Aside from an obvious forged and layered document that no "OCR" could produce, the REAL issue is that Obama is NOT a natural born citizen. Citizen yes. Natural Born Citizen, no. Under both British and American laws Obama Jr. was born a British Subject. Under the 14th amendment you have to be under US jurisdiction to be born a citizen. Obama SR. was not. He was temporarily in the US on a scholarship. He maintained a legal DOMICILE in Kenya at the time. If you maintain a domicile in Kenya then you are here in the US temporarily. At no time was he naturalized. At no time did he renounce his British status. The courts have ruled that if you are here in the US temporarily or a foreign diplomat then your children are NOT US CITIZENS under the 14th amendment. Ann married Obama Sr. so under both British and American laws at the time, Obama Jr. WAS a British Subject at birth by virtue of his father. He is ineligible to be POTUS. Releasing this document is the same as shooting yourself in the foot. This will not be a popular comment I would imagine as not too many people understand The US Constitution, Vattel's Law of Nations, English common law, the 14th amendment, or naturalization laws and are quick to resort to insults or throwing out the race card to attempt to squelch dissent. If you have any anger at this comment, I would ask you to think upon WHY the NBC in the Constitution in the first place. I think the requirement is both wise and valid.
