Building Supplies, may have been mixed up in questionable political and Palin family business.
The media got to her. Palin is never one to shy away from butting heads with media, but Vanity Fair's 10,000-word critique of her this month was a killer.
She is unstable. Well, to a point there's no doubt about this one.

You know what they say. The 36th time is the charm.

Like Megan Fox and Brian Austin Green, these two have broken up and gotten back together so many times that we can't even keep track anymore. And also like the aforementioned couple, one of them is much hotter than the other!

Last night, Lindsay Lohan celebrated her 23rd birthday - which she already did a week ago - by advertising that she is totes back together with Samantha Ronson.

Michael Jackson Funeral Tickets: Free, Via Random Drawing

Michael Jackson fans will get a chance to say goodbye to the King of Pop at a public memorial service to be held at L.A.'s Staples Center on Tuesday.

Tickets will be available to the general public and will be free of charge.

Fans from around the world are expected to fly to Los Angeles to say farewell to Jackson, who died at 50 after suffering cardiac arrest on June 25.

Jackson's final rehearsal took place at Staples, where he was prepping for his London tour, sponsored by AEG Live (which owns Staples Center).

Preliminary details of the funeral service are as follows:

The main event will be at the Staples Center and will be simulcast at the adjacent Nokia Theatre in the same complex throughout.
There is a lottery set up to obtain tickets. You can sign up on the Staples Center website, if it's not crashed by the time you do.
17,500 tickets are available for the event - 11,000 for Staples and 6,500 for Nokia - a maximum of two per person is allowed.
If you are one of the 8,750 people selected, you will be given further instructions Sunday. Sounds Mission: Impossible-like.
Only U.S. citizens can apply for tickets to Jackson's funeral.
Still unclear is whether Jackson's body will be there.

Rumer Willis to Portray Lesbian on 90210

Rumer Willis is covering all her guest-starring bases.

The daughter of Bruce and Demi will portray a pregnant teenager on an August episode of The Secret Life of the American Teenager.

Meanwhile, we've just received word that she'll go in the opposite direction on an installment of 90210 this fall: Rumer will take on the role of Gia, a "punky, cute lesbian," according to Access Hollywood, which first broke the story.

The character will work alongisde Navid, Adrianna and Silver at West Beverly's student-run newspaper. Somewhere, Andrea Zuckerman is smiling.

Earlier this week, The CW announced that Hilary Duff would be appearing on Gossip Girl.
