I believe the cause of Michael's death is from his physician Dr. Murray. If he was in fact carrying Michael's life on his shoulders and was a trusting doctor to him as well as the rest of his family he should be sentenced to... In simpler words I feel he was guilty. Michaels was in no state to make the right decisions for himself bevause of the pressure of his upcomming tour. Yes, he was correct when he said he "needed sleep" to be able to have a succesful tour and he trused Dr. Murray to in fact "help" him not "harm" him. I also believe it was not the doctors intent to kill Michael but maybe you can call it an accidental murder. Michael's health and life was at stake in that moment and he knew it as well as others around him. Hospitilazation might have been the best alternative for him where trained doctors could attain to his need and wants successfully. What Dr. Murray did was give him a lethal dose and then leav him unattended. Michael was and is a very special man to the world and always wanted to heal all that he encountered. It's to bad that that doctor could not heal him. He was in obvious need of special care and that exactly what he did not receive from that Doctor. The 8 phone calls that were made are irrelevant to the case. Michael should have been under many Doctors supervision not one doctor with the name of Murray's stupiddity of giving him his doses then leavingg. One of those calls.. the first one should have been to an ambulence. Because of the stresss and pressure Michaels was under at the time of his death he was not in right mental state to make decisions. And sadly the Doctor Murray could not make decisions as well. Whether it was because of the influence of Michaels wishes that is irrelevant because Michael was not in the right state to make decisions for his own perscriptions. And that I believe is the reason that Doctor is Guilt and should be sentenced to the maximized sentence 1st degree Murder. How the courts handle this case well that remains unanswered.
