Will Emily Maynard and Jef Holm last?
As much as I liked Sean and was rooting for him all the way, I DO like Jef alot and think he is best suited for Emily. The word soulmates surfaced more than once and they speak about understanding each other in a unique way. I think they have a real love and a real relationship that hopefully will last like Ryan's and Trista's.
Emily is...interesting. Has a baby out of wedlock, has no education, probably has not worked more than a day in her life. She bleaches her hair, changes her boobs, and adjusts her nose and off she goes to find someone to support her for the rest of her life. Jef seems like a nice guy and I hope Jef realizes what he is getting himself into. When she mentioned Louis Vuitton vintage luggage on the show I knew that was a sign she expects bling bling. Forget People water...Jef drank the Emily Kool-Aid!!! Someone save Jef!!!!!
I'm glad she picked Jef BUT he sure did not hold Emily or kiss herlike Arie did. Just seemed to be more little pecks here and there.(maybe behind closed doors he is different (sure hope so)
Did noone notice the $ signs in Emily's eyes when she arrived at Jeff's (parents)ranch??? Really??? From that moment on, Jeff was clearly the guy for her. Also, I am wondering how come Jeff's parents have not showed up at the hometown visit? Coould they not afford a plane ticket from where they were (North Carolina, I believe, was mentioned)? I do not think so...Maybe there was a lot if editing by the producers to misguide us, but I never noticed a real kiss between Em and Jeff, just pecks on the mouth.
Ya'll are cracking me up talking about WV and Emily's income or lack of. First of all, Emily's Dad is a very wealthy man, her daughter's deceased father was Rick Hendrick, son of Nascar Legend Rick Hendrick Sr. of Hendrick Motor sports, So I dont think money was behind her choice!! Second, Wv is full of well educated people, I am from WV and I have my BS in Nursing, which I am very proud of, I currently live in NC. Please dont class people from where they come from, that is reverse discrimination.
Emily certainly made sure her future husband has a great income not just a regular salary .She does never worked hard and does she ever had any real job? It seem to me like she needs a man to maintain her needs and treat her like a princess...I hope she loves Jeff maybe by now ...He seem like an angel ,great caring person . Emily seem unfortunatly high mainance lady . Maybe she change for a better more normal ,natural girl ?
Excuse me also Ashlee, I live in West Virginia...and I have a Masters plus 45 credits babove the degree...am I a typical uneducated West Virginia hoodrat? I think it is so unfair to stereotype individuals from specific regions!
YES!!! Jef was the only one...You see Emily just sparkle when she see's Jef!!! Did you see also how many first rose he got from her if he did not see the first one he was definetly the first 5 pic's The sad thing for the other guy's they were in the competition and with Jef they did not see him as a threat... The Guys' were all about themselves and Jef was more about the relationship...Jef like Emily don't see themselves as Hollywood glizt they are so real that makes this sooo much more special about them... I watch them over and over again and just want to see that fun romantic rose just blossom they just have that special something that you just can't get that on screen. You just watch the past eppisodes and see she just glows... Can't wait to see more of them... and exspecially the wedding... Congrat's Jef and Emily and Rikki
I thought that it was unfair for Arie not being able to meet Rickie too. I think that she made a mistake with Jef. His religion will be a big problem in the future unless she has no religious beliefs. She should have picked Arie. So sad for him! She didn't even give him a chance.
I think Emily made the right choice. I was rooting for Jef all the way he is very sweet and sincere.
