What kind of annoys me is that he's apologizing for all the wrong reasons, if he'd say "I'm sorry for acting all monoamorous and keeping a charade going when I felt otherwise and wanted to date multiple people" then I'd really have no problem with this. It's easy to forgive the guy, as there's a lot of pressure on athletes in a lot of sports to live a certain way when it should really be 100% about the game. That's what got them famous and recognized and it's shitty to me that they can't earn endorsements simply because companies are afraid of getting their soda pops boycotted by fundamentalists.
