sorry to say she should hade 14 kids .a mom job is hard work if she hade 14 kids why she not stepping up and doing her job all she do is cry about money..

I say yes because she has no money to tak care of her kids and other ppl are doing for her so she get her kids taken from her just for now until her life is back on track again.

I am appalled that not one person mentioned the M.D. who performed this reprehensible procedure. He had the sperm,used it and succeedeed in creating 14 little people. He is as much their father as a man who had irresponsible intercourse with Ms. Suleman. Why didn't the courts make this jacka** pay child support? He is totally a joke as a physician. He isn't paying anything because she never sued him. Why should he volunteer? There is a very thriving medical malpractice business here in the US, which as a doctor? you might know about? But you have to sue to make it legal, and Octomom is a moron trying to hide her past who never sued. Quit blaming that bad physician. There were lots of legal avenues Octomom could have explored and she would be sitting pretty able to take care of these kids. She is just to crazy to do it. and by the way, the kids can sue the doc once they get lawyers or are old enough to do so on their own, so it's not out of the question. Even retired doctors have "tail" malpractice coverage to make sure if anyone sues after they are out of practice, the patient can still be paid for the problems created by the doctor.

Squalid conditions aside, she should have lost those children when she decided to do a nude photo shoot. If that doesn't make her an unfit mother I don't know what would.
