Sophie Anderton Sex Tape on the Way? (12/23/2008)
Sophie fights back against the News of the World Mahmood sees himself above British law, using entrapment in many cases such as John Fashanu and of curse George Galloway, his flagship "case" relied solely on the testimony of a petty criminal and poor quality audio tapes, the case collapsed but in a later damages suit, the judicary took the side of Mahmood. As Gashi the witness was to be relied upon in not just one case but two previously as well, it was revealed that he had been convicted for crimes of fraud and deception in Europe which would have made him unreliable under British law. In all of his "investigations" an element of participation is seen, a Judge stated that he felt that Mahmood incited matters in the Beckham kidnap case through his planted agent and he rightfully said the case would may have not proceeded as it did without Mahmood's intervention. Mahmood was dismissed from the Sunday Times for dishonest investigation and unprofessional conduct. He breaks the law frequently, the picture above is allegedly from a fake Czech passport, he buys the drugs that he entraps people with, a classic sting where he asks the target to hold the drug, moves into a position where he can be observed or videoed and then asks for them back and the unwitting target is then caught "supplying" Mahmood was also investigated over expenses with another reporter Thurlbridge, when police demanded accounts of monies and their sources, neither would cooperate. The picture above has been in the public domain for a long time, Mahmood complains about death threats but fails to substansiate these threats, he has destroyed families, careers and public profiles to gain his story, these people paid their price and so should Mahmood. HE IS A CRIMINAL AND THE POLICE SHOULD INVESTIGATE HIM FOR HIS ADMISSION FOR BUYING COCAINE AT LEAST - KATE MOSS WAS!!!

Sophie Anderton Update: Against Rehab, Afraid for Career (12/12/2008)
Paul Davis Says: December 12th, 2008 8:17 AM copy of my letter sent to Sophie AndertonFriday, 12 December, 2008 9:13 AM From: "P DAVIS" View contact details To: letters@the-sun.co.uk12/12/2008 07:27:43 Re:the Sun agrees to help re-launch Sophie Anderton's career Dear Sophie - I am looking forward to meeting you sometime in the future preferably over an informal lunch In the meantime personally I hate witnessing injustice and this is why I am drawn to your involvement with the News of the World sting operation- Personally I am a strong believer and supporter for the campaign calling for the global legalisation of all drugs If you support this argument then it makes a mockery and highlights a legal argument you may have in a financial claim for damages against the News of the World. I am not saying you are certain to win if you prosecute the News of the World -But in a criminal court of law The CPS would fail if it attempted to prosecute you for various reasons the way the evidence was secured was through entrapment and this would not be admissible in a court of Law By this same standard it may strengthen your claims in a civil claim against the News of the World who were responsible for securing and publishing private information secured illegally through entrapment. At very least you should be entitled to either compensation for entrapment secured for financial gain by the owners of the News of the World or a share of the gross royalties generated from the additional copies sold by the newspaper group. As I recall you were at the time of this story being made public at the height of you popularity and this was a major scoop for the newspaper.Sophie in my opinion you should be able to resolve a nice out of court settlement for yourself to compensate you. The News of the World are guilty of sharp malpractice and should be reported to the professional standards authority governing journalists. Its worth exploring Sophie ? regards Paul Davis
