Should James Holmes receive the death penalty?

kill him one shot to the stomach then leave him to die worst possible way agonising. Firing squad is far to easy. How is he insane when made a rigged explosive device in his apartment. Bullshit!! kill the orange haired idoit,dont spend anymore money in court or in the prison system. He can never be released,in the uk we would spend ridiculous amounts of tax money on this moron keeping him in prison,feeding him at least in the u.s there is the death sentence. Its about time the death penalty came back to the u.k

I really don't see what killing him will achieve. What's done is done. None of you's know his reasons behind the killings, evidently that doesn't make it justifiable. But I don't agree or support the death penalty.

I agree with these people. I'm tired of the tax payers having to support loosers who just want to live in prison with free room & board and all their demands met. This guy knews what he was doing along with a lot of others who are living better then most people on the outside supporting these loosers. Punish them all to suit their crimes.

He definitely knew what he was doing so don't let this one get away. Just like all the others we have to pay for for what many are in prison for in the past and present. May cost tax payers like me money for justice but they're off the slate.

This guy deserves to be punish. The victims (that are alive) should cut off all his body parts alive!!!
