Kim has had a nosejob - the tip of her nose is TOO THIN - she is starting to resemble Janet Jackson, and if she continues with the plastic surgery she will very soon start looking just like Michael Jackson !
She has had her nose narrowed too much. The lips are overplumped up with fillers. The boobs as mostrous, and so is the bum. Completely plastic looking. Her sister Khloe at this stage even looks better than her - at least Khloe is natural.
