  Hughley and Shepard are CORRECT! Bottom line. First of all the CDC is the last resource I would deem as reliable when they are also repsonsible for the inaccurate reporting of the deadly bird flu and syphillis rates throughout the US., Second, both Shepard and Hughley work in an industry where they know what happens behind closed doors, there is so much more information both of them could give and it would blow the general public's eye, and Third after working in corrections as a Nurse for more than 20 years, I can tell you that black men are absolutely playing games with their sexuality, they go in and whether it is experimenting or something that they regularly engage in homosexual conduct, THEY DO HAVE SEX IN PRISON, on a regular basis. My job was infectious disease, so I dealt with the inmates who HIV+ on a daily basis. If you could hear what some of them say in regards to how they came into contact with HIV, it would blow your mind. These men are aware of how their conduct affects women, but they simply do not care. Yes, I would agree that Black men who are not honest about their sexuality are the primary cause of HIV in the black community. The reality for some of these men is that they go to jail, some not all of them have homosexual activity while in custody, they then become HIV+, they gain their release and come right out and have sex with women. Yes it is true. The CDC is not in the prisons where I work, they are sitting behind desks relying on data reported to them from medical providers and practitioners throughout the US. I am a black woman and I am not in denial, it is time for GLAAD to wake up.
