Demi, i truly love your music and always will, but please don't hurt yourself because your going through so much stress, maybe if your that stessed you might as well quit. Not saying you need to but that is your best bet if all it is doing is make you hurt yourself. I love you so much and i don't want you hurting your self so bad that your in the hospital.
