Should Emily Maynard be the next Bachelorette?

With Emily ABC has found finally a real lady! She is feminine and sweet instead of slutty and bossy. All those lost and confused souls - men and women- should watch to learn how it's done. The same goes for proper parenting. Finally a mother who is in love with her child and doesn't compromise her values to be with some guy. I hope she finds a good man and I pray that ABC has screened them properly to avoid spoiling the fun of watching Emily. I wish there would be more people like her to watch on TV instead of all the dysfunction and problems. I wont miss a moment of the show. Anyone who can't enjoy watching a beautiful, charming, feminine and properly functioning lady and mother needs to go and get professional help or just simply watch some bloody war movies instead.

i'm not real pleased with Emily as the choice for the Bachelorette. Don't think she'll ever find a man who will put up with all her nonsense with that little kid of hers. She'll probably be dumb enough to let the kid choose the man. I think the kid's spoiled rotten and will ruin any chance of a lasting romance. Apsolutely Emily should be the next Bachelorette, She has just as much right to be on the show again as anyone else, It takes two to make a relationship work, we don't know the real reason behind the final break up, and quit frankly its really none of our business to know all the real facts,that ended their relationship.Everyone is so quick to judge,and pass blame on her for dumping Brad. But i think we as vewers have the real problem dealing with this breakup.Because they remain friends.So I say good for you Emily follow your heart, and I wish you all the best in this new journey that you will soon be starting. I agree with Laura (Jan 16th, 8:10am) for the most part. I feel she dumped Brad once the show was over, even before "after the rose" (she wasn't wearing the ring). I also agree with the fact that ABC can't find new people, fresh faces for future shows. If they don't stop showing re-runs, I won't be watching anymore.
