What do you think of the rainbow Oreo cookie?

What a joke. Companies just love to brag to the world about all of their non discrimination policies. In the real world when you work there you see that the policy is not worth the paper it is written on and managers treat people like crap and it is all about office politics and upper management could care less. It's not what you know but who you know that matters in the real world.
