Chelsea Handler speaks her mind. She doesn't use her celebrity to get back at people she doesn't like/has a spiteful vendetta against.
Joan Rivers isn't in Chelsea Handlers pants/can't read her mind. How does she know so much about who she's sleeping with? Sounds like a bit of sour grapes to me.
